Ruben was so helpful and kind. We live on a fairly big property and he did amazing with the troubleshooting and finding where our leak was at. He communicated everything throughout the whole time he was here and made us feel apart of the process so we can better understand what is going on and how to fix it. Scheduling an appointment was super easy both ladies that I spoke to on the phone helped me set up an account and confirmed my appointment. I also appreciated that they spoke to me about the price breakdown and expectations for everything which was very helpful. Pricing was fair and there were no surprises as again the price breakdown was already communicated prior to starting services.

CPL found the leak it was a real difficult and tricky one it took the whole minimum time but figured it out. Thanks CPLFollow up did not find the leak please come back to find itFOLLOW UP...CPL pointed to a manifold 6 from yesterdays thought process going to cut into wall later today to see if manifold is there. The CPL techs are being challenged with this old house....Will do another follow up later......FOLLOW UP.........Bryson from CPL said this is on of the hardest jobs he has ever had....there was two manifold +- 8 apart at a diagonal and the cold water fed back to the other side and that why it was hard to find. We isolated the leak just dont have cold water to a full bathroom and washroom but good enough for Thanksgiving. Next week we will fix the problem. Thanks CPL

CPL techs were easy to schedule with Irwin, I got next day service. Techs communicated as advertised, they were right on time and told us they were coming. Bryson and Tyler were personable, adaptable, worked with us to attack our problem, and found the leak in under 2 hours. We really enjoyed working with them. The cost was less than quoted, as a $100.00 portion wasnt required to find the leak. When we accidentally got 2 invoices; one showing paid in full, the other owing the $100.00, Shannon in accounting took care of that, speedy quick. CPL came highly recommended from multiple sources. I will now happily join that group, CPL is the way to go!

I called CPL to have my sewage lines mapped out. My house is old and we needed to replace all existing lines! The lines were so clogged and busted that their tech Richard had to return the following day with more advanced equipment. Richard worked super hard, he was literally drenched in sweat. He was also very understanding that we needed him to return the next day because our project was to be underway. He showed up on a weekend at 7AM, mapped out all the lines! CPL charged us $0.00 for the return visit. Thanks Richard and CPL for your assistance in our home project and customer service. Don’t bother hiring anyone but CPL and hope it’s Richard who shows up!

I received a call early Monday notifying me they could come a little earlier than anticipated which I was thrilled about the two gentlemen worked diligently and accurately to precisely pinpoint the problem on a hot water slab leak. This company is one of the best Ive dealt with in years. The initial service call was non-decisive as to where the slab leak was, and the tech was very professional. Then, they sent out one of the most professional lead technicians Ive ever dealt with, to determine the exact location of my homes issue and he was as thorough as any professional Ive ever dealt with. By far, the most thorough troubleshooting investigation that Ive ever experienced. John Bauer was the most professional and tenacious individual Ive met in decades. When CLP sent Hunter, the technician, to my door I was not hopeful for his success. This is because general contractors and plumbing contractors who were much older, and presumably much wiser had been stumped by this leak. Young Hunter Worked with my Plumber and found the leak in a little more than an hour. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have around. I would highly recommend the company.

I contacted CPL requesting a technician to pinpoint as closely as possible the origin of a leak in my water sprinkler pipe located under a concrete walkway in my backyard.On the schedule appointment date, Ruben showed up with his detection equipment and immediately started working. He was very professional in his approach to locating the leak. Every step of his investigation was deliberately and systematically performed. He was very knowledgeable with what he was doing. He would explain to me in layman’s language each step he would take and the expected result. I noticed a hot floor in my bathroom and called CPL to set up an appointment for leak detection. Eduardo came out on time and called beforehand so I could meet him at the house. He took his time, explained what he was finding, what it all meant, and gave suggestions for the repair once I got with a repair company for my slab leak. He came with a lot of tools and used them to really understand where the leak was located even with the difficulty of hot and cold lines crossing over each other. I would strongly recommend them, and especially Eduardo, for your leak detection needs.

On one job they were able to locate our PVS main waterline, which was not easy. On another job they were able to camera the sewer clean out all the way to the root intrusion at the street. They did a little extra and showed us where a clay to PVS transition was showing to be the next problem. We marked all the relevent locations for the plumber so we can fix them all at the same time.
