Im very pleased with the services rendered by Guy and Jaeden. We had a couple of unrelated issues we needed taken care of, one of which became emergent in the time between booking and the appointment. They were communicative, prompt, and knowledgeable. They also were great about explaining each issue, how they were fixing it, and why. For a first time homeowner that gave me a lot of peace of mind.

My experience with my service technician, Guy and My Denver Plumber was excellent. Guy is very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. He listened to my concerns and fixed my problem.This is my 2nd time calling them and I wont hesitate to call them if needed.I like giving my business to small businesses, especially when you can tell they treat their employees right. I like that they dont pay their employees a commission and instead pay them a salary. This means that they dont try to upcharge you or sell you something you dont need.Dont hesitate to call them! I was able to book online for the next day!

I am pretty sure Lonnie with My Denver Plumber saved me thousands of dollars today! I had several water damage restoration companies come out this week to assess some damage to my son’ closet and downstairs bathroom- they wanted to literally take down all my walls and demo two bathrooms upstairs and downstairs and then rebuild for what turned out to be a leak out of a water tub protector in the downstairs bathroom. Yes there is damage and we do have to do work on that shower but what the other company was suggesting was full on tear down with several theories of what the damage could be. Estimates ranging from 20-30K likely after completion if not more. Lonnie used logic, he was super friendly and you can tell was thinking about getting to the root of the problem (he actually ran water to assess where the source of the leak could be) and legitimately we FOUND and VISUALIZED the leak. So while I do have some renovation to do, it’s going to be much more streamlined and I cannot say how much I appreciate that! Super honest, fast response to our inquiry. We had a great experience!

I am so happy that we found My Denver Plumber after some bad experiences with other companies. We had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve and they scheduled Jim C to come out. He was wonderful and not only fixed the pipe but installed a drain valve so it wouldn’t happen again. We had Jim out again last week for a leak under our sink. He is very thorough and is an excellent plumber. We highly recommend this company!

Jim and Robert from MDP did a lot of work for us and wed recommend for reliable and fairly priced plumbing. They first came out to our place when a galvanized pipe burst late on a Friday and were able to restore cold water to the house. I called 4 other plumbers and they were the only place who were able to get a tech out to restore some water to the house. We had them come back a couple weeks later to replace all the galvanized iron piping under the house. We got several bids and they came in with a very fair price and did a great job. Id definitely recommend for jobs large and small.

Jim and Robert replaced 50-year old galvanized pipe in our south Denver home. The work was difficult in that most of it required being in a very tight crawl space. They did it in one day, minimizing the time we were without water and now we have good water pressure at all of our faucets for the first time in many years! It felt a little expensive when we accepted the bid, but as the work went along and I saw all they had to do to make the repairs I came to understand what a great value it was for the result.

I recently contacted My Denver Plumber about a non-emergency issue I had been having with one of my toilets on the recommendation of a coworker. They were able to make an appointment with me that fit my schedule and kept in touch with me before the appointment to make sure I will still be available and to ensure that they would be out as scheduled. Points for proper communication.Jim came to my house promptly as scheduled and got right to diagnosing the issue (after properly introducing himself and explaining what he would be doing.) He figured out the cause of the issue with my toilet and thoroughly explained it as well as what he needed to do to fix it. It was not much time after that before he had put everything in my bathroom back together and cleaned the space to where it was before he had started. He even have me some advice on a few other plumbing questions that I had.This is 100% how business should be conducted. From ease of scheduling an appointment, to communication before and during the appointment, do the friendliness of Jim and the people I spoke with on the phone, to the knowledgeability, to the care that Jim took with my home, to the reasonable cost of the job... They checked off every single box. Its awesome to know that I will never have to find another plumber. These folks will always be my go-to.

We were given a 2hr window, and were lucky enough to have Jim C arrive right at the start of the window. He quickly assessed the situation, and got it fixed in no time! He was knowledgeable, personable, and very kind to not only us, but our two dogs. We will definitely use them in the future, and request Jim (if possible).

This company is amazing. Other plumbers I called wanted to come out for a fee, give us a quote, then come back to fix the issue. My Denver Plumber said they could come out the same day I called. The service cost a lot less than expected, and we will be using them exclusively in the future. We love Jesse and are extremely happy with the service provided. I had a great experience with Jim! He came over to help remove a saddle valve on one of my pipes that was causing almost zero flow to our fridge water line and replaced it with a compression stop. He was so quick to fix the problem and immediately the flow to our refrigerator water dispenser was as good as new. He even went the extra mile to help me understand some of the other piping in our mechanical room as a first time home owner. The customer service and follow-up from dispatch was fantastic and the pricing was beyond fair compared to other companies I fetched quotes from. Jesse H is one of the best plumbers I ever worked with and my denver plumber is lucky to have him. Probably one of the best service providers for that matter. He went above and beyond to help me fix my plumbing issue. I never once felt like we were doing anything unnecessary just to have me spend money. He problem solved and help me figure out how to do it in the most cost efficient way possible. He provided me detailed notes and sent pictures so I had a record of the work that was done. I called on a Thursday because my water heater had started leaking. They were able to schedule someone to come out the next day. Jesse H showed up on time and was extremely friendly and professional. Fast, reliable, and friendly service. Id recommend these folks to anyone!I woke up in the middle of the night to a loud crash from my basement. I went downstairs to find a large section of drywall had fallen out of my ceiling due to a rusted out, cracked, leaking, cast iron pipe.The next morning, I called My Denver Plumbers based on a recommendation from a friend. By the end of the day, I had a new pipe fitted in and everything was working wonderfully. They even cleaned everything up and removed the pieces of drywall that were on the floor. We had our hot water tank replaced back in November which in itself was a pleasant experience. The installation went exactly as described without any issues. Then this week I noticed a very small leak originating from one of the connected pipes, noting serious just the tiniest of drips. Anyways I decided to call it in, I sent an email describing the problem, within an hour the office called me to arrange getting a plumber in to fix the problem, and within 30 minutes of that call Rob turn up and fixes the leak. I mean how often do you get that type of service, amazing!!

We had Spencer come out to replace our leaky faucet on 7/16. He was wonderful to be around and very efficient and knowledgeable. A few weeks later, a cleaning crew loosened a screw (unbeknownst to me) so he came back out along with another Spencer. They squeezed me in same day and stuck around to make sure everything was perfectly done. They helped with unclogging a shower as well. Theyre very reasonably priced and get the job done perfectly! I have a handful of apartments in Denver and my main house here. I started using My Denver Plumber back in 2011, when Zane was running things, and have continued to use them up until now (and in fact just gave them a call for something on my main house). My experience with each of the plumbers involved here has been just great. So far I have found them to be very very good on price, and very helpful when it comes to thinking of less expensive yet still effective ways of getting things done. And they are very good at telling me when I dont need to do things as well, they have saved me money time and again -- in fact, one time I had already purchased a new garbage disposal for one of my units and their plumber told me to wait just a minute on installing it, ran some tests on the existing disposal because he said it looked like a high quality one then got it unjammed, and told me to return the new one. He literally saved me $250 right then and there.And that is just one example. I probably have them do something plumbing related for me in one of my units at least 2x/year (all of these are in old buildings). I really cannot say enough, I recommend them to all of my home owning friends. Only negative thing I might say is that there have been times I havent been able to get them in as quick as I might like, but that is denver over the past few years -- it is really hard to get on the calendar for folks unless it is an emergency. Way too much work out there for plumbers and electricians these days! That being said, I still recommend these guys. All of the “big” companies refused to give pricing until you pay them $50 or more to come see it in person, after which, they’d make up the highest price they think you’ll agree to and then have no explanation of how they were charging 10x the previous quote. My Denver Plumber, on the other hand, had a reasonable quoted price upfront that did not change, no hidden fees, etc. They were friendly and professional in every interaction and on the day of, they were early and finished amazingly fast. Could not be happier and I’ll definitely be using them again for all future plumbing needs!

Well, My Denver Plumber did it again. They went out of their way and above and beyond to get my plumbing issue resolved at a moments notice. I love these guys. Lisa arranged for Ryan to come and seal a broken water line in the house so I could use water overnight, and he came back as promised the next day to finish repairing the water line in the wall and replacing a shut off valve under the sink which had corroded away. Ryan got it all buttoned up and flowing without problem. He works magic. He also cleaned up the work area and left with a like new bathroom basin. Their fees are reasonable and their work great. Solid company! From the person answering the phones and scheduling (Lisa) to the actual plumbing service (Jim) I cant say enough good things about the way this company operates. Friendly, responsive, punctual, quality work, and amazing attitude are a few words I can think of to describe this company!Jim was dispatched to our condo to repair a leaking hot water mixing valve, and ran into unplanned issues with other valves that were failed due to age and sediment build up, and wouldnt open. This caused him to have to add another item on his list of things to do with our project, and he never said anything negative about it or even showed any sort of frustration with the fact that he got thrown another obstacle in the project. He just got it done, and always had a smile on his face. What a great company! We had a sewage smell in our 2nd floor bathroom and were worried about a leak or some awful situation. When I called they got me on the schedule within a couple days - unlike other companies that wanted to charge a premium emergency fee to get prioritized. Jim came to my home, was respectful, even gave my dogs some love, and listened as I explained the issue. He really listened. He explained everything he was was going to do to diagnose the issue, was upfront about cost, and did the work thoroughly. Turned out I just needed some drains cleaned. He was honest and didnt try to upsell me. Then he took the time to explain how we could care for our drains in the future to avoid the issue. The price was reasonable, Jim and Lisa (?) at the office were kind and professional, and I felt like the staff really cared about fixing our problem rather than upselling. I highly recommend My Denver Plumber!
