Thank you very much, Mr. Electric!! I really appreciate being able to get an appointment during the storm this week. I especially liked the Email and text notifications that I received informing me when the electrician, Corey Deojay was going to arrive (i.e. it didnt tie up my entire day). Corey did a great job; he arrived on time, explained all of my options, the quote was reasonable, the upgrade to my electrical panel looks very professional, and it only took Corey a short amount of time to complete the work. I would definitely recommend Mr. Electric to my neighbors and would consider using Mr. Electric when we are ready to move to a whole house generator...Sincerely,Thomas F.

James, our electrician, was very knowledgeable and did great work. He was able to come out the same day and stayed until after 10pm to get the job done. He explained everything he was working on and kept working until he finished the job. He ended up fixing the work from another electrician. We would highly recommend Mr. Electric to our friends.

Amber was able to schedule technician Matt same day and accommodate my sons schedule to replace the switch on our ceiling fan/light. Very professional people and prompt and knowledgeable. Matt even went to get the part that was needed.I will recommend Mr. Electric of Durham to my neighbors and the condo association!!

Mr. Electric of Durham was a wise investment for us! We needed over 10 lights to be converted to recessed lighting. We also needed over 20 recessed lights to be upgraded along with a chandelier hung, smoke detectors upgraded, and other miscellaneous items needing repaired or upgraded. We also have 4 large dogs and a lot of chaos associated with moving into a house. We interviewed several electricians. Mr. Electric, specifically Arthur with Mr. Electric, was the person we chose for the electrical work in the house. Mr. Electric mentioned they sent him specifically because of his experience with recessed lighting. He did not disappoint. He was patient with all the questions we asked and was able to maneuver the dogs and furniture movers. Arthur returned to the house several times because we continued to add items to the list. Mr. Electric was flexible in accommodating our schedules and Arthur was exceptional. Arthur, along with Mr. Electric, will be our go to for any electrical concerns in the future. Best electrician we have used. We have had Jim out three times to complete a variety of projects. He is knowledgeable, timely, professional, work quickly, and is a great problem solver. He once stayed late into the evening to make sure the job was complete and to our satisfaction. Recommend unequivocally.

Great work, and very professional service.I had several projects for our house and they have been helping us get everything taken care of. There was a safety concern that came up in the home inspection that Arthur took care of right away. Then we had him come back to install several new ceiling fan with lights. He was also helpful in providing us with some suggestions for moving outlets and switches during our kitchen remodel. They are fast and responsive. I especially like the fact that they text me before showing up with a photo of the person who is scheduled to do the work.

Called this guys because other electric company could not work around my schedule to setup my home to run a generator. Mr. Electric of Durham not only worked around my schedule, but was a lot cheaper than the other company. Jim, the technician, was very punctual, knowledgeable, and worked quickly.I highly recommend this company.

We had an urgent need for an electrician on a weekend. Mr. Electric sent someone out within an hour, at no extra cost. Matt Bowling was our electrician, and he was so nice! He diagnosed and fixed the problem incredibly fast, as well as walked me through what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. I can not recommend these guys enough, especially Matt!

Corey was extremely professional and thorough. He performed a number of tasks, including installing a Nest Hello doorbell, whole home surge protection and more. He even fixed an outlet cover that had defeated me on many occasions. Wonderful experience.
