    Prompt, friendly, and reasonably-priced service! Our water heater started leaking on a day we would be leaving town. Valley Service was easy to get a hold of and made time to come look at our appliance before we left town that same day. Each employee I worked with was friendly and helpful. Our water heater needed to be fully replaced, and they moved some things around in their schedule to come replace it the very next day so that we could come home to working hot water when we returned. I felt very comfortable giving them access to our home to work while we were away, and they kept in touch with questions and updates as needed. I have hired Valley Service in the past and will again in a heartbeat!

    Excellent service! The technician repaired the furnace on the roof top of our restaurant during a blizzard even when I suggested he could come back at a later time or the next day. His reply was that he was fine and had been doing this for many years...but still, that is dedication!

    We transitioned to Valley Service Mechanical after our previous company ended their business. VSM was quick to respond this summer when our A/C quit working during a stretch of 90+ degree days. The technician was quick to respond, professional and efficient. We were also pleased with the furnace check up in Dec 2024 and the techs patience explaining what he had checked/replaced.

They have been able to easily fix issues that other vendors couldnt fix. They are professional and always friendly. They came the same day on a AC call on a very hot day.     Valley Service Mechanical is awesome! I needed both an HVAC tune-up and some plumbing work done, and Brandon made it super easy by scheduling everything for the same day. That way, I didnt have to take extra time off work—a huge plus! Both the Furnace Guy and the plumbers were on time and gave me a heads-up when they were on their way, so I knew when to expect them.They got the job done quickly and well, and what I appreciated the most was that they took the time to explain everything they did. Now I’ve got their number saved for any future plumbing or HVAC needs. Definitely recommend!

    The tech that came out to look at my A/C unit listened to what I had to say and was very friendly. He resolved the issue in no time and also cleaned it, so it is now ready for next summer.. He also offered to get my furnace ready for winter and Im glad he did cuz my filter was past due for getting changed. Ooops. Im all set now and its a good feeling.

    The phone app thermostat, that Kevin talked me in to purchasing, sent me an a low temp alert. I called their service department and they sent a technician to our home, found the issue, to be frozen exhaust, due to the very cold conditions. I could not ask for a better response by the Valley Service crew. It is reassuring to know when you are out of town , they will keep the heat on in a timely manner.

    I am extremely happy with the service they provided. I called company after company and was shocked as to what was happening. I had many places not even call back. One place booked an appointment for an estimate and called in sick. Another place said they were working on an estimate and never even sent it to my email, like i was told. Valley Service was able to help me figure out what I needed over the phone. Instead of making an extra trip out here and back to town costing more time, money, and being an even longer time without an ac. They had a beautiful job done within hours of getting here.     They were very responsive, quick and easy to make an appointment with. Our furnace stopped working and I called and someone was able to come check it out the next morning. Turned out that a bird flew into our furnace causing it to quit working. Our Mechanic was able to remove the bird and cleaned the flame sensor and got everything back up an running. Mechanic was on time and super friendly to work with. Highly recommend.

    Our AC quit working unexpectedly late in the week. We called Valley Service Mechanical and they came the very next day and promptly fixed it. Their technicians were all booked up, but made an extra trip to our home before the weekend, as I was 38 weeks pregnant and the weekend was supposed to be brutally hot.     Great customer service! Was able to schedule AC maintenance appointment very easily with one phone call and tech was able to come within that week. The day of the schedule appt the tech was running behind due to another appt, the office called to notify me hours before my schedule appt and make sure it would be ok to be later than scheduled. The tech once done at the other job called to apologize and make sure it was ok to come for my appt. The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly.     During one of Fargos famous artic freezes our furnace quit working. Within an hour of calling Valley Service Mechanical they had a guy out to our house. The service tech took care of the outside exhaust/intake issue along with making sure the furnace was up and running before he left. I was thinking we were going to have to get a hotel for the night because of how cold it was but once we placed the call to Valley Service it was less than 2 hours before we had heat again!!     Our air conditioner died on a day when it was 90+ degrees. Valley Service was able to get us on the schedule and our air conditioner fixed in a day or so. While they were at our home we also made an appointment for them to return the next week to install a bathroom fan in our basement. When it was time for that appointment they called us ahead of time and asked if we could reschedule. It was still 90+ degrees and they were trying to get to other people in need of help with their air conditioners. We were in no rush for our fan, and we really appreciated them getting to our so quickly when we were HOT so we gladly rescheduled our fan install. Very professional, kind, and reasonably priced.

    When my furnace stopped working, I called a few other companies, but they were all booked up for the day and couldnt get to me that day. However, Valley Service was able to send someone quickly. Next time Ill just call them first! The employee (who was friendly and professional) was able to diagnose the problem, left to get the right part, and then returned and fixed it so that my furnace was blowing warm air again. It was a very positive experience overall.

    I contacted Valley Service to ask some questions, regarding having an air exchanger installed. Matt has been great in answering any and all questions I asked. We decided to go ahead and get the air exchanger installed. It really helped to prevent moisture from building up on our windows and it has helped to refresh the air flowing throughout our house. The technicians who installed the exchange unit were great to work with, very professional and courteous.We were also having some issue with a loud noise coming from our sump pump area whenever the sump pump would run. At the end of its run there would be like a loud thump. Matt felt we should look to replace the valve and install a quiet valve.He wanted to confirm his thoughts with Mike, their expert in the plumbing end of things and sure enough installing a quiet valve has taken care of the problem.I have also appreciated the receptionists positive attitude and willingness to help me. Based on my experiences with a number of the staff at Valley Mechanical I give them a rating of 5. I feel they are reasonably priced and will stand behind their product and installation.
