I recently had a 19 year old water heater tank start leaking on me and it was time to replace it. My Mom recommended Anderson Plumbing, so I gave them a call. With the help of Kimberly, I was easily able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Mike L. came by the next day and was super friendly and he was patient with me in answering all my questions. Mike was very informative and gave me a few options to go with. No pressure at all. I decided to bite the bullet and get a gas tankless water heater since I have been interested in avoiding a tank. Mike went to work right away, ordering the parts, and started the removal of my tank. Quick and painless. The parts were delivered within the hour, and Mike did a hell of a job mounting the tankless water heater in my garage. It was a clean install...and Mike continued to be patient with answering more questions I had. I was truly impressed with Mikes professionalism and honesty...and he does great work! The job required a second day to get the venting done correctly, but Mike was able to set up the system so I had hot water over night. In the end, it was a quick, yet thorough install, and it turned out great! I highly recommend Mike L. and Anderson Plumbing! Thanks Anderson Team!

So far, were very pleased with our experience with Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air! We had our 47 yr. old heater replaced and an AC unit installed. Our sales agent, Christine, was professional and helpful while in our home giving us the estimate. The office staff have also been good to work with.Our installers, Oscar and Derek, were the BEST! The job required the new heater/ac to be installed in our attic (instead of our garage where the former heater was). They were in our home several days. They were always on time, were very respectful of us and our home, cleaned up the work areas wonderfully. They are efficient and hard working! One day a supervisor and electrician were also working on the prep and install. Pleased with their service.Were waiting to complete the review until after Jan.7 when someone is coming to dry wall a couple of areas that needed to be accessed in our walls during installation.The heater seems to be working well! Well have to wait until the summer to rate the ac. :-)

I left for work both days that Anderson replaced my entire HVAC system. It was so clean both days after they were done that I wouldn’t have even known they had been here besides the new systems. They were extremely professional, fast, and trustworthy. I feel confident in their work, especially knowing the warranties are in place and I can call them anytime if I would need to. I had gotten three bids before choosing Anderson and theirs was the most obviously fair and trustworthy.

This company always answers when I call, always shows up when they say they would & they give me the info straight, so I can make an informed decision. They also communicate via text & email. Kevin showed up timely & had to deliver some tough news to us about our heat pump. Even so, he was awesome, professional, answered our questions & sent us pictures of our system to review. He waited with us for staff Michael to arrive to discuss the project plan and cost. Michael was also amazing & is a teacher at heart. He explained how the system works & answered all questions we had. We had work begin the very next day following the service call. The team arrived on time, were respectful of my property & communicated clearly. Christian & Diego did a great job installing a new heat pump unit. It works beautifully! ❄️ For us, the price is worth the guarantee it comes with, plus its with a company that actually shows up & completes the job correctly. The service technician was extremely polite, knowledgeable, informative and thorough. The A/C unit was vibrating loudly with an annoying noise. He found a panel on the side hanging by 1 screw. He did tell me that it could have been very dangerous for me if I had attempted to reattach the panel. It was housing the electrical system for the unit. He did a general check of other parts and screws to see if there was a problem. He said he found none. I had complained about my extremely high power bill. He suggested a hard start part to lower the power pull when the unit would turn on. He said no guarantees on helping with the power cost, but hopefully I would see a lower bill next month. We will see. The service tech was Richard Martinez. I will request him in the future! Now, the only complaint I have is a $76 dollar dispatch charge! What! That is excessive! Raised my bill from the $400’s to high $500’s. That needs to change. It was not a weekend call. I called on a Monday morning!! I will still call them because, they can handle your household needs. I will still complain about the cost!

He was very professional and looked at all the possible problems. He got the water flowing through the pipes again. Christian came out on one of the hottest daysever and spent the whole day removing our old unit and then installing the new one. There were a couple of glitches (not on his part) but he stuck it out and did not wrap up until everything was working. After going two weeks without AC during the most miserable hot spell, we have air again. The only issue I had was that it took so long to get someone out here, and then we needed a new unit. That technician , Michael, was informative and honest. And I sensed he really felt bad that he couldn’t fix the issue. But our comfort specialist, Angie, did everything in her power to get us a good system installed ASAP. I wholeheartedly recommend the company and these employees.

I have enjoyed the air conditioner so much since they did repairs on it. It used to make a horrible noise when it started and they diagnose the problem right away and repaired the air conditioner quickly and now it is so silent. Im mad I didnt do it earlier. I am so happy with the results, I never hear it turn on. James was so nice had such a sweet smile and made me feel right at ease. I knew everything was going to be done correctly quickly and I wouldnt have to worry about it when you left. Thats why Im on the VIP membership. Miguel and alfonso arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a slab leak. Had to cut a 1 foot square opening in dining room drywall to uncover the source of running water sound inside the wall. Miguel explained my repair options and we decided to reroute the leaking hot water line through attic to kitchen faucet. They completed the job in about 6 hours on the hottest day of the year in El Cajon! Miguel kept me posted on job progress throughout the day. Both plumbers were totally professional in doing this job.

I am very impressed with the quality of work so I decided to also have Anderson check for any plumbing issues. Scott Tipton, the plumbing technician checked everything from the water pressure, the water heaters, all faucets and toilets, valves, bibs and hoses. His expertise in the field is clear, having worked as a plumber for 40 years.He took photos of everything, then explained the items that needed replacement, what will need work eventually, and also the things that look very good. He offered options along with estimates of how and when to proceed with repairs. I woke up to a dripping leak in my kitchen area. After putting down some towels and a bucket I called Andersen. They gave me an open window of anytime after 12PM. I received a confirmation email and a text telling me the name of my technician and a little bit of background on him. Elliott was fantastic! He arrived around 2PM and was so nice and professional. He was able to locate the source of the leak and repair it. He even gave me a referral for the drywall repair. We will be calling him back again to have a whole house filtration system installed. Both toilets and both showers backed up. Called the company and Lincoln S came out to see what the trouble was, he new immediately that it was the Main line sewer from drain to street was backed up. Its the Mobile Park responsibility, not mine. He also heard water dripping and found pipe that was just taped only was leaking from backup. I called property management immediately and they will plumber out soon. Saved me some bucks, Thank You.

Judah performed an inspection of our heating system and replaced the air filter. He explained the work he did. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. We received a text from him when he was on his way here. We would definitely recommend Anderson for our HVAC and plumbing needs.

I had a leak that soaked my flooring over the weekend that needed immediate attention and Anderson, Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling answered the bell!! Jonnie and Nick arrived, were very professional and listened closely to the information I provided. They were quick to determine a course of action and took decisive action in finding the source of the leak behind a wall. They minimized any required cutting into the wall and got the leak fixed. Jonnie was very communicative with me throughout the process to ensure that I was aware of the job status. All work was completed in a professional manner and the site was left as clean as possible under the circumstances. I will definitely be calling Andersons if the need arises again!!
