We had Ray came in for the leaking inspection on top of clogging. I don’t know how he did it but he was able to unclog the pipe that nobody else can! It was quick and neat! And because the clogging was resolved, the pipe stop leaking saving us thousands of dollars! Greatly appreciate his professionalism in assisting in resolving in my problems!Travis was hired 2 days ago to resolve a clogging issue. He was punctual and patiently explaining to me the diagnosis. He was able to effectively remove hairs from the drain. We later discovered a bigger issue, and he offered a cost-effective alternative before putting us up with expensive treatments. He and Mark are coming tomorrow again, and I hope they continue to provide excellent services!

We experienced an issue where our main sewer line was backing up into our showers and toilets. I called other places, and they informed me that they couldn’t take a look until sometime the following week. I called Drain Time plumbing, and they showed up that day, evaluated the problem and fixed the problem. For my particular issue, the clean out had to be replaced with a more modern drainage solution. The inspection was today and everything was perfect. Everyone from Drain Time plumbing was professional and courteous. The installer, Kevin, was absolutely awesome. Thank you for fixing this problem so quickly for my household!

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I had some major issues with both of my showers and toilets backing up causing them to flood. I called around 11:30 p.m. explained my situation to Tommy and he had someone at my house in less than 30 minutes. Tommy was great and prices are were very reasonable. Travis was sent out and he went above and beyond with his customer service. He took the time to explain what the issue was and and how to proceed with fixing it. He made sure my mom and I understood everything and showed us where our cleanout was located as we were unaware of its location. He was able to point out the issue with our main line while physically showing us. We were then given options to resolve our issue and chose what was best at this time. Travis made sure to resolve the clog and worked diligently to make sure our bathrooms and showers were running appropriately. They seemed to have good reviews.Within and hour of calling them, I had a field technician at my in-laws house. James B. was very friendly and professional.He got us flowing again within minutes. He also used his camera to show us how bad the drain pipes condition was.Our experience with Drain Time was very good. We are considering using them to handle the re-drain.

They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to resolve the plumbing issues with the piping under my kitchen sink.The only drawback was their timeliness. While my appointment was scheduled between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, they didn’t arrive until 6:00 PM. I understand that delays can happen, so it wasn’t a major concern. Ultimately, I’m just glad they delivered quality service and resolved the problem effectively.

I had a leak in the drain of our kitchen sink and on the other side, the disposal had seized up. I was able to make the appointment for the next morning easily. Showed up on time. Tried to tighten the drain to seal better but realized the flange was cracked. Replaced it. Was able to unlock the disposal and get it working. Total time was 2:15 and cost was $299 for flange and labor. I would hire them again.

Travis came out to clear the backup in my sewer lateral. He did a great job. He explained everything that he did and recommended a camera inspection because of the severity of the backup. A camera inspection was done and hydro jetting was performed to remove all debris in the line.

Do not hesitate to call these guys - if you need a plumber - you will not only be pleased, but your perception of price gouging plumbers will be changed. I had a routine bathroom sink faucet replacement that led to the discovery that the close/open valves didnt close the water supply, requiring the main to be shut off. I could not get the valves to loosen, and with the main shut off I did not want to be without water over night, nor did I want to break a pipe in the wall. I selected Drain Time Plumbing based on their 4.9/5.0 reviews. I was able to get a same day afternoon appt and James arrived, neat, clean, professional in a jazzy Drain Time van. I thought this was going to cost more than I expected (epecially with a same day appt), but was very wrong. The quote was around what I had hoped and it took him longer than he expected to get the valves loosened but did so without expected extra charges. Overall I was extremely satisfied and would hire again and recommend them to my friends!

Came home after a long day at work and showered and couldn’t turn off the water completely. It was leaking so much, I couldn’t ignore it. My husband attempted to shut off the water to our house but the valve was too stiff. We frantically tried to fix the problem on our own because it was past 10pm on a week night, and when we couldn’t, we were looking for 24 hr service plumber. Called the first few 24 hour services that Google suggested, however, we kept on running into answer machines/voicemails. I found Drain Time Plumbing with good reviews, decided to give them a call, got a voice mail, so decided to leave a message in the intake on their website. Before I can get to writing anything, a very nice lady called me back immediately, saying they received a missed call. It was close to 11pm at this point, and she sounded wide awake and ready to go! She was able to send someone out to us within the hour. When the original tech couldn’t come out, the owner himself came out sooner to help us! They knew exactly the problem and took care of it! We needed a new cartilage for our shower due to the city’s hard water that have build up over the years. Drain Time Plumbing was professional and SUPER RELIABLE. Price was good too! When you have a busy work schedule with young kids, this is the place to go, great communication and always texting me back promptly! Thanks so much guys, will definitely use you guys in the future!

After calling several local companies to no avail I came across & called Drain Time late last night in a panic, we thought we had a burst pipe in our ceiling and water was leaking through it. The owner Mark came out within 60 minutes of my call to help ( it was even after midnight). He was able to identify the cause of our leak which ended up being from our AC unit not plumbing. He provided us valuable information regarding our current plumbing risks and resources to help with any water damage. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He even called me today to check in to see how we were doing and if we were able to get an HVAC company out to fix our AC line. I was very impressed with Drain Time and will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs!

Sunday 7/21 we had a birthday party for our 2 boys. Later that night when my daughter was showering we ended up having a blockage with the main sewer pipe and had water coming up through the toilet seals and tubs. This happened around 10:30 pm. We called our landlord who told us to shut our water off and would call for someone in the morning. We have children and can’t go without water, so we made some calls. My husband called a different 24 hour company and they told him someone can come at 9 am and good luck having someone to come at this time of night. My son googled emergency plumber and drain time plumbing came up and was rated higher than this other 24 hour company. So I made the call explained the situation and she told me they were local and had a guy on-call who could be here in 60 minutes. Done! Chaydon arrived in about 30 minutes. I showed him where the problem areas were, explained what happened and he went over the process of what he was going to do. He also gave me a few tips in case something like this happens again. While things never go wrong when its convenient, Drain Time Plumbing made addressing the issue very pleasing.1. Late night main sewer line clog, no problem. I was out of town and Drain Time Plumbing provided my wife a phone quote and showed up quickly to bring relief to the home and my family. In addition, they did advise of the possibility of a future clog based on their observation of the pipes.2. Observation became a realty 3-days later... No problem. Drain Time Plumbing showed up, relieved the immediate back-up and went to work with replacing two sections of the sewer line that were responsible for the clogging.With a need to cut through a portion of the existing driveway, it took a couple of days to complete the project as advised, but considering they replaced the concrete (and get this, used rebar), all-in-all, we are extremely satisfied with Drain Time Plumbing as a company, their staff for being friendly and efficient and communicative about every step we would anticipate until the completion of the project.When the project was completed, they cleaned EVERYTHING from the project and left us 100% satisfied.Side Note: Drain Time Plumbing also replaced our homes intake water main valve that was leaking for years from a standard twist version to a quarter--turn ball valve with beautiful copper piping, (no more leak).I recommend that you call Drain Time Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, as they have earned my respect as a reputable company that employs outstanding people.Thank you Drain Time Plumbing.

James thought he was walking into just a garbage disposal replacement but when he got here, he tried to fix the mess he was handed. Instead, we agreed that he needed to do a major overhaul to the whole setup under the sink. The original sink was the older smaller sink and I had it replaced with a larger and deeper sink. This threw off the whole plumbing set up. Everything was too high and tight. James said I needed to have it moved down lower in order for it to be to code etc. James left feeling so much better and I love the job he did. If you want the job done correctly, ask for James. I dont usually write reviews but when I do its usually so other people can get help from my experience.Here is my story:Plumbing in my entire house was leaking called multiple plumbing company to look at and give me quote, all of them quoting 2x, 3x. Drain plumbing not only gave me unbeatable quote, but also did a real good job. We re-did entire plumbing in our house. Best part they also give me 10year warranty on their work. I dont think any company in market will give that much guarantee on their work. Their on-site technicians are very polite and respectful. Mark you have very hardworking team and skilled people. If I could’ve put Responsiveness and Punctuality on top of the other reasons why I recommend this company I would, but it only let me choose three.My plumber identified a much bigger problem and where the leak was coming from. He upgraded the quality of the copper pipes used to build a new front yard water tree and insulated it. A few weeks back I found myself between a rock and a hard place when addressing the plumbing issues in my new to me home. Im a recent first-time homebuyer and while I knew there were plumbing issues (because my house is hella old) that eventually needed to be addressed that had been discovered during inspections, I didnt think it would be so soon or to the tune of the thousands of dollars it was. But there I was. One of the bathrooms had a blockage and it ended up being the sewer main line that was affected causing a backup into the home, a bathroom we couldnt use for a couple of weeks, and throwing up a hope and a prayer anytime someone else used the other bathroom. We reached out to Drain Time after getting an estimate from another local company and after having the city come out to inspect as well. We ended up going with Drain Time because of the trust that my bf has in the owner from a job they previously did for him. For my reasons, I was comfortable going with Drain Time because of the in-depth knowledge and sit-down conversation we had regarding my homes issues. Its often that Ive felt mansplained to, but during my conversations with Tommy and Jarod, I felt respected and heard. That same feeling carried throughout the length of the job with Chris and even afterward in Tommy and Marks follow-ups. Daily, I was provided with updates on the work that would be done that day, when water and sewer wouldnt be in use, for how long, and when we could resume using it. It was important to me to be able to stay at home for the majority of the job as I WFH and have my toddler with me throughout the day as well. I wont say the experience was perfect, as we did have a miscommunication about job specifics and an alternative that was done once the sewer line was looked at again with another camera scope, weighing the costs, pipe condition and trying to maintain the physical landscape. But the reason for the 5 stars lies in the fact that even with the issue that occurred, the service recovery, care for the situation, genuine apology and acceptance of responsibility meant a lot. I wasnt expecting perfection, as nothing in life is, but the peace of mind thats been brought to me and my family as a result of the work that was done is invaluable. The plumbing in my home shouldnt need to be replaced in my lifetime, and in peeking at the quality of the materials and the work that was done, it may even extend the length of my childrens lifetimes as well! Im glad we were able to support a local, family-owned business of integrity and even happier that my family and I were left in a better situation than we were before.

Chaydon was excellent. He installed three toilets for us and was professional, friendly, and patient answering my many questions. Additionally, when he was done he pointed out a few features that were unique to the toilets we purchased and provided advice on things to look out for. I really appreciated the extra time and guidance he provided us before he left. He even wears crocks to easily remove and put on his shoes when entering and leaving our home. I would recommend drain time to anyone, and especially recommend Chaydon. He was great!

I had a little leak in my toilet. I called a big company which was my fault, they wanted to tear up my bathroom and it would have cost me over 3 grand. I told them I wanted a 2nd opinion. I called Drain Time, spoke to Mark. He came out the next day and said none of that needed to happen. Fixed my toilet very quickly and efficiently and half the cost. Very nice people to work with and reasonable pricing. I will be calling them from now on. Thank you Drain Time!
