We have hired JD with Lyon Contracting and Land Services for 3 remodeling projects at our old farm house now. He has completed a bedroom remodel where the room was stripped down to the brick and studs, remodeled a basement bathroom and a mudroom. JD is professional, communicates well, and does great work. While he was at our house working, he worked hard and stayed on task, never wasting time or being on his phone. He showed up when he said he was going to. We have been very impressed with his work and will continue hiring him as we keep renovating our 182 yr old house!

I recently hired Lyon contracting for some home repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish the experience was seamless. He was punctual and professional, and arrived on time and was courteous throughout the entire process. He listened to what I needed and provided a clear explanation of how he would tackle each task, what impressed me the most was his attention to detail he took the time to ensure that each repair was done correctly and didn’t cut any corners. Furthermore, Lyon contracting was respectful of my home. He cleaned up after himself and left everything spotless once the job was done, it’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work . I won’t hesitate to call him again for future projects.

We have had Lyon Contacting &Land Services do multiple jobs in our home. J.D. is great to work with. He gives you a reasonable estimate, time frame of work and shows up when he tells you. He has been our go to contractor for big or small jobs!!
