We had Matt today and he was FANTASTIC. You can tell these people enjoy doing their job. I needed a faucet and water filter installed. However the pipes were behind a completely different cabinet/drawer meaning he’d have to cut into the cabinet AND we didn’t have all the parts. Matt gave us a detailed run down on what would need to be done and other options to help make our kitchen still look nice while also being functional. He bought the pieces we needed and immediately got to work. The end result was perfect, we got exactly what we wanted. Our cabinets look untouched even though he had to cut a hole in them. INCREDIBLE! Also, because of how our cabinets/drawers are he had to add extra turns in the piping in order for the drawer to close once we have things in it. He did explain that extra turns can cause a clog so he added a little feature to help clear it if it ever happens. Our original feature to help clear clogs is way too old and could cause issues, we can’t remove it because of HOA. During his work? He was such a nice guy! He gave great advice and recommendations on maintenance and performance. We also have a baby and a toddler and they would NOT leave him alone. Same with my cat. He was very nice and professional as he took great care to make sure my family was safe while also interacting with us in such a friendly way. Just so happy with Matt’s service!!! Thank you! I just had Damon from Pride Plumbing fix a blockage that had caused serious headaches and serial leaks. It was a great experience! Damon was friendly and professional, arrived exactly when he said he would, and diagnosed and solved the problem expertly. This is the 6th time Ive had Pride Plumbing help me out and every time they have been excellent and the prices reasonable.

Fernando did a great job at fixing the leak under the kitchen sink.The staff on the phones were very helpful.Fernando was extremely helpful and explained everything as he worked on the leak.The estimate was modest and much cheaper than some of the other companies.I would 💯 recommend Pride plumbing.

We had our shower drain clogged. We couldnt unclogged and they were able to do the repair very quickly. They kept me informed of what had clogged my drain and were very clean. No mess left behind like what usually other companies do. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Prices are great too. Thanks again. Fernando was our technician. He was great 👍

Wow! Fantastic service. After being disappointed with other companies, Pride Plumbing showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour. CJ was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. All of our plumbing needs will be handled by Pride Plumbing in the future.

We had an emergency situation where the bathtub wouldnt drain. When we called for service on Friday morning they were booked for the day but put us on the list in case an availability came up. Within an hour a technician came and fixed the problem. From the initial call for help, to the follow up communications regarding the arrival time of service, to the technician himself, Pride Plumbing provided service above and beyond our expectations! Professional and helpful and all for a very affordable fee. Pride Plumbing will remain our preferred plumber!

Rob from Pride plumbing is a straight, stone cold OG who knows his stuff!!! He came to replace a kitchen faucet, the faucet purchased was defective and would not pass hot water, cold worked fine. He let me keep the defective faucet temporarily so I at least had a working faucet with some water. Rob then left and got a new faucet, came back and changed out the defective faucet again, even though the defective faucet was obviously not his fault or issue! Absolutely amazing customer service and engineer. His methodical approach while the issue made the process seamless and efficient! Definitely reach out to pride plumbing for your utility infrastructure needs and if you get Rob, your lucky!

I had a leak in the scale shield for my tankless water heater. I ordered a new scale shield, which was defective. They picked up a new scale shield. Installed it and didnt charge anything extra for getting a replacement scale shield. They were early for their arrival time and stayed until they confirmed the install was completed and not leaking. They couldnt have done anything better. Great job guys. Thanks for everything.

I can’t say enough good things about Pride Plumbing! I’ve had them out to my home 4-5 times and every time they are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, timely and get the job done right. The first time they came out they found the source of my leak in 30 minutes after I had three other companies come only leaving me with holes in my walls and no solutions. Chuck and Rob are really stand up guys who are so helpful and knowledgeable and will find ways to save you money. Rob has wonderful customer service, cleans up after his job, and makes me feel like my dad is there giving me tips and tricks about plumbing. The admin staff have also been very professional and courteous as well. I recommend this company unequivocally!!!

We had two issues that we called Pride Plumbing to help. First, our tankless water heater was showing error codes and second was a backed up drain. Pride sent Don for the tankless water heater and Damon for the drain. Both were experienced journeyman who were professional, courteous and polite. Don inspected the water heater and made some recommendations but Pride did not charge for his time. When Damon arrived, he quickly and respectfully assessed the problem and within 30 minutes had the problem resolved. He knew exactly how to fix the issue expeditiously resulting in a big savings to us. Damon put down mats to protect the flooring and neither Don nor Damon tried to upsell us for unnecessary work.The plumbers we had been using for a long time recently closed and we were very anxious about using new plumbers. We are very happy that we found Pride Plumbing. From our initial interaction with the receptionist who also was pleasant and professional and scheduled appointments for the same day that we called. Excellent service all around and we are so glad that we have found our new plumbers!!!! Thank you Damon, Don and Pride Plumbing!
