    The reviews were excellent and my experience confirmed them! 1. The appointment was scheduled quickly, theres no charge for a service call, and they provide an estimate when on-site. 2. Good communication regarding appointment and 2 hour window. 3. Allen from Hyper Flow called in advanced and arrived when he said he would. 4. Allen was polite, friendly, and kept things neat. He was thorough in his inspection of the problem (clogged kitchen sink), including an inspection of the drain lines in the basement. 5. The estimate to clear the clog was very reasonable. 6. He did the job quickly and, it appears, well, as water now flows. 7. Allen answered the various questions I asked him patiently, and also provided good advice as to how we could avoid future issues. All in all above and beyond!

    We tried to fix our clogged sink on our own, but the clog was too deep. Our plumber didnt think he had the right equipment for it, so he recommended Hyper Flow. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Angel, the technician, came early within the scheduled window of time and fixed the problem. He checked in the basement afterwards to make sure nothing had ruptured during the process. The quote he gave me was reasonable, so I was happy to give them the work. Overall, I was pleased with the service and would use this company again.

    Professional & responsive!I called on a Saturday to have an estimate done for my kitchen drain line. Was willing to wait if needed, however the scheduler was able to get me on the schedule for that afternoon.Angel, the Service Technician, arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable.     I highly recommend Hyper Flow Service Company. They came out to my son’s condo because it was flooding in the bathroom.     We chose Hyper Flow because of their Google reviews and we were not disappointed. Excellent service. Top notch. We had a leak coming through the ceiling from a tub located directly above it. Michael came to our home, was very courteous and professional, detected the issue, and repaired it quickly and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues you may have.

    Ive used HyperFlow in the past for emergency plumbing situations, so I felt very comfortable for calling them to handle the plumbing for our remodel of two bathrooms. Brian was great to work with. Work was more complicated than we thought, but I really appreciated his attention to detail - even bringing up his concerns regarding the bath faucet placement that we hadnt even considered to make sure it was aesthetically pleasing. He had to work around our tile installer, and our construction contractor too, so things got a bit chaotic at times. But always very professional. He and the back-office team - Kyle - were always responsive working us into their very busy schedule - but also very transparent with issues as they came up, their quotes and timing. We were able to complete the remodel in a relatively a quick turnaround time even over the fourth of July. We love the finished bathrooms! Highly recommend.

    I needed a repair done on a leaking toilet done quickly before I went out of town. They were able to send someone out that day. Angel did a great job fixing the toilet and documenting his work. I was able to leave for vacation without worrying about coming home to a worse problem.

    We had a sewer main line that was backing up and flooding our basement. Of course it happened on a Saturday. After reading positive reviews, I called Hyper Flow and got on their schedule for the next day (it was already pretty late on Saturday).The next day Jeremy called and asked if he could come out early, which was great. He arrived 20 minutes later, did a quick video check of the line and determined that a tree root was causing the issue. He then ran a rooter down the line and cleared the clog. He also discovered that the root had penetrated the clay pipe and recommended that we consider replacing it. In addition to the invoice (the service was very reasonable), he also included an estimate for the pipe replacement. He did not recommend water jet cleaning as it could make the problem with the breached pipe worse (even though he came prepared to do so if needed).Dealing with Jeremy and Hyper Flow was a really great experience, and they got us back up and working quickly and efficiently. Jeremy was extremely polite and took care to keep everything clean as he was working.Update: we decided to go ahead and replace the entire main line and called Hyper Flow for an estimate and to do the work. They were able to come out just a couple of days later to perform a pipe bursting replacement which only required two holes (one in the yard where the sewer line connects to the house sewer line, and the other in the street where the sewer line meets the main line).Hyper Flows team showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They were very careful to minimize the damage to my lawn and landscaping, worked straight through the day, and finished up around 4pm. During the process they cut through several of my sprinkler lines and the control cable, which they repaired and asked me to test that everything was working before they left.I couldnt be more pleased with Hyper Flows service from the original drain clearing through the complete main line replacement. The crew is efficient, courteous, seemed happy to be there, and did an awesome job throughout. I highly recommend Hyper Flow and I would use them again without hesitation.

    Needed a repair to a main pipe for my whole house that had the water shut off to the whole house. I looked for available plumbing experts on Yelp. I received a text back from Hyper Flow Service that set me up for an appointment in the early afternoon. The tech, Angel, arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour service window. He was super curtious and respectful. After only a few minutes, Angel had a great quote and went right to work. He finished a complicated job, in a timely manner, at a great price, and warrantied the work for 1 year. Will be calling them again for any plumbing needs.

    Of the projects that needed to be done on my home, the replacement of my sewer line was one that brought a lot of anxiety just thinking about it. Allen and the team at Hyper Flow Service Company took the worry out of this project for me. They were professional, clean, and quick. They had the entire sewer line replaced in less than 8 hours, including filling back in the trenches needed to access the sewer line and installing a cleanout. They did great work for a reasonable price, and they receive my highest recommendation for sewer and drain services.

    Pleased with my experience today. Called this morning about my bathroom drain that was completely clogged and they worked with me to find a two hour window same day that fit my schedule. Jeremy alerted me he was on his way at the top of the scheduled window of time. He was extremely polite, and explained to me what he was going to need to do, and how much it would cost up front before starting the work. He cleaned everything up nicely and gave me pointers for the future care of the drain. Left his card and told me its under warranty for a month. The price matched the national average cost. Service Manager, Kyle, texted me afterwards to ask how everything went. Will call them again next time I need a plumber.

    The Hyper Flow technician Angel came the same day I called with a drain blockage/flooding issue. He quickly assessed the problem, the cause, and fixed it. He cleaned up the area and sent a video of the repaired sewer line. He explained the cause of the problem and steps I should take to avoid the problem in the future.     No one wants to have to call a plumber, but if you do, call these guys. Another company tried to sell me a whole replumb of my house, but Michael was honest and fair. He explained everything in a way I could understand it, took time to answer all of my questions and was polite, professional and fast. The service manager Brian was so helpful with billing questions. I really feel like this is an upstanding business. I hope I dont need anymore plumbing, but if I do, its nice to have someone you can trust.

    We were getting an intermittent bad smell from the washer/dryer drain line. I called Hyper Flow on a recommendation from a plumber who did a new water heater install for us. I called at 1:17PM, and Garrett Wright showed up at our house by 1:37PM. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and put water in our dry p-trap. His path forward was to monitor the p-trap, and if it goes dry theyd come back and do a smoke test for leaking drain piping. We both came to the conclusion that this probably wasnt the root cause as the paint and crawl space where the washer/dryer drains is completely dry. Our house was built in 2012, and I know that water hasnt been put in the p-trap since built. They did not charge for this service. I couldnt be more impressed with the timeliness and professionalism. I hope we dont have any issues in the future, but Ill be calling Hyper Flow if we do!

    Could not recommend more! Garret Wright was the technician that came to help us. He was not only EARLY, he called ahead to make sure that it was OK he came early, once he showed up he was very professional, got right to work, was so fast! Explain to me the problems so that I could understand it, in the next steps to fix it! Honestly, I dread plumbing services because I Don’t know much about the subject, but I felt so comfortable, taken care of, and informed every step along the way!     Great service, trusted and affordable. We had called a couple of plumbers who never showed up when our toilet wasnt working. We called hyperflow and they sent a plumber the same day, diagnosis is free and mykael brown was able to adjust his schedule last minute on a saturday to install our new toilet. Mykael was friendly and knowledgeable. Great service, i really liked getting updates through text message, of when the technician will show up and when they are on their way. Highly recommended.

    I’ve used Hyper Flow a few times in the past for various plumbing issues but this most recent time was for a problem with the hot water pressure in my shower. The tech, Michael, was the one who came out to diagnose the problem and found another issue with our water valve in the crawl space being seized in the open position so it couldn’t be shut off from inside. He outlined exactly what we’d need to do (and even made me aware of some possible issues we may run into so I wouldn’t be surprised by anything) including helping to try and coordinate the city coming out to shut off the water based on city regulations. He came back today and was able to get the water valve replaced and the shower fixed. He explained everything along the way and was great to work with. I’d definitely recommend Hyper Flow to anyone in need of plumbing services.

    Im so glad I found Hyper Flow thanks to all the positive reviews, and happy now to add one of my own. I had a leak in my basement that was sewage pipe-related, and thats about all I knew. After dealing with three useless plumbers from my home warranty company, I called up Hyper Flow to come look at the problem and Jake was here the next day.Jake looked around in my basement and within a few minutes he already had everything mapped out and knew what to do -- which pipes were in the wall and where, which pipes were below ground and where they connected. It was like he had a 3rd eye that could see through concrete, and he gave me a proposal of what should be done to fix the problem. It was a jackhammer job that required excavating the basement, which is exactly what I was hoping it wasnt going to be, but after the consultation I felt confident that Hyper Flow was going to handle it correctly.Less than a week later, Jake and his crew showed up and knocked out the job within about 6 hours. They were very respectful of my property -- being sure to lay tarps on the ground to cover up their footprints (Jake was also the only contractor Ive had in my house who bothered to wear booties over his shoes during the consultation). Jake went over everything again with me after the job was done and made sure I was satisfied. This sewer excavation was a walk in the park for them -- something that the previous plumbers I had been assigned through my warranty company were not equipped to do.I also got a chance to speak to Kyle, Jakes cousin, a couple of times. He did me a huge favor by getting on the phone with my home warranty company in the hopes of getting me a reimbursement from them. And it worked! My home warranty co. is reimbursing me a partial amount, so thanks to Kyle for dealing with them on the phone multiple times.I would not hesitate to use Hyper Flow again for any sort of plumbing issue and I highly recommend giving them a call if youre thinking about it.

    We had a leak in our main water line. We called several service companies, and Hyperflow was quick to answer the phone and sent a tech out within hours. Our tech was helpful, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. Additionally, the quote/estimate was very reasonable.In the end, it turned out the leak was on the city side, so we did not need Hyperflows service. But I cannot thank them enough for their valuable insight and professionalism. We will definitely call them in the future if we have the need.

    Call Hyper Flow! Theyre a business with humble origins (original owner working out of his home) thats expanding to become a major plumbing player in the Denver area. My service today was waaaay better than expected. Master Plumber, David, was able to get to my house a little early and he did the work on the spot! No need to set up another appointment! David gave me options, made recommendations but graciously accepted that my budget is tight right now. He provided sound work and kept it simple. As a single woman and homeowner, I typically feel vulnerable when I need work done but David was so authentic & straight forward that all my fears disappeared.     Hyper Flow was prompt and helpful. They communicated well throughout our service, we had a new main sewer pipe installed after a backup, and learning our sewer pipe had disconnected from the city sewer. They provided the most information out of the companies we contacted in the area. Wed contacted Hyper Flow because of a friends recommendation. They arrived on time, explained everything patiently, and did excellent work, having our pipe, repair, and outdoor clean out installed in a very short time considering the scope of the work: arrived at 8AM and were completed with everything before 4PM. They also were the best price. I was impressed with how patiently they explained all the particulars of the estimate to me so we could make an informed decision about what service to pursue. They showed us the new pipe and repair and shared pictures with us so we have documentation of the work. They also provide a 5 year warranty. They were all kind and helpful throughout this stressful process and helped us have confidence wed made a good decision, since excavation and sewer work is expensive. Id recommend them for this work and would hire them for other plumbing projects in the future because they are a pleasure to work with.

    HyperFlow did an excellent job of fixing a clog and backed up garbage disposal in our kitchen sink. Unfortunately, I didn’t call them first because another company (Rooter Anywhere) tried to charge me $1750 to run high pressure water through the pipes. I declined the work and they still charged me $125 for the appointment.HyperFlow does free estimates, they walk you through what needs to be done and then they quote you a price before starting the job. Jeremy was able to clear the drain in 20 minutes and the charge was only $275.This is an honest company that isn’t trying to take advantage of people. I will definitely be calling them again if I need a plumber in the future.

    Ive used Hyper Flow Service Company twice with great results for home drain tasks I was unable to complete myself. The first time was a kitchen sink that would no longer drain the day before hosting Thanksgiving dinner... Hyper Flow was able to dispatch a service tech (Carlos) the same day who was very professional and did a great, clean, job fixing my sink drainage issue.More recently they helped clear a very clogged underground drainage pipe used by my gutters that had filled with years of debris. This time I got a different technician (Jeremy) dispatched the same-day who was amazingly polite, professional, and thorough. The equipment Jeremy had with him could not do the job so he immediately scheduled a visit for the next day with the equipment necessary and was able to clear the drain. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and as quickly as possible.Both experiences have exceeded my expectations for promptness, professionalism, and even cleanliness for what is typically very dirty work.     Ive had Hyperflow come over for a couple plumbing issues over the last couple years. They have consistently done quality work quickly and with a professional and positive attitude. Two years ago I had a sewer main backup and they were quick to come onsite for a water jetting that cost around $700. This weekend I had another sewer main blockage that caused my shower to fill with water. They came the next day to scope the line visually and do a bit of cleanup without the water jet. That cost around $450. I also had a toilet replaced as a follow-up service the next day. They were able to install the toilet I bought from Home Depot (American Standard Cadet 3) for around $350.All in all - I feel they do great work and charge a reasonable price.

I had been dealing with two previous companies over the past 8 days, with no use of my facilities the whole time, my yard destroyed amid other horrors. Jeremy Paez was the technician sent out from Hyper Flow. Within an hour of my calling Hyper Flow, the company texted me when he was coming, Jeremy was very polite, professional and prompt. He went above and beyond, staying calm when his jetting hose burst from the air compressor due to the blockage still in my pipe. He drove to the shop and back during rush hour traffic, after the hose was repaired, to finish the job for me. I now know who to call for all my plumbing needs in the future.     This is my review from last year: Thank you for the prompt service! I called this morning about the sewer backing up into the water heater closet and downstairs shower. I spoke with Kyle - very friendly and professional. I gave him the rundown of the issue, told him this happened last year also, so we briefly discussed descaling. I made an appointment for later today, but there was a cancellation so Garrett Wright (the plumber) contacted me to see if he could come over early. Absolutely! He arrived soon after calling. Professional, courteous, explained what he was going to do, gave me a ballpark price which was less than I paid to another big company a year or so ago. He took care of the problem while I continued to work downstairs. Cleared & snaked the line, ran a camera down to check things out. He was polite and friendly the entire time he was at my house. Afterwards we talked about a couple of options that should help prevent this issue from happening again, and he suggested the lower-priced option, adding that he didnt think the more expensive option was necessary at this time. Wow - he didnt try to oversell! WHAT? Thats unheard of! I will absolutely contact Hyper Flow in the future for ALL of my plumbing issues!Update: they came out today for pretty much the same issue that I have had every year. They are honest, fair, and they gave me some suggestions going forward. I have an older house, so I’m probably gonna have these issues until I can afford to have my line replaced. But until then, I’m sticking with Hyper Flow for all of my service needs. Outstanding service and quality work.

    While doing a load of dishes this morning my kitchen sink started to back up with water very quickly. I have had some pretty serious issues with a blockage outside the house in the past and started to panic as it was a fairly costly repair. So, I jump online and look up plumbers and found Hyper Flow. I sent them a service request through their website. They called me back within an hour (I sent the request before they open) and described the issue, they said someone could be out today.An extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable technician named Allen showed up right on time. I told him more about my problem and his guess is it is just a blockage in my disposer (because it stopped working about a month ago). He literally just gave the rotation mechanism a good few spins with a wrench and now my disposer works again (which wasnt even the problem I called about, but was still a problem and is now fixed) and my sink drains just fine too. He also gave me some quick tips on things to look out for if I ever have any further blockage issues.Allen told me that this would just be a courtesy call since no major repair was performed and didnt even charge me. Where can you find service like that these days? I mean, he came to me.I definitely recommend this company and will be holding onto their number. Of course, plumbers are not people you really want to have to be calling, but I can at least feel good about finding a great plumbing service just in case.

    Hyper Flow provided excellent service. We had a non-emergency situation with one stool emptying slowly. Garrett came out the next day and after considerable attempts to snake, examine and flush the line, discovered that our dog had apparently dropped one of her bones in the stool and it got flushed, likely by one of our grandkids. The bone got stuck partway down inside the stool. Garrett said it was a first for him - hes fished out lots of toys, but never a dog bone. He was extremely resourceful and was able to extract the bone with a coat hanger.     These people were beyond fantastic. I called 12/23 with a sluggish toilet and they sent Allen out that same afternoon. He worked for about an hour 1/2 and ran into an obstacle his machine couldnt get past. He recommended further options and helpful suggestions. The situation ended up needing some major excavation work (being done by another company), but Hyper Flows response was fast, appropriate, and because he couldnt solve my problem, he didnt charge anything for the work.     Excellent service and experience with Kyle! He came out the same day to fix my outdoor hose spigot issue after a failed attempt to fix it myself. He was friendly, quick and super professional and did all the work afterhours when he totally didnt have to. I 100% plan on continuing to use this company for all needs in the future.     I recently purchased a home in Littleton, CO and had Carlos Rios from Hyperflow come out and do an inspection on all of the plumbing and sewer lines. They were at home within one day from when I called! He was extremely polite, professional, and informative. He explained everything to me and how to prevent future issues. The inspection was relatively quick and easy and ensured that I did not have any issues or concerns before buying them home. Carlos explained how a sewer line that is not functioning properly could cost over $20,000 when you have to break the slab of concrete and fix drainage lines. I was very happy that I called and have the peace of mind now. I would highly recommend Carlos and Hyperflow for any plumbing issues and/or home inspections.

    We ran the washing machine one night and had a backed up main drain line. All sorts of nastiness came up in the basement. We couldnt wash or anything with out it backing up. We called Hyperflow and they had some one out the next day right on time. We worked with James and he was great! He came in, figured out what was going on, and got everything working. He recommended a scope to see what caused the backup. Upon further investigation we had numerous spots where roots were coming in. They came back the next day with a high pressure snake and cleaned all the roots from the drain. James was patient with all my questions and curiosity, explaining everything he was seeing and doing. They were fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has issue with your drain. Ask for James, hell take care of the issue.

    Great company in a sea of average players! Owner, Kyle, is a delight to deal with and a great trouble-shooter.     I had a plumbing issue: my backyard spigot rusted, and the water would not turn off. I called Hyper Flow, and Kyle scheduled work on my house for a two hour period later in the day, despite the fact that it was a Sunday and Mother’s Day! Manuel came out and offered an honest appraisal of the job, including a worst-case scenario. Turns out the job was less complicated, and the spigot was replaced no problem, with less cost than originally estimated. Honest, polite, respectful (wore a face mask), and kept me appraised of the work he was doing the whole time. I would use Hyper Flow again and I’m writing this review with my recommendation.     My water pressure at the service valve was running at 120 psi. It should be somewhere near 60 and 80 psi. Because of the high water pressure, the faucet fixture hardware and things like diverters were getting worn out which causes malfunctions and disruptive sounds.This company was quick to respond, with the ability to come out within the next few days.James was our plumber. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained everything and was focused on getting the problem solved as opposed to trying to upsell in the process.He installed a water flow restrictor, rechecked the pressure and cleaned up.I will be doing future plumbing work with Hyper Flow going forward.
