    One only seems to call for a plumber when your dishwasher leaks or your water heater dies. This is the first time I had an appointment for preventative maintenance. What is the water pressure so bad in my kitchen sink? Had a new faucet at the ready for replacement. Plus the laundry room faucet replaced that was on my ‘honey do’ list since 2016. Had the water heater flushed. Signed up for a preventative maintenance program that includes my gas garage furnace, my interior furnace, my air conditioning unit and can even service my gas fireplace. Kevin explained issues, the benefits of taking care of these items rather than waiting until our appliances, like a dishwasher and water heater disrupt and causes surrounding damage like it did in the past. My home was a new build. I didnt think I had to worry about such things. My husband and I are very happy we made the call to Bears Home Solutions. I highly recommend! ✅

    Josh was very punctual and thorough. He showed & explained everything to me and answered all the questions I had. Although he ultimately concluded that he would not be able to fix the problem (electric furnace blowing cool air) he gave me suggestions and service plan options. Super nice guy! Also, it was an after hours weekend on-call. I will call him again if I need! Thanks for greast service today Josh!

    We had Josh O. service our gas fireplace. He arrived early and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the bad part cleaned the unit and calibrated the pilot light to the recommended settings.We appreciated his efforts and will definitely contact Bears Home Solutions in the future.

    I have previously gone with another company for my hvac/plumbing needs. After a not great experience with the other company, I decided to contact Bears. They sent Craig over to help with my air conditioning. He was awesome! He was very patient and actually listened to what I was telling him. He gave everything a check over and discovered my air conditioner needed coolant. Craig took the time to explain everything he was doing and was very thorough. I would definitely recommend them!

    Chrisopher texted and called telling us he was coming and an estimated time. There was even a picture of him in our text. He arrived on time and was very friendly and listened to our concerns about our ac unit. After looking at the unit he gave us an estimate and then got to work quickly. He explained every step and we appreciated the care he took. He even gave lots of attention to our pups. Great technician and a great company. Would recommend this company and this technician to everyone.

    Jake Lyunch at Bear Home Solutions was and is nowhere short of Amazing. Absolutely love the fact that he not only called me to let me know when hed be arriving but he also texted me a picture of him so id know what he looked like. I have little ones and this small text helped ease some worries I have. He was very nice, considerate, understanding, and professional. If you have little kiddos, you is great with them as well. My furnace wouldnt work and it was getting really cold. He came out very quickly, figured out the problem and fixed it in no time. It mustve been only 20 minutes or so, ir didnt seem like it took that long at all. He explained and showed us the problem(welded igniter). The price was cheaper than others that I had called and the time for him to be able to fix it was sooner than others as well. From my family to you Jake and Bear Home Solutions, we appreciate you and thank you so much! We are definitely a long term customer! Strongly and Highly recommend Jake Lyunch!P.S.     Very impressed with Bears Home Solutions. Called late on a Friday night and they sent Jake Lynch out in the morning. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. He replaced the blower motor within an hour and left the site clean. He explained pricing and the warranty, and even made me aware of a $40 coupon. All in all, a great experience and would definitely call them again with any HVAC issues.

    Great service, did everything they said they would and came back for no charge when a tiny little leak remained (no way for the tech to see it when he was here the first time)I would recommend asking what kind of mess any work is going to leave. We had a sewer issue and I wish I wouldn’t been prepared with plastic or some type of water proof drop cloth,All that said, I’d call the bear again!

    Once again using Bear didnt disappoint. We had a sumppump issue which resulted in water in the basement. Bear was able to get a plumber out very quickly. Mike was fantastic, very personable, professional, and listened to what was going. We ended up getting a new pump with the battery backup. Im thankful for the quick, quality work they provide.

    The team from Bears was very prompt in arriving. After a whole house inspection, it was determined that I needed a new water heater and some other repairs. By the end of the day they had done a great job in getting everything finished, despite some challenging repairs. They were careful, conscientious and did a thorough cleanup. I highly recommend their service!

    Mike B. is the greatest! I had an urgent and unexpected plumbing issue that needed to be fixed. Mike volunteered to take on the task because he knew me and the existing problem. He also volunteered even though it was the end of his regular work day. He singlehandedly fixed the unglamorous problem in a century old house. He did excellent work quickly and efficiently. He completed everything and still made it home well before dark!

Already have them scheduled to come out and service our house and garage furnace before winter.     I decided to add a bathroom to my main floor old house and had four different companies come look, all four had different ideas of how to accomplish this. I also only received quotes back from two. Bear had the lowest quote and the least evasive plan. I have had a very positive experience. They came when they said they would, were polite, clean, and efficient. I would definitely recommend.

While there were some issues with sediments from the water heater, Mike did his best to make sure we were satisfied with the work done. My only question to Bears would be; why are there so many issues with sediment from the water heater when they should be getting flushed away??

    Steve came 2 hours one way, 2 days in a row. Within a day and a half I had all new pipes, new flooring and the cleanest basement that had a sewer leak you have ever seen! 100% recommend Bears. They communicated time, cost and options really well. More importantly Steve had great customer service! I had been without restrooms, showers or laundry or dishes for 3 days. 2 different companies couldnt get out here for another week. Bears had Steve here within 48 hours and by the very next day I am washing clothes and have a floor again. Beyond grateful for the help and the great service!

    These guys did an excellent job over the last few days replacing our old system finding a crack in the exchange that could have killed all of us. They put in a Goodman furnace/AC and a Daikin mini split upstairs Blaine, Randy & Dustin did great as installers also Taylor was our representative & salesman came by a few times to see installation answered my questions on the phone & in person explained everything in detail so we could understand it I give them 5 stars

    Not only did he do a great job tuning up my furnace, Craig also took extra time out of his day to cut up a piece of plastic to hold part of my vent cover in place so it would stop making annoying rattling noises.     If I could provide them with more than 5 stars I would. Bears showed me that they really care about their customers and individuals in the community. We were coming off of a bad experience with a non-responsive sales team from another local provider and really needed to get our AC unit replaced. The temperatures were just too hot to be without an AC unit. We called on a Monday morning and spoke with the lead sales person. He informed me that they wouldnt be able to get a salesperson out there until the following Wednesday which to me seemed reasonable. He apologized that he wouldnt be able to get me in until then because no one should have to live without AC in this heat). I scheduled this time and went on with the day. I received a call back shortly after that with him calling back with a better solution. He was able to squeeze me in and had someone he could get out to me on Wednesday of that week. I accepted this opportunity. They then came out and got me a quote, which I accepted. They scheduled and installed that Friday. They were able to do for me in 5 days what the other company couldnt do for me in 3 weeks. They have won my business for a very long time ahead. They showed that they really cared.

    After calling a few sites, we found Bears Home Solutions had the fastest response time for the most reasonable price. Randy came out to repair our heater and provided excellent service and support. He found the problem right away and fixed it without any issues.     Chris came out for the annual furnace check. He is always very friendly, professional, and thorough. He always cleans up completely when he is done and goes over the condition of all our equipment (age of furnace, A/C, etcetera) and any concerns or suggestions.

    Amazing!! Mitch was perfect!! We lost power after an outage in our area and he was over within a half hour of calling and he was on a call then. He was quick, efficent, friendly and even my dogs loved him. Fixed a couple very minor things that would have been trouble down the road for us also! 100% recommend Bears and hopefully you get Mitch as your technician!!
