Great company! Hired them to clean out my main line as I havent had it professionally cleaned in at least 5 maybe 7 years. Before doing it the tech scoped it and then came to tell me he didnt see any roots, no real scaling or any real issues. I asked him in his opinion what would be his recommendation and he told me he didnt see a need to do the cleaning and he would hate to charge me for a service that wasnt needed. When I asked how much I owed him for the inspection he said they do them for free so there was no charge for the visit at all. Recommended we get another inspection every couple of years but doesnt anticipate any issues.So great to have honest professionals! Highly recommended!

The team at Sewer Lines Only were great! The price was unbeatable by nearly $8k from three other companies. They did all the work from permits to patching. When you only do one thing, sewer lines, you’re bound to be the best. Highly recommend.

Old basement sewer line clogs! After having another company tell us we would have to spend an insane amount of money to replace a main sewer line, to then find out that thats not what was causing our basement clogs at all, I was so relieved when both Austin and Kosta came to help us. They really listened to everything we told them we were experiencing, and they made sure to investigate every part of our basement sewer lines and conducted a full cleaning. We are so thankful to them and will absolutely we using Sewer Lines Only again whenever cleanings are needed. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with this company. The crew was efficient and communicative. The foreman answered all of my questions courteously and clearly. The company’s bid was at least 50% lower than other bids we had, so the work was great value for the money. I contacted the company after the job because of a large branch that had been broken off a tree. They immediately sent someone to “fix” the wounded area and to haul away the large limb. Undoubtedly the fastest response I have ever had from a company. Highly recommended!

As a realtor, I have worked with several different sewer line companies. Jake came out for a client to give us an estimate for the sewer line. Knowing there would be a lot of questions from my client and the sellers agent I made sure to really pick Jake’s brain, he was patient. He really made sure we had a clear picture of what would entail for the repair, and the process of getting a quote . After meeting with him, I felt confident in the quote he was going to be giving us and it covering everything that was needed. Jake at sewer lines only is my hero! I had a backup on a Sunday and called roto rooter. I paid $500 for the service call and was told I needed to replace my entire line. The cast iron part in the house was completely deteriorated and it would cost $30k and needed to be done asap. The clay portion connecting to the city would be another $25-30k.I had Jake at sewer lines only come out, he reviewed the entire line with me and said my line was fine and just needed a cleaning annually. He answered every question I had and because he used to be a city inspector, he knew his stuff. I am so incredibly grateful that I called a company with integrity before Roto Rooter took advantage of me!

If youve come across these guys before calling other plumbers, consider yourself lucky. I would highly recommend Sewer Lines Only and believe them to be very trustworthy, avoiding many of the unnecessary upsells/ overcharging, bait-and-switch tactics, and pressured decision making that many other plumbers in the Denver area implement. Jake came out to my property in late 2024, ran a camera on my line, dropped into the crawl space, and answered several dozen of my questions and provided an estimate all without charging anything. It was evident to me that Jake had a clear passion for helping homeowners to avoid the nightmares and headaches of plumbing issues, and their zero commissions business model supports alignment of incentives for the benefit of the customer, not excess profits. The woman I had spoken to over the phone was also friendly, prompt to schedule, and informative, and Jake also followed through with sending me some info he mentioned he would. Im grateful that we have a local business like Sewer Lines Only in the Denver area, and plan to use them for future drain cleanings and if/ when any issues arise. Thank you!

Sewer Lines Only just finished a 3 day job at my home replacing the sewer lines in my basement and then out to the street. I could not be happier with the fabulous job that Sipote and the Operations crew Sergio, Wyatt and Misti did for me.Sipote led a team of 3 other men who worked so hard to ensure the job was done right, explained everything they were doing to me and then cleaned up the job site beautifully.I got two other bids from big name companies in the Denver area and I can tell you that Sewer Lines Only did a first rate, 5 star job, but they were much, much more reasonably priced.

Cameron came out first to look over the situation. He suggested a plan of action. A few days later Ashdon came out to do the sewer line root removal. Both men arrived exactly on time. They were both polite, professional, and knowledgeable. All of my questions (I had lots of questions) were answered. I was told by another company that I immediately needed a $40,000 sewer line replacement. Ashdon showed me, after the roots were removed, that my sewer line was totally intact and only needs regular root removal maintenance. This company is amazing. I got scheduled promptly, they send a text to remind you of the appointment, and they arrive on time and do what they say they are going to do. I would have either of them over for dinner they were that nice.

We were very pleased with the work Sewer Lines Only did to mitigate root intrusion in our main line. They were able to complete the job in just a day, and tunneled under the sidewalk to save us the expense/hassle of having it torn up.They did initially neglect to install the cleanouts that were mentioned in our invoice, but after we called to ask about them, they came back the next day and installed them at no additional cost, even though they had to re-dig the trench.While we hope not to need their services again in the near future, we would absolutely recommend their work!

Kosta came to inspect my sewer line today. In 2020, I was told by a big name plumbing company that I would need my whole sewer line replaced in a few years. Kosta was very knowledgeable, honest, and let me know that I likely don’t need my entire line replaced, but is sending me quotes for a much smaller and cheaper repair that we could have done in the future. He also recommended we get our sewer line cleaned every 2 years to be on the safe side. Thanks to Kosta for being honest and saving me money. I will definitely be contacting this company when I need this repair done down the road.

He is knowledgeable and friendly. He sent me a quote the same day as the appt. He called me 2 days later asking if I have any question he can help. He is responsible . I am happy with the service so far. If I have to say one con that is the cost is a little higher than I expected.

I found them through a web search and had them - and a few competitors - come over to scope out the job at our old home in Denver (built in 1910). During the bid process they were the most professional of all the companies I vetted. They were on-time for meetings, creative in solving problems, and quick to reply to questions about their bid. The job was completed on-time, on-budget (no surprises), and exactly as scoped out in the estimate. There was no pressure applied at any point in my experience. They do one thing and do it well. Save time and call them first.

This company should be the very first you call for sewer line issues. I had a couple of other plumbers come before Sewer Lines Only. These were reputable small local businesses, not a national chain. One wanted $500 to inspect the line! The other did inspect the line for free and quoted me $15,000 to dig up my yard and replace the line. We were going to have to destroy lots of plants and wreck our landscaping.I almost pulled the trigger on each of these in turn, but decided to give Sewer Lines Only a call for one more look. They offered to inspect and clean the line and if the cleaning didnt work not charge me.Cameron came to our house the day after I called. I cant say enough about Cameron. Hes a consummate professional. He knows his stuff and is an excellent no nonsense communicator. He cleaned the line in about 30 minutes and we paid $350.Do you think its easy to get ripped off by any service provider including plumbers, or hugely overpay for unnecessary work even if the provider isnt intentionally ripping you off? The horror stories are real.You may want to get at least one other quote since there are lots of fake reviews, but call these people first. I know with them youll get an honest quote and only for whats really needed.

Sewer Lines Only came out to clean my main sewer drain after another company couldn’t clear the line. Ashdon did a step by step process to clean the sewer line successfully. He was very personable while also being very professional all through the service call. I thought I might be looking at a high-priced sewer line replacement but Sewer Lines Only prevented that from being necessary. I also give Rebekka great praise as she got me on the schedule a day earlier because of a cancellation plus she is very friendly. I certainly recommend Sewer Lines Only for their skills and knowledge in addition to having great customer service.

Incredible professionalism, I won’t use anyone else going forward. I was quoted 13k for cast iron pipe replacement that was told to me was corroded and “washed out” at the bottom. I didn’t know if this was true or not and the price seemed very predatory so I got a second opinion.Before even looking at my line, Cameron gave me an estimate of 6k-8k IF this was true about my pipes, which sounded way more reasonable for the scope of work. He said that he wanted to clean it first and that if there was a problem then he would discount that cleaning if I went with their service. Completely fair.Cameron cleaned my pipes, walked me through the camera, the slope, the build up, and even educated me on the sewer lines to where I would feel comfortable talking about them to someone else now. My pipes are clean, I ran my laundry with absolutely no back up.My family needed some good news and so I am seriously very grateful to Cameron and this company. We encountered a small back up in our basement laundry room. We contacted another company, they scoped the line and advised us that our sewer line was corroded and washed out at the bottom and that it would need to be replaced. The price they quoted for the entire line from house to city line, was $30,000. Another neighbor told us about Sewer Lines Only.From the first call with scheduling was great, but Jimmy was an angel sent from above. He scoped the line and showed me that our line was not corroded and actually in good condition and that a good cleaning would be sufficient. I couldve hugged him at that moment. At my request, he quoted us $11,500 for the line replacement from home to city line. At this time I knew Jimmy was God sent. I appreciated his honestly and professionalism.We decided to hold off on doing a full replacement at this time (well tackle that next year and know pricing will go up), and just go with a good cleaning. I had a previous estimate of $7000(spot repair)-$12,000(full line) from a different company. I got a 2nd opinion with Sewer Lines Only. Jimmy came out in the freezing cold and did a detailed video exam of the line. He was very professional, friendly and honest. He set up a tech for the next day to mitigate the issue. Cameron showed up early the next day, confident he could unblock it. He then explained he thought the pipe was collapsed, otherwise his machine could have pushed through. He gave a detailed explanation based on his years of experience why he thought it was collapsed. They quoted me about $3000. The day of the repair, once fixed,(it was broken), they checked the rest of the line for further damage. There was another sag in the line. So they ended up replacing the whole line for $5850. Still far less then the original quote. But the communication and professionalism from everyone, administrative,(Misti) crew(Sergio) and technicians with Sewer Lines Only, was appreciated. Highly recommend.

Im here to write the 524th 5 star review of this company. FIRSTLY, they came out 4 times to adjust our initial estimate as the project evolved, free of charge. Ultimately, SLO gave us a bid on a total main line replacement that was nearly HALF of their competitors. On the day of the work we had some miscommunications around trenching around our big tree, and they addressed them in a timely, professional manner, and compassionately listened to and responded to our anxieties (even though they were ultimately unfounded). The work itself, and their whole crew with all of their individual roles, was a tightly run ship. When the work was done they even gave us a little report for our insurance company, even though they specifically DONT work with insurance companies. Sewer Lines Only just did it as a professional courtesy. Use THIS COMPANY for your sewer line replacement, not any other. You will not be sorry.

The professionalism and honesty of this company was on display today.I contacted Sewer Lines Only after having some unpleasant and worsening sewer smells forming in our downstairs bathroom. The women who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. She listened to my concerns and suggested a few options. One of the recommendations was to have our main line scoped. She informed me that they could be out the same day to perform the scope and determine the next course of action from there. Communication was on point as both text and email confirmations were received.About an hour before my appointment I received a text from Jake stating that he could actually be to my home sooner than the previously scheduled time. This never happens. When Jake arrived he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He proceeded to perform a scope of my main line while I watched in real time. We ran into some issues at the beginning of our sewer line replacement job, so one of the owners, Ian, came out to discuss options to resolve it. His team took care of the issue, and completed the job on time as was promised, even with the additional issues. I told Ian we were willing to pay extra for the extra work, but Ian said he would honor the quote and not take additional money. Jake did our estimate and he was very informative and polite, no high pressure sales, just an honest assessment of our sewer replacement project. Pablo and his crew did an excellent job repairing our sewer line; the clean up crew came the next day and did a great job cleaning up. After the clean up, you could hardly tell the work was done. I put my plantings back in place, added topsoil, miracle grow, and grass seed to the dig site, watered three times a day, and in only about a week, the grass has filled in perfectly. From my first phone call with Kim, then Wyatt listening to my issue, followed by Dillon who came asap to assess the problem and finally Murray who cleared the blocked sewer line. They were timely and cleaned upvery well after the work. They worked around our schedule too. After we had some settling happen (this is normal) and they made time to come fill it in. They were creative in figuring out how to move pipes into locations without causing lots more cost to us. I own a 100 year old house. Wiring, plumbing, insulation - you name it, its old. Someone has messed with it over the years but mostly its ancient.I was fixing the shower and bath tub fixtures and this required getting into the wall behind it, accessible from the bedroom in the next room. Upon opening the wall I noticed the cast iron vent pipe appeared rusty. But it was more than rusty, it was paper thin and crumbled when you touched it. The picture I uploaded shows the rust if you look close. I tried to duct tape the holes until it was replaced - that didnt work very well! One hundred years or so of venting had completely corroded the pipe from the inside out. It needed replacing.Who do you call for this? I googled sewerline repair service and Sewer Lines Only came up. Looked like a perfect match.They came out relatively quickly and did a sewer line video scope. The scope revealed that the issue was only the old cast iron vent pipe.They gave me a quote to replace the cast iron section that needed to be replaced. I really appreciated the team laying sheets of plywood down all over in my yard to protect the grass/dirt from being ripped up by machinery. I hired Sewer Lines Only to perform a sewer line repair at my mothers house that we are selling. Sewer Lines Only knew that this was an inspection rejection issue with the sale, and that I basically was on the hook for any repairs that they told me were necessary. Even knowing this, once they completed the initial repair, they signed off on the job as good to go, saving me tens of thousands of dollars. You can probably count the number of honest contractors on one hand, and these guys are one of them. I was able to get a quick appointment at a time that fit my needs, the tech (Tyler) came out to my home on time, took his time in cleaning my sewer line, taking pictures of my system and letting me know where all the lines were located. The final results were to my liking since he didnt see any issues with my lines (plus I got a sewer clean which were cleaned right up to the inner piping) at the same time, which the previous company didnt do a very good job of cleaning 5 months prior).Tyler answered all of my questions, guided me along the process, and explained all that he saw. A week ago we had one of the big we do everything home repair businesses (AAA) come out to check out our sewer line because we had a backup. They recorded a video of the main line and exclaimed to us the whole time that it was an absolute disaster and that wed NEED to get the whole thing replaced immediately. They tried booking us for a $20K repair on the spot for 2 days from then, were pressuring us, and even started talking financing with us. We told them this was a major decision and that we needed a few days to think on it (they were judging us for not agreeing on the spot). They then told us our sewer line could fall apart at any moment and that we shouldnt use any plumbing at all in the meantime. My wife and I did some research and thank god came across Sewer Lines Only and booked an appointment for 6 days later (in the meantime we lived like cavemen not taking showers, using our toilets or dishwasher, etc since the AAA guys said our pipes could explode any minute).We were lucky enough to have Jake Q come out for a consultation. I walked him through the whole situation, showed him all the piping in the basement, and let him watch the video recording the AAA guys took. He was insanely thorough in explaining how sewer lines work (even gave us a little history of them in Colorado), explained how they are suppose to look and how they may get altered over time. We appreciated how he explained things in terms/ways we could understand (the AAA guys tried overwhelming us with technical jargon). As we watched the recording together he pointed out things that we were told by the AAA guys were catastrophic but Jake explained how these were completely normal situations. He recommended that we just get a $350 sewer cleaning and that should take care of everything, and recommended some routine maintenance we could do on a yearly basis (and also mentioned we can use all our plumbing for the few days in the meantime before the cleaning happens). When he delivered this news, I legitimately collapsed to the ground out of pure relief. For the prior week my wife and I were living like cavemen and were dreading how our next year or more would be altered by the $20K repair AAA said we needed. Couldnt be more pleased. Everyone did a great job and we really appreciated the flexibility/effort to use pipe burst to save the planters, etc. in the front yard. They worked with us to beat a competing quote, and were by far the most responsive of all companies we contacted for quotes, etc. Sewer Lines Only came highly recommended to us from a friend, and now were happy to recommend them just as highly to others.

After finding out we had an offset in our home sewer line we went out looking for a good company to help us out. The great company we found online was Sewer Lines Only. With lots of 5-star reviews to read over my wife and I felt very confident in contacting this company. Sewer Lines Only has Lisa and Kim in the office to call and talk with about anything that is on our mind. Jackson Workman came out to do a video of our home sewer line and locate exactly what and where the problem was. After some talking with Lisa and Kim over the phone, the best estimate in the world was given to us which was almost $2000.00 less than another companys estimate. A date for the repair was agreed upon. Then Mike and crew came to our town home and did a 1st rate repair job. All in all, the communication with everyone was fantastic and clear. Any questions we had were answered quickly and in a way we understood. Our job only took one day but we are 200% happy with hiring Sewer Lines Only to do the repair work to our home sewer line. We recommend them to everyone.

Our service technician, Cameron, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. After having a separate company clean the lines multiple times and ultimately recommend a repair/replacement, which ranged in options from $5k - $11k, we had Sewer Lines Only come give us a second opinion. Upon Cameron’s inspection, he said the line did not need to be repaired or replaced. Instead of trying to sell us on a costly repair that we didn’t need, he referred us to another company who utilizes technology that would ultimately fix our root intrusion issue. Side note, they typically would be able to do this type of work, but are unable to accommodate at this time due to staffing constraints, which we understand in these hectic times. I will always recommend Sewer Lines Only. VERY IMPRESSED with their integrity!

Sewer line problems suck. The replacement process did not. The estimator (Jake) was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. The crew that came out to do the work was the same. I liked the crew so much in fact, that I bought lunch for them. The down time of not being able to use the house plumbing was much less than expected. Some of the conversation was in Spanish. One of the guys, Pedro, interpreted for me so that I understood what was going on. They worked quickly and cleaned up the jobsite when they were done. I have complete confidence that I got a good job done. I would recommend this company to anybody.Dean

I am so thankful I called these honest guys for a quote to repair my sewer line after another company I hired inspected and said I needed to repair my sewer line or possibly replace it. Jake came out the next day, let me watch the camera as he scoped my line and let me know it did not need anything done to it other than annual cleaning. The other company was clearly trying to rip me off. I will never use a company who does both inspections and repairs. Sewer Lines Only does only repairs and they are a company of high integrity. We had two other plumbing companies out in the days before our appointment that gave us incorrect information and bad advice. Cameron went above and beyond and saved us from some expensive mistakes. Cameron came out for a sewer scope. Appointment was easy to set up and scheduled for the next morning. Cameron was right on time, super friendly, honest, and respectful. Didn’t aggressively upsell anything but rather gave us the full picture of what’s going on and his expert opinion on a path forward. This is our second time using this company and highly recommend for your sewer needs! We will be scheduling our sewer clean out soon.
