I am a retired attorney. In 40 years of practice I have heard thousands of stories in divorces and criminal cases. I read about mega Rooter on the Internet. I originally made an appointment with Louis To fix up my plugged kitchen sink. I decided to read the reviews on him. 50% were good and 50% were bad. It was a Saturday during the day. I decided not to take a chance and canceled my appointment with Louis. I made an appointment with another plumbing company, but it would not be until Monday. About three hours later Louis called me and offered to stop over and take a look at the problem. Of course, I was skeptical. In 20 minutes Louis not only fixed the problem, but took apart the plumbing under the sink and fixed it expertly. In conversation with Louis I found out that the bad reviews were of some employees of Louis Not of Louis himself. These bad Apple employees are no longer with Louis. I re-read the reviews and they matched Louis account and his explanations. He is a true, plumbing expert. He had all the necessary and the newest equipment to take care of my problem. Well, of course, you can never be sure of anything in this world, but I am sure that Louis and his company are truthful, honorable, and highly skilled. I hope I never have this problem again, but for sure, I will call Louis. Judge for yourself.

Luis came out late tonight, in the dark, and helped us unclog our sewage line. He was super helpful and professional, and also fixed everything! Showed us the video of roots in our line, but also shared that the rest of the pipe up until that point had already been replaced. Overall, a great experience!

I was originally scheduled for 10:00am -10:15am appointment and by 10:25am I didnt get a status update on my service call so I needed to follow up with them to make sure I was their schedule, it would have been nice to get a call to let me know they are running behind.By 11:25am Hector showed up, he was nice and professional. He cleared up our shower drain in no time and was tidy while doing it. Luis also assisted with my draining issues and he too was pleasant. They allowed me to watch them work and we all even had nice conversations.I will use them again for other issues that may come up.

These guys were able to diagnose 3 problems that were happening at the same time. Serious issues with prior bad plumbing from other companies. Super fast, super experienced, and super professional. If you have older roof access trapvents call these guys, most plumber today are too scarped to get on the roof and do the work that needs to get done.

The waste pipe below my house was old cast iron and bottomed out. It was severely leaking and the dirt in the crawl space below my house was saturated. Luis and Jesus replaced all the cast iron below my home and installed a new clean out. Very satisfied and relieved. The two young plumbers were very hard working and respectful and clean. Appreciated their hard work.

Miguel was extremely professional. I was able to call the office on a weekend and have someone out to our home within a little over an hour. Miguel talked us through each step which included quotes before he did the work of unclogging a drain; the quote was very reasonable.I highly recommend MegaRooter. We will be a repeat customer the next time we need a plumber.

I called Mega Rooter on a Sunday morning for a plumbing problem and Luis sent Alex and his team out asap. Alex was very honest and I felt comfortable with him taking on this job. His team worked through the evening on Sunday and then came back early Monday and the rest of the week to finish the job. Alex worked in the rain and any little hiccup that came up, he fixed right away. They made this nightmare bearable. Thank you Alex for your great work.

Despite having tried to schedule service in advance, they apparently didnt actually schedule me which I found out when I called in 2 hours after my appointment time. However, they did get someone out that same day and they offered me a small discount for the snafu. They cleared up the drain clog very quickly and I am satisfied with the service.

I had the misfortune of needing emergency plumbing services twice within the same month. The first time it was a Saturday night and Mega Rooter Plumbing said they would be there within 45mins, when the 7 other 24 hour plumbers that I spoke to prior were not available until Monday. Luis came ready to work and the job was completed within a couple of hours. Fast forward 2 weeks later on a holiday no less and another unrelated issue came up and again, these guys came through. Miguel was quick to arrive and worked to give me the best deal possible, while also making sure that we didn’t sacrifice on quality.When these guys say 24/7 service they mean it.Thank you for your help, if In the future I need you I am sure that you will save the day again!Bottom line, Mega Rooter Plumbing is responsive and reliable.

My sewer line backed up and Mega Rooter was quick to come to my rescue. Older home, drain pipes deteriorated and collapsed. They ran all new sewer drain pipe. I had water back very quickly and at a great price. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. Professional, prompt, left all clean. Miguel quickly found the issue and resolved it that same evening. He was able to use a camera to find it and showed me what was wrong.
