When my brand new one-month-old A/C unit stopped working, the house began warming up degree by degree. I contacted the company that installed it (they advertise a 24-hour emergency line), but they said the soonest they could send someone out was the next day around 5 p.m. With a senior dog who is sensitive to heat, waiting that long wasnt an option. I remembered a terrible July 4th weekend years ago when I endured three days without A/C. I didnt want a repeat of that experience, not even for a day.Desperate, I Googled 24/7 A/C emergency service and was delighted to see To the T Plumbing pop up. Ive used their plumbing services before and always had a great experience. I rave about Kameron in that review!Nate from To the T Plumbing & Heating was an absolute lifesaver. I called them around 9 p.m., and by 10:15 p.m., Nate was at my house. He quickly discovered that a GFCI outlet had tripped, cutting power to the unit. The A/C had shut off as designed when water built up in the pan and triggered the safety switch. Nate tested several outlets and had the A/C running again in minutes!Nate, I want to personally thank you for coming out after work hours late at night, especially after what Im sure was a long days work. Thank you!If I could give Nate and his company a 10-star rating, I would! I always thought To the T Plumbing only handled plumbing issues, but they do so much more. Whether you need plumbing, A/C, furnace work, or any of their other services, I highly recommend this company. They are professional, kind, and truly experts in their field.

Tucker and Daniel were awesome! I can’t give this team enough praise. Both Tucker and Daniel went the extra mile to answer all my questions, explained how things work and why certain features are important. These guys are true professionals! I have had 4 members of this company come to my house for various requests and all were true professionals. This company is the best.UPDATE:Need to bring the guys out again related to inspection finding from selling my home. This time I got Toby Whitfield and Robert Costa to come service the house. I just can not tell you how awesome this team is. Once again, another pair of professionals that knew what they were doing, took the time to answer my questions and just did an outstanding job. I dont know how many times I can say this, if you are looking for a plumbing service, this is the company.

Tucker came out to provide a quote for an extra gas line. He went above and beyond making sure that all the specs and calculations were right. He even spent time on the phone with Xcel to double check the right pressure was coming into the house. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Kameron, Daniel were absolutely amazing. Heat went out early in the morning and called To the T. Very personable and professional. Did their diligence in explaining what they were doing, what they did and what is recommended for future maintenance. They were aware and cautious of my young son walking around keeping the door closed behind them so he wouldn’t fall down the stairs. I have a big dog and they had great etiquette for approaching him properly - loved that they are dog people. Would recommend them and call them again for my HVAC needs!

Cam and Max did a wonderful job. They were able to come out same day even though it was late and then fixed the issue early the next morning. They were very nice and courteous, on time, quick, and honest. They cleaned up after themselves and even offered to vacuum the carpet under them! Our HVAC system was starting to show its 20 years with some number of things going wrong every season. I usually take on most repairs myself with YouTube but when I suspected the condenser, I called To the T and they came out to inspect the system. They were honest and educated us based on what they saw. We probably would have gotten by with just replacing a few parts but since the system was still using R22 and 20 years old, we opted to replace. The Technicians Nate and Kameron were S-tier professionals along the way. As someone who works in the tech field, their cloud based computer system is really well thought out and was easy to navigate to research and make a decision on the new system. When I had follow up questions on the tons for our square footage because I wanted to know more on the system or why this part over the other, Nate answered everything and in a timely manner. They were both very friendly and approachable people. The office staff I talked to were also all extremely helpful and professional as well. I always get nervous to hire outside help unless absolutely necessary since we have had some folks try to scam us before but I didnt get that at all from these guys. Every recommendation, every accolade, every positive review is well earned at To the T. Look forward to working with you again. ✌️

To the T did a phenomenal job quickly doing a full replacement on an ac unit for our rental that blew leading into a hot weekend during peak heat of the summer. They were so quick to respond to the job and also took measures to communicate temp resolutions prior to getting the parts for the job. The communication from the company was excellent, I was filled in on progress along the way and the work was professional, the staff was pleasant, and the follow-up was great. Would happily give this company my business for any future hvac and plumbing needs.

Kameron and Barrett are amazing! Such friendly, helpful, honest and respectful guys. I prefer to support small and local businesses and I stumbled upon To the T Plumbing & Heating when in need of help with our A/C unit not cooling our house as it should. We were getting cool air but it continuously ran and the house temp would not get lower than 72. Turned out to be an easy fix, Kameron & Barrett were thorough, explained what could potentially be an issue with electrical but are pretty confident we should be good now. They were considerate of the house and wore booties over their shoes, waited to make sure the temps were coming down and were on their way. I feel so fortunate to now have an honest, reliable and local company to call if we have any future issues. So glad they are a plumbing company too…we all always need a good plumber too! They were done within 10min and my A/C unit is whisper quiet again. To the T came through for my wife and I, saving us thousands of dollars!We have a rental house that we use a management company to help out with. We get an email from our management company mid-morning on a Friday, just a couple weeks ago, informing us that they had sent out an HVAC technician to investigate a ticket from our tenant, stating that the AC unit was not working. The technician found that the entire AC system would need to be replaced, and that we needed to approve a $10,500 (approx) repair bill... We were stunned and decided we wanted a second opinion. I requested the itemized quote from our property manager and sent it over to To the T. We got a hold of their office manager, Jen, right off the bat. She said that they can absolutely get us taken care of ASAP. She ran the numbers for us, came back at about just shy of $3k under the other quote, like for like! Jen was also super helpful in getting set up to go through their financing as well! To the T went out that afternoon to install a temp AC unit until they could get all the parts rounded up on Monday. Monday morning, Nate and his boys showed up and absolutely slayed this unit replacement. Fighting through an extremely tough install (the furnace is in the attic), misquoted parts from the original tech, all while Jen made sure to stay in communications with the management company and continuing to fill us in as well. They will be my go-to HVAC and plumbing company moving forward. Would give 6 stars if I could.
