My experience with Jonas and crew with JS Land Improvement was incredible! They were the most polite and professional people I’ve had work on my property. They were extra careful when removing large trees and respectful of my property and adjoining property as well. I would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend JS Land Improvement for any of your tree removal needs. I had 5 tall trees that was dying due to bugs, woodpeckers, and diseases. They came the next day after I requested a quote and they were taking the trees down the next week. I asked them if I could keep some wood for firewood. They went above and beyond with that cutting it up and stacking it in the corner of my property. They had a 4 man crew that work efficiently with cutting down the trees and cleaning up my backyard in only a day.

A++ for JS Land Improvement! Jonas and his crew (Scott, Brock, & Hale) were awesome. The tree trimming service we reached out to them for, came with it’s fair share of complications and with (an understandable) caution, they were meticulous with their planning and approach. We were not home when they began the job but when we arrived we were impressed to see how much care they took in protecting our property and themselves. They were all professional and personable, and you could tell they actually enjoyed the challenge our job presented. While we did contemplate asking if they would trim away more than the quote (at a cost, of course), we never got the chance because they beat us to it, asking “while we’re here, what do you think?”. Even as the sun went down, they refused to get out of the bucket until all of us agreed there was no more threat to our own or our neighbor’s property. Long story short. We hope we never need to call on JS Land Improvement again, but if we do, they will absolutely be the first number we dial. Hopefully we will be able to afford them, once the rest of Fargo/Moorhead finds out how good they are.

I cant thank JS Land Improvement enough. I had weeds, thick brush and thistle as high as 5 feet in my horse pasture. After JS Land Improvement came through, my horses can now easily graze and are safe from injury.

My rescue Iguana, Mako, had clawed out a window screen and climbed up a 50 tree that was impossible to climb safely and no conventional ladder could even get close to the canopy. The city of Fargo was unwilling to assist. These guys out of the goodness of their hearts volunteered to come over with their lift and make the rescue attempt, which they were successful in safely retrieving him. To have good people like them here in this community to help out as they did speaks volumes of their character. If you are in need of any land improvement services do not hesitate to reach out to this business as their integrity and hard work cannot be oversold.

These guys are the best! Totally professional and treated my property like it was their own. Jonas, Elias, Patrick and the crew removed 2 very old, rotted out trees from my back yard. I didnt make it easy either, super tight to get into my back yard, in an alley, trees over hanging my house, garage and the neighbors yard. They handled it like champs!! My backyard looks SO GOOD!!
