I had the best experience with Pay 2 Pass Backflow! I needed to do an annual backflow testing, and they scheduled me in quickly. Upon arrival, they got to work right away,. Within 5 minutes, it passed, and the certificate was e-mailed to the city. I found a solid group of people! The owner and his team are nice quality people in SD county, highly recommend!

Testing was performed by Kevin who was in communication on the process of testing and followed up with further assistance with unlocking and replacing the cage lock to the backflow meter. I had a 5 day window to be in compliance and both James and Kevin assisted in providing the test results on time and directly to the Specialist. James Kelly from Pass 2 Pay came out and performed the annual test on the backflow system at Chabad of Poway/Chai Preschool & Infant Center, my place of employment. When I contacted James for a quote, he was very responsive. He arrived a bit late, but he called prior to the appointment time to see if it okay to be late--it was. He was professional,courteous, and he and his business, Pass 2 Pay, do a great job at an affordable price, and I highly recommend them.This is my 2nd year using Pass 2 Pay - overall, it was good responsive service by the owner, James Kelly.My additional feedback for the 2nd year is that when I called the office, I did not receive 5-Star, professional and courteous service. Perhaps, this is just a need for additional training. I believe with additional training, that this portion of the Pass 2 Pay business will again be 5-Stars! I look forward to working with Pass 2 Pay again next year.

I have used James for . For retesting the backflow preventer for my apartment. For the last 4 years straight he has been very prompt courteous and thorough. I sent him a picture of my application from the city and within the next few days he emailed me me the results and he sent it to City agency. I will always use Pass 2 Pay Backflow.

Pay 2 Pass makes backflow certification easy. I simply email them a copy of the certification form and leave rest to them. A few days later I receive and email back with a copy of the completed form and an invoice. All I have to do is pay the invoice since they send the required information directly to the city. Couldnt be simpler or more professional!

My backflow unit was damaged by a fallen tree limb. When I called Pass 2 Pay, the owner asked me to send him a picture of the unit; when he received the pictures he explained to me what repairs need to be done and gave me a reasonable quote on the phone. Two days later a technician came, completed the repair and performed a backflow test. I couldn’t be happier as Pass 2 Pay’s friendly technician fixed and tested my backflow in approximately two hours. I will use Pass 2 Pay again.
