I own a rental property and needed a new water heater installed, but I live out of state and had no idea who to trust. Due to time constraints, I contacted multiple plumbing companies to get quotes and schedule appointments for when they could do the work. To my delight, I must report that Denver Plumbing was fantastic! A man named Ralph helped me out in the office, and he set up an appointment for me at a reasonable fee and within the time frame I needed. Certainly not the lowest price, but the quality of service and competence of the staff made up for it. You guys are awesome, Denver Plumbing!

The owners, employees, and communication channels at Denver Plumbing are all top-notch. The steps were easy to follow, like second nature. When we had an issue with our insurance, Kenton took the initiative to contact our adjuster on our behalf. We were booked weeks ahead of when they had indicated we would be, despite the fact that it was a massive project with several other works ahead of us. This was crucial! The crew knocked out a mammoth task in just one day, and they did it expertly. Excellent service; none better than it was provided.

As in the past, the assessor arrived within 10 minutes, the technicians within 30 minutes, and the plumber exactly 30 minutes later, but on time. Kenton and his colleague immediately began the work. They worked relentlessly for three and a half hours. They provided options for demolition and detailed the advantages and disadvantages of each option. They were attentive to my priorities and assisted me in making decisions. Once again, I could not have been happier with their service.

Denver Plumbings service was second to none. We asked that the 1/4-turn valves in the bathroom, kitchen, and utility room all be replaced. They answered the phone and we were able to schedule an appointment for an estimate. We were given a servicing appointment before our appliance was delivered, but on the day of, we were informed that the valves we needed were unexpectedly out of stock. Ralph invested extra time and energy to confirm that the valves ordered were the ones delivered. He and his colleagues are really competent and friendly. Their service is both reasonably priced and of high quality. When we have such a service, we know exactly who to call.
