    I am very satisfied with the two different Technicians involved; one made a survey of the work; another performed the requested service. The service was to disconnect and reconnect the condenser, original connection was a poor installation. They did a fine job; I watched the entire process the piping lines were shortened, alone with associated wiring, reconnected everything securely, and in the process the unit was properly repositioned. The system was purged with nitrogen to clear any impurities that may have been within the system, recharged and successfully tested. The condenser runs smother and quieter than it ever has, the air conditioner is running very well. The Technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. During this process I spoke with three of their dispatchers who listened well, were polite, cheerful and understood my request, they kept me informed by phone and text message. Great Company!

    We had Sean come out and give us a quote on a mini split system for our office, once we signed he set a date and the guys were there for an install within a couple of weeks. Once summer hit my new unit had an issue I called Sean and he immediately had Joel aka the wolf and Jeff out to fix the issue. Between Joel and Jeff they decided it was best to get rid of the unit I had and actually upgrade me to something better, at no cost. Joel Jeff and Enrique came out and reinstalled the better unit and we were good to go. Ownership should be super proud of their crew. I can’t say enough good things about how well these guys worked around my schedule, my office, our staff, and our tenants in the other part of our building. Thank you Sean, Joel, Enrique and Jeff.

    We had an awesome crew headed by Anthony with two fantastic assistants - Cynthia and Alfonso! It is so refreshing to have true professionals in our home - on time, meticulous in their workmanship, competent, professional and pleasant crew - they arrived early and stayed late! These folks get it - interested in getting the job done and doing it with a great attitude! We would have them back anytime! Give this company a chance - plus their bid was reasonable and great value!

    All together we had 4 techs come to out house to install our system. The project started with Thomas & Armando who were both great to work with. They were great at communicating with my wife and I about all that was going on and all they had to do. The genuinely cared for us. On one of the days we reached near 100 degree weather in our area. They stayed at the house late because they wanted to make sure we had air conditioning so we could have a restful sleep. I dont know of too many companies that do that anymore. They made sure and cleaned up the work area before leaving.The work was finished by Anthony and Jason. After they were done the two cleaned up and took pictures of the work that was done and made sure we knew how to run the system before leaving.Altogether it was a great experience. We were so glad that we hired this company to put the system in out house. I would highly recommend this company.

    We had had the pleasure of having Thomas and Anthony out at our house to install our new furnace. As home owners we want to trust the company that comes out to our house and do a great job.     Anthony and Stephen were amazing. They greeted us warmly and introduced themselves. Before they entered the house, they put on booties to make sure they didn’t bring dirt into the house.At the beginning of the service call, Anthony asked me about the issue. They laid out a couple of potential root causes and then began the service call. Throughout the service, they kept me up to date of the progress.In the end, they delivered the service in a way that made me feel confident that it was done right. I would recommend Air Temperature Specialists to anyone that needs an honest and transparent service call. Will definitely call them again when I need a/c service.

    Cooper and Anthony came to our home to replace our A/C unit today and they did an amazing job. They were very polite and respectful of my home and my family.     We just had AC installed in our home. Josh and Travis were the techs that did the work. The job was done and done well. They placed floor coverings down and were very polite. They were just pleasant people to have in our home for a few days.     Anthony and Nick came to my apartment today to fix my HVAC unit and they were GREAT! They followed all COVID safety guidelines along with ensuring that their work space was clean and well kept by covering all the floors and cleaning the work areas. They were professional, informative, and exceeded all my expectations. The thermostat that was installed is incredibly easy to set, thanks you Nick for showing me the simplicity in setting it.     We had a really great experience with ATS. Living in a fairly large condo complex built in the 1990’s, most owners have been replacing the original ac/heatpump units as they failed. I got a great quote from David (best of four different quotes) for my unit and he extended the offer to two of my neighbors. So, we had three units replaced on the same day. The crew started at 9 and were out by 2 in all 3 units! The on-site supervisor, Mike, and his 6 guys all knew their stuff. They are all true professionals, we couldn’t be happier and recommend them highly. We got a great combo deal with an established company that installed name brand quality products.     Our A/C condenser recently stopped working. After reaching out to companies who we had previously done business with and being told the wait for an appointment was 2-3 weeks out, we contacted Air Temperature Specialists, who were able to come much sooner. Dave, our Service Technician, was outstanding. He arrived within the appointment window and was very professional in appearance and demeanor, including proper COVID-19 precautions. Dave was able to inspect and identify our issue, and had the necessary replacement part in his van. Dave was very thorough to ensure there were no other issues. We have found our new go-to HVAC repair and maintenance company. We could not be happier with our experience!

    I lucked out and ATS had an opening to install my new HVAC 3 days after the equipment arrived from the manufacturer. Josh and Aiden showed up on time, answered all my questions, walked me through the install process. I work from home and they were incredibly professional and courteous as i worked and they went about doing their amazing job. You could just tell that they take great pride in the work they do. Super engaging and nice guys who work hard and fast. Im super impressed with ATS, Josh and Aiden. Would recommend them to everybody!

    Anthony came to our apartment to help with a leak between the washer and the drain pipe. He was on time, courteous, thoughtful (wearing a mask without being asked to do so), and very efficient at identifying the source of the problem. He completed his work quickly, but was careful to double-check that he had truly fixed the problem (which he had). We really appreciated his work, and hope that if we ever need service again, we are fortunate enough to have Anthony again!

    I wanted to get the HVAC cleaned after purchasing my home and make sure the system was good to go. Anthony came right on time and was very courteous and professional. He cleaned the condenser and filters, made sure the pressure and fluids were correct and then checked the furnace. I highly recommend this company and ask for Anthony if you get a chance.

    Anthony and Ryan were absolutely awesome, extremely respectful when showing up and entering the apartment, respect continued on when they would come back in and out after going up to the roof and back.     I have used ATS for both Plumbing and HVAC for approximately 7 years. They are TOP NOTCH! Always on time, professional, courteous and very capable.     Man I am so thankful. I run an apartment complex and when you have four units ACs go down you call Air Temp.Had Anthony come out, professional and respectful not someone wholl up sell you. Fun happy work attitude. Got the job done and the residents loved the guys.Week later I have another issue with another unit. Cooper comes out and kid you not, replaces a condenser which had pinhole leaks in I wanna say hour an half.     Anthony & Brandon were AWESOME...and thats even an understatement! My husband is active duty military and deployed. Our AC unit has broken down 3 times in the last 12 months. Each time, Lincoln Military Housing has come out with short cut resolutions, which only resulted in more maintenance calls, until finally I got lucky with a new install by the Air Temp Specialists. These guys moved ALL our furniture out of the way and back into place to be able to get our new AC unit installed. They could have forced me to reschedule service, until I could move everything on my own, but instead, they went the extra mile for my family and I. I wish more people could be counted on to do the right thing. Thank you SO much guys for making sure my 1 year old twins and I arent uncomfortably hot in these upcoming summer months!     We turned on the heat for the first time all year and we had a funny smell coming from the air vents. We called Air Temperature Specialists and Joel & Mike came to the house. They worked quickly, they worked clean, and resolved the issue. Also, while they were inspecting our heating system they noticed small repairs that should be covered by our waranty (it’s a new system— so they told us to call the contractor who installed it). These guys are honest and professional, I’ll call them for all of my plumbing/heat/air issues. 5 stars.

    Jorge and his team with supervision of Sean, managed to remove a 235-gallons hot water tank and replace it with a new one. The entire job was done in one day with minimum water shutoff. The boiler provides hot water to 48 condos. Thank you guys, for the job well done.

    Bare with me - Our AC recently went out and needed replacement due to the age of the equipment. (Santee CA & temps are currently in the high 90’s) 🥵 I called around to 3 companies - 2 of which advised they could schedule an inspection within about a week or less, however were likely a week + out before an install could happen. My 3rd call was to Air Temperature Specialists where I spoke with Chuck Gayden. Chuck was extremely helpful, provided me with a proposal within less than an hour with only a few specific questions about our existing equipment type, size, and square footage of the residence. We approved to proceed and he had technicians on site the next morning!! Here is where I need a 6th star. Enrique & Brandon arrived on time, had all the necessary equipment and went to work immediately! They quickly identified that the new exterior unit was bigger than the original one, and due to some retaining blocks. My wife was home alone and began to work to move them and when Enrique saw her doing this, he stopped her & grabbed Brandon and move all the blocks!! Above & Beyond!! I made it home just as they were wrapping up, and they stopped to introduce themselves to me and me to my new product. Equipment is flawless, works perfectly and I’m in love with my Nest WiFi thermostat!! 6 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    My HVAC was behaving oddly, pushing out heat when I set it to cool. David from Air Temp Specialists visited and determined quickly that the issue was an old faulty thermostat. He advised me to buy and install a new one myself If I thought I was handy enough, and that he would help me over the phone at no additional cost if I ran into issues. He taught me a lot about how my system worked, and let me know the most cost effective ways to update my setup. I installed a new thermostat myself, and was able to call David a few weeks later to help me get all the settings right. So helpful and respectful of my money. These guys are great!
