I was having issues with my kitchen sink not draining very well, come to find that the drain was plugging up with food bits that were causing problems draining water. I called up Scott and he came out in a very timely manner, and in only about 15 minutes had the problem found, and offered a solution. It was a no pressure experience and he was very good at explaining everything in a manner that anyone can understand. (Im no plumber) I ended up having them install a garbage disposal to eliminate the issue moving forward, however he was more than happy to leave it at clearing the blockage. 10 out of 10 recommend Royal! I will be a long term repeat customer.
