    I’m SO THANKFUL for Tyler at Legacy for his expertise with plumbing! Tyler was brought in by my flooring guys to remove a toilet & reattach it—I got to talking with him about sump pumps and drains, and one thing led to another & I hired him to remove cat litter from a closed off drain & clean out the pipe. It was gross & Tyler made it right! You never know what you’ll find in a house you just purchased! Tyler was also quick to send over an estimate for replacing our old sump pump and installing a diversion. Thank you again Tyler!! 😊Update: Tyler completed the install of our new sump pump and sump pump diversion, installed a new kitchen sink garbage disposal and removed an old rusted out tub drain (that wouldn’t plug). He literally spent an entire day doing this amazing work for us and when the tub drain wasn’t as straight forward as we had anticipated, he came back a couple days later to complete the job (had to open up a wall!). Again, we are SO GRATEFUL for Tyler’s time & expertise. So THANKFUL. 🥹

    Drew was great! We initially just had questions about our sump pump and ended up needing a new one. He was fantastic with getting us what we needed and got it installed that day! We felt a lot more comfortable with our sump pump after Drew went over it.

    Had their plumber Drew over yesterday looking over our broken water heater, and he was happy to sit with us for a few hours as we threw dozens of ideas and questions his way and asked for a dozen different quotes with minor changes between them. Drew seemed very happy to run up every quote we could think of, give his professional input, and a wonderful job explaining everything we asked about. Later that afternoon we decided we were going to take the dive and switch to a gas tankless water heater. Drew and their HVAC tech Austin arrived right away the very next morning and started working hard on getting the old 75 gallon tank out. Impressive job on making sure surfaces were covered and it was removed with no damage or making anything in the house dirty. The rest of the day they spent installing the new tankless heater together, working hard and always very respectful throughout. They happily answered any random questions I asked them, even stuff not related to the current project. All around just great to have them around! They did an amazing job at cleanup, and then they sat with me a good hour afterwards to make sure they explained anything I didnt understand and they didnt seem in a rush to leave because I could tell they didnt want to leave without me being completely comfortable understanding exactly what they did and understanding my new system.On top of just all the great experience we had with them, their work really speaks for itself. Beautiful professional plumbing, and clean efficient HVAC done. We are already getting quotes from them for some more projects in our home and singing up for their service reminders. We are very happy to find a company like Legacy that we feel we can trust and be well taken care of. We look forward to having them as our go to for future projects, maint, and issues.

    Legacy Plumbing gave us a much lower quote than other businesses for a new tankless water heater, and when the installation was finished, they charged us the exact quote, which was such a relief. They communicated with us throughout the process, and Austin in particular was professional and kind. They also helped us get set up with a reminder for yearly maintenance to help our system stay clean and functional. If the business who installed our first one had been so thoughtful, the unit would have lasted longer. Thanks to Austin and Legacy Plumbing!

    Drew, one of the lead service plumbers at legacy, came and put my toilets back in after my flooring was replaced. He was very friendly, worked quickly, and was respectful of my space. He cleaned up after he was done and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. My rental company hired out legacy, but I was happy with the job done and will use them in the future if needed and/or recommend to others.

    I had a plumbing issue in my laundry room and as soon as Legacy Plumbing was contacted about it, Brandon showed up very soon afterwards. Not only was he punctual, but he was also very knowledgeable and thorough with the task. He ran my washer and made sure the problem was fixed before leaving, I 100% recommend these guys!!     Drew and Damon were amazing at fixing the pipes that leaked into my apartment at the Graver Inn. They were curteous, and very personable and very professional.     Had a clog in my sewer line that wouldnt budge. Tyler was able to work around my hours and showed up promptly. He had the clog cleared in a matter of minutes. Tyler was very professional and friendly and answered all the questions I had. We had a nice conversation as well. The fees were surprisingly low for the quality of service received. From the moment I called, the receptionist made me feel like I was in good hands. I highly recommend Legacy. Thank you again!

    We had Drew Davidson as our plumber. He came in with a smile on his face and instantly was willing to help us. He explained everything to us, kept us calm and even helped move stuff around, as there was water all over. He took care of everything and was great to talk to while doing it. We even made a few jokes with him throughout the process. Overall, it was an excellent ending to a terrible plumbing problem.

    We noticed some water pooling underneath our furnace. We called Legacy the next day just to get it checked out. Wade and Jake came out to inspect it, and it turned out that we pretty much needed a new furnace. I was quoted a price that was reasonable, and they had everything switched out in a few hours, included some wiring that had been done wrong. Although it wasnt the news I wanted to hear, they were very kind and professional and worked it into the schedule so we werent without heat for too long, as the high was only in the single digits. I have called Legacy before, and will keep calling them when I need to. Thanks again!

    Scheduled it and had options for same day service, opted for next day due to time constraints. My plumber, Drew, arrived on-time and was extremely personable and professional. I called for work on an upstairs faulty toilet that was installed poorly by the previous owner of the house. Drew understood the problem, fixed it, and cleaned up afterward within 2 and a half hours. Incredible work.

    We had a leak in our plumbing and called. Same day, Spencer came over and diagnosed the problem. He gave us options and costs and we went with his recommendation.     Drew assisted with replacing our sump pump and was ready to roll. He was kind enough to give our dog a treat, shoe coverings, walked through the process and different options of fixing the sump pump issue.     Gordon is an excellent plumber!We recently had a few plumbing issues, including problems with our toilets and water pressure to the refrigerator. Legacy Plumbing sent Gordon to assist us, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. Gordon was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently answered all our questions, ensuring we fully understood the situation.     I had a clogged kitchen sink that I was unable to fix myself. Feeling defeated I gave Legacy Plumbing a call and they actually had workers nearby. Drew and his partner came over quickly and immediately determined the problem and fix. They had some cool equipment that they used to fix the clog, and he even explained it all because I was curious watching. Would definitely recommend and call again should another problem pop up.

    The day after my husband had back surgery I was informed by the OT that there were a few things i could do to make life a bit move comfortable for him when he came home. This included installing a new shower head and a bidet as he was told not to bend or twist. Because of the short notice I was a bit frazzled.     Legacy - Chandler in particular- helped us out of a jam ! We were out of town when we heard our water heater had started to leak. Chandler and team were able to come to our home while we were away and did a full inspection and replacement. They offered multiple options and were patient when dealing with time-delays from communicating remotely.I found their service time impeccable, their workmanship great, and their prices affordable.     Jon initially came out to our house for a free estimate. They scheduled our estimate for literally the next day! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He gave us our estimate and followed-up with us. When I reached out a few months later he was able to get us in the very next day. Chandler came to our home and installed everything for us!! He is AMAZING!! Very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and he even cleaned up (not a lot of people do in my experience). His work is very neat and well done.     Had a sewage back up issue that we didnt want to get put on a waiting list for 2 or 3 days to get resolved, so we called Legacy next and they were able to get here same day in a reasonable amount of time. Richard was professional in explaining the issue and even took a look at my sump pumps to make sure they were in good shape. Appreciated the communication of when they were going to be here and the patience in waiting for me to get home from work quick. Would call again if we run into another issue.

    Legacy Plumbing is great at communicating with customers, provides quality workmanship, knowledgeable, timely, efficient, and affordable. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing projects.Legacy Plumbing installed a battery backup sump pump in my house. They came out and looked at my system, free of charge, and provided a quote with multiple options. They were very knowledgeable and honest. They did not try to push “extras” or unnecessary items. The price to perform the work was fair and the time in which they were able to complete the project was suburb. They were punctual and kept in contact with me through the project.Within a week of sending them an inquiry, wondering what system I could get, Legacy Plumbing was able to actually install my system.One additional note…… The plumber who completed this project noticed my bypass pipe was not supported. He installed a few anchors to support the tube (which should have been done when the house was built). The anchors support the PVC so it doesn’t flop around when the pump is moving water through the tube. As simple as it is, it’s the little things like that that show the quality and attention to detail of their work. They noticed a potential issue and fixed it because it’s the right thing to do.

    This is my first time ever needing to call, and rely on a plumber to work in my home. I had to google search for one as Im new to the area still, and I came across Legacy Plumbing. I saw all the great reviews so I gave them a call and I was connected with Chandler Klemetson. After a brief conversation we agreed he should come out that night and assess my issues. After checking it out, he was able to give me a quote and suggest options to me right there at the job site. He installed a new sink fixture, brand new drains, new piping system, brand new garbage disposal, and he cleaned my drain out 50 from where my sink was.     When I called Legacy the woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful. She quickly gathered the information she needed from me and instructed that I would receive a call soon from a serviceman. Serviceman Tyler was awesome! Super friendly and professional. He showed me that the sump pump pipes were broken outside in the ground and the T fitting at the top was cracked. He replaced these parts and fixed everything in only an hour and a half. Tyler even inspected the sump pump itself and noticed it was rusted. He couldnt believe it was the original sump from 2008 and let me know they usually dont last this long. Anyway he listed the different options when it comes time to replace it. I thought the repairs were going to be very expensive, but was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend Legacy! I know I will be using the again for future repairs.

    Had a split Bosch air conditioning system installed. Got a very reasonable deal and the installation went great. Happy but two points though. First your technicians knew very little about its operations and I had to find this out via the manual. Second, I was going to go with a furnace, tankless water heater, and new air conditioner Maintenace plan but you dont have one. Your maintenance prices are extreme to say the least. He was able to evaluate the situation, clear the roots and blockage from our sewer line, and show me what the issues were with their telescopic camera.     That evening we were trying to do some work in the bathroom and inadvertently made a hole in the water pipe in the ceiling. We called Legacy Plumbing again, it was after hours and Carl came. Options and costs were explained before starting the work so there were no surprises. They were respectful of our home, removing their shoes and cleaning up afterwards. They did a GREAT job and we were very pleased!! I would most definitely recommend them.We hired Legacy Plumbing to replace a tub and surround in our basement. The plumbing was not up to code so they had to jack hammer to bring it up to code. In addition, they replaced the shut off valves in three bathrooms. The had to replace the drain pipe from the upstairs tub and shower. They also replaced all of the trim (shower, faucet, and back plate) in all three bathrooms. They added grab bars to the new tub and shower. In addition, they added a Reverse Osmosis water system. Finally, they added an outside water faucet.It was a big project that took 31/2 days. Matt was the lead plumber who was here every day. In addition Brent, Tanner, and Dallas were here helping. All four were EXCELLENT! We have a small dog and all were good to her. They came when they said they would be here and cleaned up after themselves each day. They used drop cloths to protect our floors as much as possible. Our house was built in 1977 and there were challenges. Also, we added some things to the project. With each step they explained what was needed and the cost. The work that they have done looks great. The final cost was close to the bid and there were no surprises. We couldnt be more pleased and would HIGHLY recommend Legacy Plumbing.We have had Legacy Plumbing come before to replace our water heater and fix a toilet. They were very good with those service calls as well.

    November 2022- I definitely recommend Legacy! I called on Saturday and left my information and she said they could get me in this week. The following day at 9am I got a phone call from Drew to schedule something for the same day. He explained the whole process, called to give me an exact quote and get my approval to proceed, and then called after the job was done to let me know. As someone who knows zero about plumbing, I was comfortable knowing that they got the job done, and they explained what they did in a way I could understand. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber!March 2023- Gordon came out to replace a water heater and sump pump. He was up front about what needed to be done and got me quotes on the different options. They were able to install everything that same day and it was a very smooth process!July 2023 - Abraham came out after hours when I noticed a leak coming from a pipe downstairs. He knew right away what the problem was and was able to replace it right then and there in no time.November 2023 - I found the basement with soaked carpets and water pooling in the evening.     First let me say that I have dealt with a lot of plumbers in my lifetime and have very rarely had a plumber be as kind, courteous, and clean as Drew from Legacy Plumbing!He was very patient with me asking him questions and listening to my concerns. He was even patient with my dog Boomer, by petting him when he first arrived, and putting up with his barking.There were 2 different leaks in my bathroom, and it was a lot of work. He had to pull out the vanity, and toilet, and cut into the drywall to get to the leaks and cut/replace some of the pipes. He did a great job!After replacing the old toilet, he cleaned up after himself, and even added the missing knob that covered one of the bolts on the toilet. Ive never had a plumber do that!I highly recommend Drew at Legacy Plumbing. Id give them 10 stars if I could!

    We had a drain that was backing up. We contacted Legacy for the repairs. They were able to get someone out right away to take a look. We worked with Drew, he was very polite, informational, and did great work. When I called, the dispatcher was very upfront with the minimum cost to send someone out and notified us of the process that would occur upon the arrival. When Drew took a look at the drain he determined the cause of the clog and provided me with the cost for the service to fix it just as the dispatcher had explained. He was quick to fix the issue and gave us some great advice along the way to prevent future issues. The cost was a little higher for the services than expected as we had him price out for us the installation of new drains and faucets as well, and had him fix our stoppers in our drains. We chose to not move forward with the new faucets and drains based on the cost compared to others in the area. The stopper fix also appeared high. I will however continue to use them as our primary plumbing company based on the great customer service and great work. Drew is a great asset to Legacy.

They took their shoes off when they entered the house without hesitation and cleaned up the area in which they worked. Most impressive, however, was the fact that Chandler mentioned a need for a condensate line on my water heater installed by another plumber. I highly recommend this company and they will definitely be my plumber of choice in the future.

    No one likes to have to call a plumber, but Legacy makes things better. I called and talked to Courtney who was so nice and transparent with the process.     July 2023We woke up to a flooded bathroom at 3 am. Toilet tank mechanisms had broken off. 8 am I called Legacy. At 9 am, Micah arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue and offered several possible solutions. With the age of the old toilet, I knew we needed to bite the bullet and get a new one. By 11 we had a new toilet installed, everything was cleaned up and at at fair rate. Thank you Micah and Legacy Plumbing.May 2023 -- Conner and Lucas called as they were available early. They arrived quickly and did a thorough job of assessing the problem (the previous worker had done the wiring incorrectly) and the AC is set up and working now!     I have had a slow draining bathtub for 38 years, and it kept getting slower and slower. I have addressed this problem with a few plumbers over the years and the answer was always the same, you need to go thru your kitchen ceiling and replace the pipe and I was always quoted a very expensive price, many thousands of dollars. The other morning my bathtub stopped up would not drain. So I called Legacy and Drew and Shawn showed up. They went to work trying to clear the pipe tried to auger through it but they ran into problems with the auger not fitting around some of the curves in the pipe. So they cut out part of the pipe and replaced it with new pipe and were able to auger out the rest of the pipe. So now after 38 years I have a bathtub that drains properly. These two guys were willing to do what other plumbers werent willing to do, that is find a solution that would work and fix the problem. I highly recommend these two men. they are an asset to your Company.
