First of all, let me say that I am here in Denver visiting a family member who is having the work performed by professional plumbers Denver, Michael Bitton and crew.I own rental properties in Arizona and Im always getting work done, especially plumbing. Although Im not a plumber myself, I have a background in the trades and I know good work when I see it. As well. I know bad work when I see it.These guys hit on all cylinders, fast work, great price, and excellent quality work. Normally you only get two of the above as the saying goes fast, good, cheap. Pick two and take the inverse of the other.I was especially impressed with how well they did the work and even more so how well they put everything back together after it was done. I have a section of dirt collapsing in my front yard. I had a different company come out to do hydrojet cleaning to clear a clog previously, and was worried that my drain line had collapsed. They came out a second time to verify that the drain hadnt collapsed, but there was instead a leak in my water line. $8600 to replace both the waterline and the drain that had sections that were bellying out.I called Michael with Professional Plumbers Denver who scoped out the drain line and explained that there was no leak in my waterline. The collapsing of dirt is probably just caused by it not being compacted enough. Furthermore, the full drain replacement that the previous company was recommending is ultimately unnecessary. There were one or two spots that I might consider replacing in the future, but its nothing urgent.Professional Plumbers saved me $8600 in unnecessary repairs. THANK YOU, MICHAEL! I will absolutely use their services again in the future if the need arises.

I had a very bad clog in the basement and everything came out of the toilet from the washer. It was a mess. This is the first home I owned so I got a little scared. I called Profesional Plumbers Denver and they sent Lance. He was amazing. He arrived at 6:30pm and left at 1:45am. He had a lot of work to do and he never gave up on getting it unplugged. It took longer but because he didnt give up. He cared enough to stay and get the job done properly. I really appreciate Lance. I cannot speak highly enough for this company! We had a leak in a shower faucet that was causing drywall damage with very old (1940s) antique plumbing and fixtures. We had 2 other plumbing companies come out before them, the first quoted us at nearly $3000 for the repair, the second (who started some work but we found that he did not seem to know what he was doing so we called Professional Plumbers Denver instead) quoted us at about $1500 and told us he wanted to go through our shower tile instead of our drywall which would have been a pain and very expensive to restore. We called Professional Plumbers Denver on a Saturday and they promptly sent out Lance the next day. Lance did an amazing job and has a great eye for detail. He fixed everything the way that would stand the test of time (soldering pipes instead of just placing Sharkbite fittings). He even offered to rebuild our antique shower fixture if we wanted (we declined and modernized). On top of everything, he fixed our broken/sticky storm door for free. The whole thing cost us $600, saving us not just for the plumbing work but also the potential tile damage the other guy wanted to cause. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone. Stick with small local companies, we learned the hard way to not contact the large ones.

After months of trying to repair an irrigation leak ( and 1500$) Professional Pumbers were able to repair the system and went above and beyond with the repair. As it turned out it took them longer to repair the line as they found another crack in the system. They stuck to their original bid even though they ended up spending more in time and materials. I can not tell you how much I appreciated them and their professionalism. Workers were so kind and accommodating to the hours of operation at my building. The owner met with me personally to go over the job after it was completed. They will be the first to be called on any other plumbing issues we may have in the future. Do not hesitate to call them.

I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his crew. We were in an emergency situation and they 100% came through for us. Short version of the story: we are under contract to sell our house and the scope found a hole in our sewer line under our basement. I panicked and called Mike at Professional Plumbers (per someones recommendation).I was in a state of high anxiety as the stakes of our deal could fall through with this unexpected problem. Mike responded immediately and told me everything would be taken care of, that he had experience with this problem and he would take care of it that day.He drove out and was at my house within an hour. He assessed the problem, called me, and told me he would be back by 6 with his guys to fix it. He called me at 6:15 to say the job they were on was bigger than expected and he would take care of us within 2 days. I expressed concern that the buyer would back out if I couldnt report it fixed by the next day. He put me on hold, talked to his crew, and said he could come that night if we didnt mind him being there late. He gave me a quote (which was below what I found online).When they got there and removed the bad pipe, they discovered a more extensive problem. The entire time Mike was showing me the holes and assuring me it would all work out. He had to cut more pipe and drill a larger hold in my basement. When they finished at 10:30 p.m., I went to settle up with the expected larger bill. He only charged $200 more for 2 hours of extra labor and late at night! Not only did he do good work, he was professional, reassuring, responsive to my anxiety, thorough with explaining things to me, they cleaned up the site very well, and their pricing was more than fair. AND he called the next morning to make sure everything was ok.These days it is hard to find trustworthy contractors. I would do commercials for Mike if I could. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I don’t know anything about my house apparently and he was very patient while trying to find what he needed with little help from me. When he simply could have passed and focused his resources elsewhere. He had no problem spending the extra time, even after hours to make sure we were taken care of. Not to mention I’m 120 miles round trip from them!Two other companies wouldn’t even answer their phones or call back, but this company is on top of it, always answering. Work scheduled, done fast! Solid guy, did not attempt coercion or fear selling or any of that other stuff that comes with emergency plumbing services. Told me what it would take and what it would cost to get the job done, and was more than happy to advise me on what I could do to save myself some money, and him some time, if you get me. Kept in constant contact when I needed. I highly recommend this guy if you more or less just need someone to tell you what to do, and who isnt gonna show up and immediately demand 1200$ from you. I suppose that also depends on the level of service you require, but TLDR; he quoted me 3k$ for a sprinkler leak job that instead, given his advice, I was able to save roughly 90% of the cost on.
