Chip and Chad came out to take a look at a potential job and to see what they would be working with. Though they have yet to even begin the project, I was so floored with their customer service, attentiveness, knowledge, and graciousness in person and in the email correspondence leading up. If their electrical work is even half as good as the positive interactions I’ve experienced with them, it’ll still be 5 stars in my book. Cheers!

We have used Vaughan a couple of times. They scheduled the service within 2 days. The electricians came on time, were pleasant, cleaned up afterwards, and charged fairly. The new lights are great!
