Remedy rooter is the company my HOA used and recommended. My water heater kicked the bucket and they were able to come out the day of (after me calling at about 4 in the morning) and removed it very quickly. Amber was always very effective in communicating and very friendly! I appreciated the sense of feeling like we were good friends and she would check in with me during the wait for the new water heater. Juan and Luciano were the technicians I worked with and they both were very informative, professional, and did an amazing job. After the water heater was installed I noticed the water wasn’t getting hot I informed Juan and he was back here in 10 minutes and fixed it! I appreciate Juan’s great attitude and above and beyond service! I would recommend this company over and over again. Great to work with, effective communication, and very friendly! Thank you guys!

Edited 1/2/25: Had another drain issue and called Remedy Rooter again. They were out SO quickly and issue was resolved so fast! Tim was my tech this time!Service and availability are top notch! My first interaction with Remedy Rooter was with their scheduling dispatcher, Amber who was on top of my request for a slow drain repair ASAP. She remembered who I was every time I called back. My slow drain did eventually reveal itself to be a BROKeN drain line with a massive clog. Rafael, the tech that officially diagnosed the problem offered up multiple solutions. He ends up being able to fix it without tearing up my whole house and was done in one day. ❤️

Big shout out for Remedy Rooter! We had a water leak that broke through the ceiling of one of our bedrooms in the evening, and we were able to get Remedy Rooter out to our house to repair the leak after hours, within half a hour of calling. Rafael got the job done quickly and efficiently and was very pleasant to deal with. The price was reasonable for an emergency repair. If you have a plumbing need, especially an emergency, do not hesitate to call Remedy Rooter.

My tank water heater gave out and needed to be replaced. I needed help fast. Remedy Rooter came out quickly and I could not have been in better hands. My tank water heater was not even two years old and should have still been under warranty, however, Home Depot had an error in their system at the time it was purchased and somehow negated the warranty. Remedy did everything they could to get Home Depot to help us but it was useless. I was furious with Home Depot but the technicians at Remedy were fantastic, on time, communicative, and explained all of my replacement options thoroughly for me to make an informed decision. I ended getting a tankless water heater and could not be happier. Remedy took care of everything and I cannot say enough great things about them. I highly recommend!

Our property manager referred us to their plumber for a second opinion on a drain that would not clear. Their plumber was Remedy Rooter who specializes in commercial plumbing. I was worried because I thought using a specialty would costs us more. To my great surprise, it was not more. In fact, they saved us literally thousands of dollars. We had been told that our drain could not be cleared by a local big named residential plumber and they needed to drill through the floor and repair the pipes because they were so old. That would cost 5k additional to the $900.00 we had already paid.When Remedy Rooter arrived, it was towards the end of the day. The plumber that came listened to what our issues were and quickly suggested for us to let him try and clear the drain. At first I was hesitant and doubtful it would work.. I am not even joking he had his tools unloaded, the drain cleared and water flowing in under 15 minutes. I was in SHOCKK!!! They came by the next day to rebuild the trap underneath and we were all repaired.We subsequently needed to figure out why we had water under our floor. I called to set up an account with Remedy Rooter since they helped us with the other issue. I spoke with Traci who was friendly and efficient. We had a plumber out to our location within 24 hours. The second plumber highly impressed our service manager as he pulled the toilet faster than he had ever seen. The plumber found that the ring on our toilet had collapsed, causing a slow leak. We paid a fair price and quickly had our toilet repaired.I highly recommend Remedy Rooter for all of your plumbing needs in San Diego as they are truly professional , honest and caring.

I woke up in the morning to water all over my floor. We found a supply line had ruptured in the night and flooded the house. Remedy Rooter (Daniel) came out very fast and changed the supply line. Daniel also suggested checking the water pressure, as high water pressure can cause issues like we experienced. The water pressure was over 100 PSI when Daniel checked! A PRV to bring the pressure down was provided and installed the same day for a reasonable price. My expectations were blown away! Remedy Rooter will be my first call for all my plumbing needs going forward.

OMG I can’t say enough good, about Paul, the plumber that came out for our emergency situation.We were watching TV and we suddenly heard a noise that we thought was coming from outside. While it’s not what was happening, it felt like a fire hose that was out of control. Our wood floors were being covered with water rapidly!
