John is exceptional. He is highly professional, very well priced and extremely kind. He went above and beyond to get out to me quickly even in the midst of the COVID pandemic and a snow storm.When a very bad clog in an old pipe (of a very old house) was causing several sinks to back up, John was recommended to me by a friend and he did not disappoint.He sent Jake out the following day who came with all the necessary equipment and went above and beyond to fix the issue.Jake was very knowledgeable and well trained in his craft, he even took the time to explain to me what he was doing, which I greatly appreciated.After everything was taken care of John reach out again to make sure everything went well. He obviously takes great pride in his work and it truly shows.John will forever be my go to for all my difficult plumbing needs, I cannot recommend him highly enough. You have a customer for life. Thank you!!

We had a septic back up and a leak in our laundry room even after having our septic unclogged. John & his team were able to get our laundry room drain unclogged, and the leak stopped so we were able to get back to doing laundry quickly! They are very knowledgeable & kind. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, I had an emergency at 10:30 at night, they were very responsive and helped me figure out how to stop the leak until they could come out to replace my faucet the next day. What a relief it was. They were on time and did quality work. Called on a Sunday morning after having back up in basement when running washer, the owner, John was out that same day. Took care of clog in pipe outside & repaired break in same pipe. Great job at reasonable price. Was glad to be able to support local business & veteran owned business. Definitely recommend calling if you have plumbing issues.

Toilet was blocked up and we had sewage in my basement. I called Rooter-Brothers and they came out the same day. They fixed us up quick at an affordable price. Much more affordable than companies we’ve used in the past. Highly recommend these guys!

So call last night and the team there at Rooter was awesome and so quick to help us at are home. They came out and did amazing job. I call 8 companies that claim they have 24/7 plumbing people. None of them did. I would say go to this company for everything moving forward. True honest people and they tell you straight information. None of that fooling people. I would also want John to get notice here at the company. He is what makes me believe there are good people in this world. Rooter Man pay him a bonus. People like him is hard to find. But truly 8 different companies that couldnt come out and help. Other companies should be ashamed stating they are 24/7. Thanks again team.

I was very pleased. First they answer the phone! Showed up. Service tech Nick was polite, professional, explained everything well and got the drain open. He didn’t make me feel pressured & I felt that he was up front about the issue. If I ever need a plumber I will call them again.

I called Home Serve Monday morning when the washer started draining into bath tub and bubbling up in the toilet and the sinks.They sent ValDel Plumbing Tuesday morning and he worked on it for 4 hours and couldnt get it open. He notified Home Serve and they sent outRooter Man(John) who arrived around 5pm and within a couple of hours of roto rooting thru the toilet and out side had pinpointed the spot of the major blockage. Then back to Home Serve and waiting for them to make a decision , John was back on Friday with Mike , Nick and a backhoe. Mike is a very talented backhoe operator who found that back in 1947 they put my neighbors and my pipes in together in one trench so it was very tedious work. When they found all the blockages and took out the bad pipes they jet washed out the whole line. Then they replaced the pipes and filled up the trench. They know what there doing and they do it right,. This company is owned by Veterans and I thank you for your service .Thanks so much for opening my drains its wonderful when everything works.
