We had an outside water leak under our concrete drive way on the 5th of July. Being a holiday week end we had a hard time finding a plumber that would come out and not charge $300 just to come out. Voyager Plumbing were amazing. Jerry came right out to check out our leak, cap it off until it could be worked on that Monday. Angel and his crew had a big task and they did a great job repiping from the street to the house and to the back yard thank you for a great job. Very professional team

I recently had plumbing issues that I was made to believe was resolved nine months earlier by a well known company.Not wanting to again pay a hefty amount, I started googling a multitude of local plumbing firms hoping to find a competent and honest company that can do the job thoroughly. With fingers crossed and utmost reluctance I settled on Voyager Plumbing. Boy! To say that I was floored by the quick response and the professionalism of their crew would be an understatement.To top it all off, Voyager Plumbing took a video of the completed work to show outstanding results. My 22 plus year old pipe couldn’t look any better. No trace of sludge whatsoever.I certainly learned a valuable lesson that if the company ran incessant TV ads, it’s just hype and will surely cost you a ton of your hard earned money. Voyager Plumbing crew may not be wearing gloves but they can do a comparable job, maybe even better, for a lot less.Kudos to Arnold, Angel and Edgar for displaying professional and courteous demeanor coupled with a superb job ethics. Please accept my gratitude and appreciation for a job well done.Without reservation, I will definitely highly recommend Voyager Plumbing to all my friends and relatives.

We had a sewer back up that turned into a full sewer replacement (1960s cast iron). Voyager Plumbing came to the rescue the next day and got to work on our plumbing issues. This was a MAJOR project that took 2 weeks, but Thomas, Frank, and their team kept us up-to-date along the way, explained every step, and why it was necessary. They also gave us a reasonable price. Of note, they are experienced and licensed for general contracting as well. That means they can do the usual finishing work (replace tile, drywall, repaint, replace siding) that most plumbers won’t. It was great to have a “one stop shop” team that could do everything, and was communicative throughout the process. 100% will call them again if we ever need a plumber.

These guys are great! Frank and Armando were able to come out to our property the next day. They were very professional and really kind. They gave us a quote, and once we agreed upon it they began working on the two sinks that were in very rough shape. They explained exactly what was wrong and walked us through what needed to be done. They cleaned up after themselves and stayed in great communication the entire time. I highly recommend them to all others!

We are so thankful to have found Voyager Plumbing. We called them about a garbage disposal that wasn’t working, and they offered to come out and take a look at no charge. While diagnosing the issue, they pressed the reset button, which fixed the problem! They were super nice and didn’t charge us anything for it. What an incredible and honest company! We’ll definitely save Voyager Plumbing in our contacts and recommend them to our family and friends. For any future plumbing needs, they will be our first call. I had a great experience with the A Team, Arnold and Angel. The water heater at our church is in the second floor attic. Arnold evaluated the issue and came up with a solution to remove the old one and replace it with a new one. He even questioned how we used the hot water and suggested a smaller unit that would meet our needs for a reduced cost. They were both very professional and respectful of my property. I will not hesitate to call Voyager again the next time I have a plumbing problem.

Absolutely the best plumbers Ive ever hired. Jerry, Angel, and Thomas are all exemplary plumbers and human beings. They were considerate, transparent, professional, accommodating, and personable throughout the entire experience. Knowing how rare this can be in the industry, I will never call another plumber as long as they are in business.I had a complex drain network that needed to be consolidated and rerouted that involved three different lines at odd angles with tight connections and constraints. Not only were they able to solve it in a way that met my functional requirements in just a few hours, they were able to do it in an incredibly aesthetically pleasing manner as well.Look no further. These guys are the best.

I now have Voyager Plumbing bookmarked for my plumbing needs, and you should too. I’ll explain…Our tenant contacted us early on a Monday morning to inform me that water was coming through the water sprinkler and light fixture in the laundry room. I called a few plumbers but it’s tough to schedule one early in the week since most are booked out. I called a plumber I had used in the past but he wasn’t able to make it and referred me to Voyager Plumbing. I was instructed to get a water mitigation company out there and there was no mold/damage but the cause was the water heater. I was given the go ahead to proceed with getting the water heater switched out. I called Voyager Plumbing and Thomas came out Tuesday morning. He assessed what was needed and scheduled to come back with another person since it’s difficult to change out the water heater in the attic with one person. He explained what will be changed and gave me my options.First thing Tuesday morning, Thomas and Josh showed up and switched out the water heater. The gas line was switched out and he added shut off valves.Now why I would recommend Thomas at Voyager Plumbing… 1) he explained that CPVC glue on a PVC pipe which caused the drain pan to fail 2) he took photos and sent them to me 3) he kept me posted on when we were scheduled and if he was in route 4) he didn’t offer and didn’t recommend installing a tankless water heater for this particular unit (I liked his honesty) 5) to keep this from happening again, he put a water alarm in the drain panNow I can rest easy knowing that I won’t have hot water issues anytime soon.

We had been living with the issues with our showers in our primary bathroom for almost a decade. I took to Yelp to find a top-notch plumber who could diagnose our issues and find multiple solutions. I landed on two, with Thomas (Voyager) coming out on top. His customer service from the start, and his range of options for the fix made me feel comfortable in my selection. We chose the more invasive option (it meant cutting into the drywall behind the shower walls), and it turned out to be the right call. Thomas had everything done on his end in a few hours, and we scheduled his contractor friend to come in a few days to patch the holes in the drywall, re-texture and paint - which Mark did very well, indeed. Yes this is a company that provides great service and value for the money. Well be calling on Thomas in the future for any of our plumbing needs, and highly recommend him.

I seriously cannot recommend Voyager Plumbing enough. We recently moved into a house with a 30 year old water heater that was on its way out. We decided to bite the bullet and get a new water heater before the old one inevitably went out at the most inconvenient time.We shopped around around and got a quote from one plumber who came out to the house, Home Depot who quoted over the phone, and Voyager Plumbing.Voyager Plumbing beat both and provided the exact same services and water heater (Bradford White 40 gallon gas).Thomas was able to install the heater same day and we now have hot water! He gave us 5 different options with absolutely no pressure to choose anything we didnt want. He also replaced our water shutoff valve for a great price. Thomas arrived during the time window he gave, took his time to get the job done right, and is even coming back tomorrow to fix a small leak for no extra charge.The lowest price is reason enough to go with Voyager Plumbing, but the great service, honesty, and responsiveness make Voyager Plumbing a no-brainer.

Right on time Frank and Armando knocked on my door. I liked these guys right away. They were friendly and clearly very professional. Frank didn’t realize that the job entailed securing and resetting a pedestal sink, but he accepted the job without reservation. In 5 minutes he had a rock-solid price for me. This included changing the faucet set, new angle stops and shut-off valves. They had most of the spare parts ready on the truck. Frank stuck to the price as promised. It turned into a big job. The guy who had installed it only secured it to one stud. Frank went to get a 2”x4” and they made the necessary repairs to anchor the sink to the wall. The pedestal was set perfectly. They worked for almost two and a half hours. When they finished, that sink was solid and gleaming like new. This is an honest, reliable crew. They straight-up do good work. They know their business.
