    I utilized Ace Handyman service to bring a dryer vent in an old house up to code. DJ was dispatched And I was very surprised that he not only new the current minimum code but suggested upgrades to enable the change not only for the code but allowed it to be weatherproof and cost efficient since it was an outdoor vent. His charges were very reasonable even though he had to leave for parts. He was very polite, had no issue with my pet and even took a minute to play ball and friends with her. I was impressed that when he found a secondary issue with the install and did not have the answer for the best repair did the research and was able to finish the upgrade unlike a previous person who declined to do the work.

    DJ was on time and did a great job. Replaced my exterior door in about 2 hours and hauled away all the old stuff. When I expressed we wanted to keep it as cost efficient as possible he called me from the store to ask if a clearance door with a small dent would be ok. I was grateful for this because every dollar helps to save. Would definitely ask for him again with any other projects!! Thank you DJ!

    I sent in a picture of the shower and called to confirm it was a shower insert with ChrisI wanted a safety bar installed for my mother in the shower. We purchased bars and then scheduled the installationLucas was not able to find a clear signal on where the stud was and where we wanted the bar. All agreed not to drill holes in the shower insertLucas then installed 2 nine inch bars.While I could have installed these two bars, it wasn’t fair to company not to pay for service callCompany policy consideration in futureWhen you know the shower is an insert, recommend the non drill bars, glued on and send the customer the link to order them

    Brad did an Amazing job! I was impressed at how great the bathroom looks! I keep walking in there and being amazed! I am not a tile person and wasnt sure how it was going to look but it is gorgeous! He was on time, professional and happy to go the extra mile. I recommended him to my friends who own a house in ND and hope that they reach out and ask for him specifically.

    Was very professional and meticulous in hus work. Pointed out issues before proceeding. Christopher was great. He even called to let me know the previous job was taking longer than expected and that he would be late before his scheduled arrival time so I knew he would be late instead of me wondewhere he was. I very much appreciated this.

    I was very happy with the work.The guys were very polite, knowledgeable and made sure I was satisfied. I was putting an entry door in, I got the wrong one so they had to put my original door back in. It works better than it ever did. Since I couldn’t use my new door, I got a break on the price. I am grateful for their honesty and effort. I plan on using them again!

    Brad worked efficiently and was flexible in completing the jobs I had. He informed me I had purchased the wrong faucet to fit my sink, so while I ran to the store to exchange the faucet, Brad got the ladder and cleaned my gutters. He completed the faucet installation and got it all cleaned up in the two hours planned for the work. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous.

    I have a shed that had need of general repairs. Bradley was absolutely fantastic. He kept us appraised at all times what was going on and answered any questions we had. Very polite and knowledgeable. My wife and I are in our 70s and highly recommend the ACE service.

    A little less than a month ago, out garage was broken into. The door frame to garage side entry was broken. The man that came to look at it not only repaired the damage, he installed a steel reinforcement to help prevent additional break ins. Very pleased with service and timely arrival. Additionally, we were originally slotted for a Friday appoint and when available got bumped up to a Thursday earlier. Very good service. Fully recommend for others.

Only negative is that billing wasnt properly explained upon scheduling the service, so the cost was more than I was anticipating. Would still recommend.

    Ace Handyman repairman was very professional and helpful. The issues I had were bigger than I thought and they were able to fix everything the same day. They were quick with the repairs. The owner was professional and easy to reach. There is also one year warranty on all their repairs which gives you a peace of mind.Ace handyman puts the customer first and thats really important when choosing a repair business.

    Amazing array of services offered at Ace Hardware Handyman. Today was the fifth time I called on them, and Jodi gets the right person for the job every time.
