We all know their commercial they have has a good ring to it, but I will say. They really do care about what they do. MATT from Jeff’s plumbing team came over on a weekend. He not only fixed our issue but educated us on his process and how to keep the drains cleared out more properly for maintenance.Friendly people, great education of the plumbing process. Weve had Jeffs Plumbing come out to our home on an emergency basis and general maintenance.. Absolute stellar service and price.. weve had sewer backup, and a subpump that wasnt working.. Both emergencies they handled without a problem and took care of us ASAP.Techs have been very friendly and have explained things to me in a respectful manner without insulting my intelligence as a female home owner.Thank you so much..I would recommend Jeffs Plumbing to everyone out there!!

This is the third or fourth time we have really needed them. Today we were getting ready to leave for the long weekend, to MSP. Realized an hour before taking off our South sump pump was dead. Called and they had us taken care of, even replaced our north pump by 245. Been awesome for over 10 years for us

10months later, I needed some roots cleared and called Jeffs Plumbing and once again, they were able to come the next day and help me out. Jaydon was awesome!! He came back out a week later to help with the main drain and was super helpful, courteous and clean!!! I will continue to call Jeffs Plumbing in the future!!!1st Review: All the guys that helped me, from the first call to the end of service, were amazing!!! I was scheduled for a Friday and they were able to come Thursday early eve. They were super professional, very polite and extremely informative in regards to what work they would be doing. They finished in a timely manner and the price was extremely reasonable!!! I will be calling them for any/all future plumbing services!!!

Great experience. A toilet needed maintenance. Got on the schedule and had the situation addressed in two days (no rush, so the timing was fine). Pretty straight forward job, but was done quickly and correctly. Plumber was very polite/professional. Very reasonable rate.

Our sump pump went out on a Sunday evening. We called thinking they may be able to fit us in the next morning. They showed up within an hour of our call and had a new sump pump in and running within about 30 minutes. I have never been so relieved or grateful for after hours service since the weather was supposed to be rainy for the next several days. The technician was polite and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone! We will definitely be using them again! Thank you!

Jeffs Plumbing does the right thing! I was shopping for a quote for a new water heater after another local plumber recommended that it was leaking. Jeff not only researched the warranty on the hot water heater (without being asked and something the other plumber did not mention) but also came out to inspect it himself. We found that it was not leaking but condensation from an incorrect vent tube. Thanks for saving me lots of $$$.

I called on a Friday afternoon having found a leak in the seal of a toilet. I was heading out of town and couldn’t repair it but the boys showed up Saturday morning first thing and fix the problem no fuss no muss. You cannot go wrong calling Jeff’s when you need a responsive organization.

It doesnt matter if it was a 3:30 am call on July 5, it was one time, or routine maintenance, or like today when I imagined dollar bills floating away, fixed quickly and way less than I was expecting. Highly recommend to anyone. Great results, friendly staff that really seems to care.

I am so happy with the service that my mom received from Jeffs Plumbing. My mom lives in a twin home. Her neighbor came over last night to say that they had water in their basement and she should check hers. She did. She called Jeffs and Jeff came over. He explained the problem in a very understandable way. He also explained that she needed a cleaning service. He recommended a company. He then went over and checked the neighbors. When he came back, he called the cleaning service for my mom and explained how to handle insurance. The next morning the service was at her house by 7. Jeffs plumber was there by 9. I cannot explain how happy and relieved my mom is with everything.

Called late in the afternoon about a toilet that was just not performing to standards and was told they would call back when they had someone available. I took this to mean a couple days. To my surprise, they called back 20 minutes later and had plumber Andrew on the way.Andrew showed up and first checked with an auger to see if a block was the issue. He did not believe it was and then inspected the toilet which was about 10 years old. He said the water flow was not right and gave me a couple fixes. One was to utilize an acid to clear the toilet itself of years of build-up. The other was to replace the toilet. We went with replace and he said he would call me back in morning regarding the availability of the bisque Kohler toilet we wanted to replace it with.Sure enough he called back before 8 with a price and stated there was one available and that they would be calling back later on install availability. I received a call early afternoon and 20 minutes later a plumber was there to install. (Yes, I know I can install a toilet and yes, I have done it before) This time, I chose to have it done professionally to make sure that I alleviated any issue I had been having.An hour later the new toilet was installed, the old one was gone along with the boxes and garbage and the new toilet flushes great.Thanks Jeff and crew for the work.

Ive used them many times. They might not be perfect, but they always come through. Ive had to use them for emergency services multiple times, and every time they show up right away and fix the problem. Their rates have always been reasonable. Complaints about their scheduler seems to be a common theme here, Ive had some issues with her as well. But I come off like a jerk sometimes too, what matters in the end is that the work is solid, the price is fair, and in an emergency youre there top priority.

Shout out to Jeffs Plumbing for sending the perfect plumber (Jeramy) to my home today! All the staff at Jeffs Plumbing are above standard, but this person was heaven-sent for ME today. He was so kind and, and in chatting, we found some commonalities. It has been a tough week for me with the loss of my husband earlier this summer and my own health emergency at the same time. He helped elevate my heavy heart so much with words of support and encouragement. He was more than a plumber for me today. I feel he was heaven-sent. Ill NEVER call another plumber!

I had a tenant send me a pic of the laundry room flooded with water and her tub full at 5PM. in panic i called Jeffs plumbing and asked if they could look at it asap. i had a guy at my door within half an hour. Could NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER. Showed up on time even after I had to change times on them two times plumber fixed my washing machine hose leaked and totally at my option replaced a bad faucet also. No pressure or SCARY tales. Showed me what he thought was a problem and told me an estimated cost. Completed the total job in a lot less time than I thought it would take and did a super nice job. Definitely who I will call next time I have a plumbing job that I cant handle myself.
