MSS Ortiz is reliable and efficient! John Stepto added a 240V outlet and several 120V outlets in my wood shop. He paid close attention to the table saw motor I was planning on using with the 240V outlet and was able to complete the project for 1/3 less than the quoted price. John prioritizes the customers interests!Scheduling with Tracy was easy and she followed up without prompting.Ive already scheduled MSS Ortiz again for other electrical projects.

From my first phone call explaining my electrical issue and need for help through the service, MSS Ortiz Electrical was impressive. With sensitive understanding to my predicament to restore the power to the sockets in my master bedroom, which includes being able to support my husbands oxygen machine, they were quick to be helpful. Within hours Matt was here to do an assessment and first thing the next morning, John S came, on time, and ready to fix the situation. He analyzed it efficiently (it was not a simple fuse blown deal) and had everything restored to full service within an hour. His experience and skill was obvious, but the reason I take the time for a review was the kindness and courtesy he and everyone at MSS Ortiz gave me and my husband. I will never use any other electrical service. Great folks, reasonably priced, highly qualified and experienced, kind and prompt. Its the whole package.

It’s not been easy to find an electrician these days but John S with MSS-Ortiz did an outstanding job for us and we will definitely call him again in the future. He was professional and thorough and really helped us think thru the most optimal solution for our electrical needs. Additionally, he was understanding about our request to wear a mask since my husband is a high-risk heart-transplant patient and we really appreciated this courtesy.We had a truly terrible experience with the electrician who wired our home and so we appreciated the stark contrast when working with John from MSS-Ortiz. We definitely recommend him.

Tracy has been beyond amazing, communicating schedules, adapting to requested changes without hesitation, and keeping me updated on the timing of fixture deliveries that we were awaiting. I just called about 6-7 local electricians about a very simple job, and nobody would even entertain the idea of giving me a quote without charging me to send a tech to my home first. I called MSS-Ortiz and they were super prompt, gave me a quote immediately, and set up an appointment for less than a week from now. Fantastic service. I love this company and they havent even done the work for me yet haha.

Truly a fantastic experience working with them. I used their services to wire in a 240v Hot Tub and from the onset they were always very responsive and gave me an extremely competitive quote in the timeframe that I was looking for. On the day of the installation the technicians that were sent were professional and explained what they were going to do prior to starting the work, and even though the project was a bit challenging with the layout of the tub they finished on time. I strongly recommend using their services as they are a locally run business and really do seem to care more about building a lasting relationship and performing good work rather than just moving on to the next job.

I am so glad that I had Ortiz do my job. I needed outdoor outlets by the pool and on the front of the house. I also wanted new landscape lighting around the pool. My old flood lights no longer worked so I purchased them and they installed. The price was great and John did an excellent job. I will use them again in the future.

Professional service from John, a technician with twenty years of experience. We needed a vintage chandelier installed, which turned out to be somewhat tricky, but John got it done in under an hour. There were a few mix-ups with scheduling but office admin gave us a 10% discount.

I got a 240V outlet installed in my garage for charging my car. John S did a great job with communication, the quote, and the install. Tracey was great scheduling and the project was completed faster than I was expecting and at a reasonable price. Very happy with them. Will definitely use them for electric issues going forward.
