He is willing to impart his knowledge to let you know what he is thinking and why he recommends a certain course of action.I manage a number of different properties and have worked with Todd on a number of projects. Todd is able to look at the entire project to figure out what needs to be done ... beyond just a repair. For example, he notices that something needs cementing in, painting, or removed and he just does it. He is the complete package!His prices are very reasonable. And he has access to video technology for troublesome sewer issues. I have had to call him in to fix the problems of other so-called plumbers that did sub-par workmanship. And I only wished that I had called him in first.I would highly recommend Todd at A1 Plumbling!Update: I have used Todd a half a dozen more times since writing the first post, and I still think very highly of him. Great experience. We had a clogged pipe and he was able to troubleshoot the problem and fixed it. He even went under our house to find out what caused the clogged drain. Turns out that our cast iron pipe is near the end of life and needs to be replaced. Also, the angle of the cast iron was not efficient for the water to flow. The cost to unclog the pipe was about 50% of what other plumbers quoted me over the phone.Honest and straight shooter.update. Had Todd replace the 50 ft. of cast iron. He did a great job and did it in half a day. I plan to call Todd when I have any future plumbing issues. Good service and good value.

I needed the sewer unclogged and Todd came out for an after hours service call. It was a little pricey but if you have an emergency and it is after hours it is understandable. He was professional and quick and I am glad he could come with such short notice. If you need your drains unclogged give him a call.

We had a clogged drain. A plumber came out and charged us way to much to unclog our drain. He then wanted to come back again to scope our drain to find out what cause the blockage for additional charge. We found A1 plumbing and Todd quote us a price half of what the other guy was going to charge. Through his camera Todd found a critter in our drain. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to capture it on camera because his camera battery died. For whatever reason he was not able charge his battery using our outlet so he left and came back to scope the pipe again and the critter is gone which we were all bummed out about. It has been a very interesting day. I would recommend A1 plumbing. You can expect an honest and reasonable rate. Thanks Todd.

On a Friday morning, my toilet was gurgling, I contacted A-1 plumbing, who over the phone was able to advise and recommended I contact my HOA, as the issue sounded as it lies outside of my unit trying to save me the out of pocket cost. Without much luck connecting with my HOA all day, I called A-1 back and close to 4 pm and to my great surprise he manage to fit me in and was at my home within an hour, fixed my toilet and advise on what to further discuss with my HOA . I really appreciate A-1 recognizing my dilemma on a Friday afternoon and coming through for me :)

Found our old pipes were literally closed with black gunk and a hole about the size of a pencil eraser in which water was trying to drain through. This was on a Friday. Pipes had to be replaced. Todd spent Friday, Saturday and Sunday working on it. We didnt even ask what it would cost, as weve used Todd several times before and he was always fair. The work needed to be done, no matter what and we totally trust him. When the job was completed we were very pleased with the price. Worth every dollar....

A1 was responsive and timely. The price was less than 1/2 the cost of other reputable plumbers in the area. He looked at my entire kitchen plumbing set up, not just the disposal, which is the reason I had called. He fixed a clog from my dishwasher with no extra charge. He gave suggestions as to where and how to place a 30 gallon water heater vs mixer. As a side note, when my puppy escaped, he even helped me catch her! I definitely recommend A1 for plumbing needs.

Our HOA finances have literally been saved by Todd! Our building was constructed so poorly, the contractor was sent to prison. The plumbing was completely illegal and we had constant problems. Had we not found Todd, we would have been forced to raise our dues to cover the cost of the plumbing repairs. Todd charges us half of what other plumbers quote us and he does an amazing job. We have recommended Todd to lots of folks and they always fall over themselves thanking us for the recommendation. Call Todd!

I found it was clogged with a mop head. Got it out and back running quickly. Saved me a lot of money!

Toilet was plugged with a TREE ROOT. Ugh! Thankfully he was able to remove it. Toilet is back to normal. Came out promptly on a Saturday. Great job! Highly recommend!

Overall it was ok. He didn’t do much for the price. Unscrewed a few things, stuck something down the toilet drain then said it’s the toilet’s poor quality for not draining as good as it should. I wish he could’ve said there’s not much here to do and it’ll be $100, but he didn’t and overcharged for a 30 minute or less job. Not worth the price for a small job, maybe he charges reasonable rates for bigger jobs, but considering he overcharged me for a small one, I would highly doubt it.
