Very happy we went with Laney’s to install a new mini split cooling and heating unit in our new garage. Getting a quote was easy and the day of install went smooth and quick too. Laney’s even worked to get our install schedule date moved up to accommodate our timelines. Darrin and two other co-workers were efficient and professional when installing the system, asking clarifying questions to make sure they put the unit exactly how we wanted it. They were considerate when they would come in the house to make sure their shoes were covered. This was our first time using Laney’s at our new house and glad we went with them.

Safar has taken care of our furnace, tank less water heater and our boiler for our floor heat the last seven years and has always done an excellent job and kept everything running smoothly. This year he also serviced our air conditioning unitand while he doing that he noticed that our air exchange unit was vented backwards and fixed that also. He is a great technician to have on your side

Amazing customer service! Central air went down on a 90 degree day, William was here quickly and rather than trying to sell us a new unit, he repaired our current unit (which is quite old!) and got us up and running with some repairs AND within an hour! Trustworthy, not looking for sales but instead are honest, helpful, and friendly! 10/10 Thank you Laney’s and William!

Atmas Yuhala does excellent work. He replaced my sump pump a few months back and went above and beyond by noting I had an antiquated lever that jammed despite having replaced it a year or so back by another company. He installed a newer more useable lever and noted my piping was noisy and vibrating so he took it upon himself to secure my piping to prevent noisy vibration. He also gave me useable tips. Very personable and talented young man. I will ask specifically for him in the future.

Bought a brand new central air conditioning unit from Laneys that is now 3 years old and still under warranty, the unit is now leaking coolant and Laneys wants to charge me $310 to maybe find the leak(due to the location of the size or placement of the leak they may not be able to fix or find it). Then they want a minimum of $300 for adding more coolant. So all in a bare minimum of $600 charge for a unit that is still under warranty. I guess we all need to read the fine print when we purchase anything from this company.Edit: The owner of Laneys reached out and we can to an agreement on how to fix the issues going forward, he was extremely helpful and very nice to deal with. I think Laney’s is a good company to work with, you have to talk to the right people sometimes to get things done.

Also did a test run on the humidifier to insure it is working properly, even though it won’t be needle until next fall. He is extremely detailed orientated. Appreciate how Laney’s informs the customer what the service is going to cost so there are no surprises.

Chris R., from Laney’s, installed a toilet at our home. He looked over the toilet we purchased and where it was to be installed and explained a couple of issues that were possible, why and what the options would cost. Before beginning he gave me the exact costs for the options. Once I agreed and signed the form, he began the removal and replacement. He replaced a couple of old parts and had the new toilet installed in much less time than I expected. Chris was very polite and took time to answer all my questions. WOW!! Such a skilled and thoughtful young man…I will definitely have him replace all the toilets in our house!!!

Tommy came out to check on our water heater and after he told us it was probably just a thermostat issue. He sat down with us as we told him issues that we had. He talked about a tankless water heater. What he recommended would solve all the issues we were having. Our utility room looks so much better. They were in and out in no time. Discovered leaking water heater on Saturday before Easter, so called Laneys. Brandon, the dispatcher helped diagnose the problem, & scheduled plumber (Ryan) to respond same day. He found the tank was cracked, drained & electrically isolated it and gave me three options with costs. I ordered a replacement & on Monday Josh & his assistant installed the new one, removed the old one & cleaned up the area. Thats outstanding service!

Safar did an excellent job. We had another plumbing company here twice and the problem kept reoccurring. Safar checked the error codes and did basically the same thing the other plumbers did. But he didn’t stop there, he noticed that my vent pipe was tilted the wrong way creating a resistance in the pipe. He shortened the pipe to bring it to code and the heater is worked perfectly ever since. Also, when checking the vent outside, he noticed that my A/C was starting to get plugged up and alerted me.

It was so tight I couldnt turn it with any tool . I had hoped the plumber would have a special tool to loosen or turn. He didnt .
