The installers were quick, professional, persistent, and precise. My husband Dave even said he is extremely impressed with the workmanship and how well the trim turned out! Just had my first meeting with them. Extremely polite, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. Willing to work with you and your finances. So far, a great company.These guys did a great job, in and out in two days. One of the reps took some before and after pictures and explained some of the some of the things they were seeing. Excluding the cost(which isnt there fault) overall great experience. I highly recommend...(update)I got my first bill today (around a month after the installation), no problems... except the bill was due in less than 3 days. WTF. And the payment process was not easy. I mean I paid it, but for a bill to be due in 3 days! That is ridiculous. For a company that did such a great roofing job, there financial services might be lacking. For now 5 star quality, but 3 star financial processing. DaBella may may contact me and address this so I may change this in the future, but for now, I am very unsatisfied with there billing system and overall (online/phone) customer service.(second update) I got my second bill today, it was due two days ago. There is no contact info on the bill, so I had call Dabella to contact Service Financial. Was not overwhelmed at the customer service, kind and easy to talk to, but lacking in information. They said that they ship there bills on the 1st, I got the bill through the mail on the 17th. Fortunately the lady whom I spoke with did tell me there is a 15 day grace period. Such an unnecessary hassle.1 star financial processing, I really hope they find a different financer because Service Finance Company is a nightmare to work with.

We did business with DaBella, we had some issues in the process. We’re still in the process of fixing it but Roy and Thomas came out today and had a polite conversation and figured out a solution. Our views were not the best but moving forward our opinions are positive and we are once again excited for more windows.

My wife and I reached out to DaBella about having work done on our windows. Joshua came out and was extremely thorough with his inspection, informative, and honest! We were in a tricky situation, financially, so we were worried we were going to have trouble finding someone for this fix that we could afford right now. Joshua was completely understanding and DaBellas financing options were downright GENEROUS! We are now going to be able to eliminate mold and temperature concerns with high-quality windows and a warranty that guarantees we will not have to worry about going through this process again! A huge stress relief for us.

As a customer I know what I can and cannot afford. To be harassed about it turns me off. Bye-bye.
