Joe, from Quality Plumbing , came into my brand newly remodeled bathroom to check for the source causing water damage in the condo below my 3rd floor unit. I appreciate the care he took to leave my finery as undisturbed possible. He used a mirror instead of expanding the hole for a deeper view. Thanks again for treating mi casa as if it were your casa.

We have had a chronically leaking faucet for months, with no solution to date. Quality Rooter did a wonderful job, and the guys were on time, efficient, and had a quick response time. The lady on the phone, I think her name is Cherilyn, was amazing and she had them at our place in a few hours. Will definitely be using Quality Rooter next time!

Quality Rooting & Plumbing responded to our call and confirmed a suspected water leak in the concrete slab of the condo. They came back and bypassed the bad copper pipe segment running it behind the cabinets to the kitchen sink. Great job.

I have used Quality Rooter for years now. They are my go to plumber. I am a property manager so I encounter a lot of need for a good plumber. Cherilyn and Eric are amazing. Each and every time I have to call they are out to the property within a timely manner. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Cherilyn is amazing at getting her guys out here to take care of my problems. We are on a quarterly jetting program with them and without fail they are here right on time each time. I personally would not use anyone else. If you are looking for a quality (no pun intended) professional plumbing company give them a call!!

So I have had to use Quality twice over the last two weeks due to issues identified by our home inspection. First, the office is easy to get a hold of and extremely helpful/response to request. Second, our technician Joe was amazing; he helped me navigate the request for repairs and answer all questions from the home inspection along with showing me why each identified problem needed to be fixed. Joe also made it a point to leave his work station cleaner than he found it. I would like to personally say thank you to Joe and the front office for their support. Also, look no further because this is a company that wants to help the community!

My shower had low water pressure and the plumber arrived in a timely manner to resolve the issue. The price was very reasonable compared to some of the quotes I received from other companies. He called when he was on his way which I appreciated having a newborn. Highly recommend Quality Rooter!

They responded to my call on the weekend. Super professional and polite on the phone. They sent an on call tech within 45 minutes of my call. The tech was responsive to questions but ultimately he got the clog undone even when it presented challenges. Quality Rooter has been added to my phone contacts for the best plumbing services!

Came home to the kitchen sink overflowing all over the floor. Called Quality Rooter & Plumbing, Inc and Cherilyn had a plumber on site in less than 30 minutes to clear my drain. Found the garbage disposal was also a leaking and they were able to replace that at the same time. Lesson learned not to put grease and food down the drain anymore. Thanks Eric for for a job well done.

It was easy to set up an appointment with QRP for the repair of our sink leak and broken shower handle. It was appreciated that the QRP plumber was on time. He was polite and efficient and explained the preferred repair options. He also made sure we understood the planned fixes before completing the repairs. I contacted Quality Rooter & Plumbing in desperate need of a main drain to be unclogged. Cherilyn contacted me within hours of my request. Eric & Jacob showed up the same day in a very professional and timely matter. The drain was cleared within an hour and after they left , you would’ve never known they were there. Called a plumbing company to clear my main line and they wanted to charge me over $600 to cable it. Called Quality Rooter & Plumbing and they jetted the line and removed the roots for $425 and now it is working like new. The service was prompt and they explained to me what the problem was. What a fantastic plumbing company with kind and knowledgeable employees. I had a leak in my old hot water heater and called Quality Rooter to come and check it out. Quality Rooter & Plumbing is not only my historical choice of Plumbers but also the constant choice of my entire Condo Community. Found myself in a situation where I needed to have a Kitchen Faucet replaced along with a dishwasher and disposal. A complete overhaul...So it was time for me to put in a call to Cherilyn, Quality Rooter & Plumbing Boss Lady! She took my requests, listened, and answered my questions. I made an appointment date and time and Whoa...Joe, my plumber came and performed his miracles. The cost was beyond reasonable. Joe came in with suggestions on saving money...not spending more.
