I have used Rooter Town on two projects. In the first, they responded quickly to an urgent break that allowed my family to get back to life within hours. Rooter Town also provided me with peace of mind on a permanent fix all the way to the main line which provides me peace of mind as I don’t have to worry about really costly fixes down the road. Throughout it all, the Rooter Town staff has been incredibly friendly, understanding, and responsive. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

I was nervous to use them after reading some of the reviews here. I need to share that they were 100% honest about everything that was wrong with my current pipes. I am somewhat of a cynical person, so I did share the information with a long time family friend who is a plumber, and he validated everything they told me. I wouldn’t say they are the cheapest but they aren’t the most expensive. Knowing that they told me the truth and didn’t try to sell me on work I didn’t need, I will use them again if the need ever arises.

We had to have an 18 foot stretch of sewage pipe between our house and the city of Boulder main line replaced. It was a big job that required digging a trench 10 deep, 4 wide and 20 long. The job could not have gone more smoothly. They protected my two prized honey locusts that they had to maneuver the machinery around. It required three locates and all three showed up that morning like clockwork. It also required an inspection from the city of Boulder, which is brutal to schedule. We just finished a reno that took more than a year and nearly a dozen inspections. I have no idea how they were able to get the inspector to our house right when they needed him to inspect the new pipe before filling the hole back in. After a year of having people working on our house I was really bummed to have to have more work done, but rooter town made the whole project as good as it could have been. We thought the price was pretty reasonable too.

Had an emergency back-up of our sewer line last Saturday. Rooter Town sent someone out within 2 hours to snake the line and could not get through the blockage. Clark came the following morning with a scope and determined we had several tree roots growing in through the joints but the pipes were good, thankfully. Clark recommended adding access points in the pipe to allow for a thorough cleaning. They had an excavation team out within an hour and we were up and running in no time. The excavators did an amazing job to not tear our lawn up and made a clean hole that patched up seamlessly. We were very happy with the promptness of Rooter Town in fixing our problem and the excellent service they provided to us.

We called on Sunday morning with a plugged drain. Got scheduled for between 12-2 the same day. Zach was here at 11:30. Did his best to just unplug the drain but needed to be jetted to clear it out. Worked great and got a discount. Zach left with everything working great and cleaned everything up. He was so professional and explained exactly what he was going to do. Will use them again, no questions asked. Zach is a keeper.

It took Rooter town only 90 minutes to take my call, dispatch a plumber, and fix my clogged line. They did it at the advertised price of $95 and the plumber (Nick) was friendly and very competent. I was expecting to get scammed, but this company was the real deal. Very happy customer, would hire again.

Called them at 10 am and they were out to my house by 11:00 am. CJ was efficient in recommending services based on my slow drain. He did recommend a jet service which I ended up accepting. They were able to schedule someone to clear my drain on the same day. Shea, the technician arrived promptly and was super polite and professional. You don’t get that kind of service anymore. This company is legit. They can do more than just plumbing work, they can help with French drains, excavation, caulking, etc. They are super responsive and have excellent communication. They recently fixed a section of failed cast iron pipe in our basement on an emergency basis and helped us work with our homeowners insurance company. They know what they are doing and can do it probably sooner than any other competitor.

Had as great an experience as you can when your entire main system backs up! We worked mostly with Sam (crew was awesome as well) to get multiple sections of our main line replaced. Sam helped coordinate between the 4 owners (row homes that all share the main line) which removed a lot of stress. The crew was here quickly on 2 or 3 different occasions and they were kind enough to limit the amount of damage to our yard by hand digging our section rather than removing part of the fence to get the digger back there. Very much appreciated! This is an expensive undertaking but all in all we each paid much less than was anticipated. Highly recommend!

I am writing this for my mother, Alma.Excellent service work and cleanup. Very efficient and professional. On a Thursday I received an estimate for removing, repairing, and replacing a cracked sewer line, which was thousands less than other companies. The work crew unloaded their equipment within minutes of my approval of the estimate. Sam and his crew began work Friday morning. Sam continually checked on the progress of the work and ran a camera scope when the repairs were complete. Since I didnt have an email Sam went above and beyond by completing forms and emailing them to my insurance adjuster, thank you Sam! My service was interrupted for only 2 hours! On Monday the work crew delivered equipment and supplies to complete the project after the city inspection including repairing my driveway and all was complete by 3:30pm. The work site was left spotless!! I am very thankful for this wonderful company, especially Sam and his amazing crew. I highly recommend Rooter Town!

My highest recommendation goes to Rooter Town Plumbing and Dave, the service technician. The receptionist was able to schedule a same-day appointment unlike many other companies I contacted. I received a phone call an hour or so later letting me know Dave would arrive in 25 minutes. He was very polite, knowledgeable and competent. Not only did he clean the kitchen drain, but wore face and shoe coverings, protected the hardwood floor and explained the process. His customer service skills are exceptional and he speaks highly of the company. It is refreshing to find such a great company and technician. 5 Star review to them both!!

It was by unfortunate fate that I needed to hire this company. I had a backup on the mainline and thought I was hiring them to unclog and scope it for me. Clark was here within an hour of me calling to check it out. Turns out our 40+ yr old line was not only clogged but not aligned either. So that was fixed only to find out another section was totally collapsed. The work was started right away and the issue was resolved in less than a week. They protected what they could of my yard while working on it and even went out of their way to carefully disconnect the sprinkler so it didnt also have to be repaired later. The cost is outrageous but I say this with a grain of salt because it was confirmed to be in line with what other companies would have charged too. All in all - Clark and his team were knowledgeable, friendly and provided exceptionally quality work. Now, with that being said - I hope I NEVER have to do business with them again BUT if in the event that I do... I wont call anyone else. :)

We had a slow drip leak coming from a copper pipe in our laundry room in our basement so we called them. They sent out Josh and he looked at it and said hed get fixed right away. He also noticed some corrosion on a line on our hot water heater. He told us it didnt need fixing right away but he suggested we get it fixed at some point down the road. We had him quote us. He never pressured us which is awesome. We told him we would do it, he got us scheduled for today (Saturday) and got it done. The work was awesome. When I called Rooter Town, I spoke with Stephanie who was able to get my information, and offer me a 2-hour window the same day. During the day, Karen kept me updated on the arrival time estimate. Jason arrived on time, and was very friendly. He was able to have the drain unclogged in about 10 minutes. This was a great team effort, and each did their part flawlessly. For the problem I had, Rooter Town did a great job all around.

Thia is a great company. They replaced our sewer line and gave us options and were honest and helpful. We called them again when our shower was leaking, because we had such a good experience last time. Turns out the leak isnt from the plumbing, so they didnt have any plumbing work to do, so they didnt charge us!!!!! Honest, quick, helpful, polite, just all around I cannot recommend them enough. (I comparison, we had another company charge us $1500 just to replace a showerhead that we could have done ourselves.) Do yourself a favor, do not call any other plumber, call Rooter Town!!!!!!

Quick and affordable. I called around 11am to get an appointment. I was scheduled for a 2-4pm slot, same day! I received a call asking if they could come early as they had a cancellation to which I agreed. Josh and his coworker showed up around 1:30pm and were done before 2pm. They were professional, efficient and very pleasant. Even the lady who booked my appointment was very nice and efficient. Great customer service all around, good prices and quick service! Avoiding the big corporate companies, I chose to use Rooter Town for our services. From the beginning, the receptionist Brianna, was super friendly and was able to get an estimator out here same day for a replacement shower mixer valve and faucet. The estimator knew the time that it would take so they scheduled an appointment the very next day. Camden was our service technician and he arrived on time as he said he would. His work was very precise and he took the adequate time to make sure the project at hand was done right the first time. Provided a vacuum to clean up all debris, installed our purchased new shower fixtures, friendly and left the place as if hed never stepped foot. I recommend this company to anyone who is a home owner for any plumbing needs.

The price was good, but I went with their financing at a fixed rate, which was really helpful! I called them yesterday because the drain in the basement was backing up. A few days before Christmas I had a clogged toilet. I called a few plumbers to get an appointment. As I will be have people for the Christmas holiday, I really need that bathroom for the extra guests. The first appointment I could get was with another plumber, 911 Rooter and Plumbing. When they showed up they wanted to charge me 3 1/2 times what the other plumbers were advertising to unclog a toilet. I also scheduled Rooter Town for the next day. I told 911 that I wasnt going to pay 3 1/2 times what other plumbers would charge-basically a going rate.A day later Austin from Rooter Town showed up at the time scheduled and unclogged my toilet in 2 or 3 minutes. He looked at the plumbing and advised that it looked fine and did not try to upsell me for more work. I was charged as advertised and Austin was prompt, cleaned -up after, and pleasant to deal with. I was very satisfied with the service and the company and would recommend both the plumber, Austin and the company to anyone needing plumbing services; in fact I will be using them on a renovation in the near future.

I think these guys do great work and stand by their work. We worked with Hudson and he did a great job clearing two clogged drains caused by a root issue. They offered fair pricing for their services and gave a good bid and good advice to solve this issue in a more long term manner. The roots hit everyone in my neighborhood and a camera service can give you the peace of mind when making your plumbing decisions. During the camera service Hudson was cordial and his explanation was helpful. Rooter Town is a fine choice to get to the root, of your plumbing problem.

JR has come to my residence twice in the past month. First, he did a great job replacing our sink in the basement. They were on time, worked fast, and were courteous to me and my family. They do quality work at a fair price. In addition, back in October, when I blew out my sprinkler system it was leaking in the basement. A representative came and fixed the problem. When my sprinklers did not work correctly when I turned them on this past week, Rooter town came back out to take a look. It ended up being a problem with the sprinkler system which JR figured out promptly. He helped me fix the problem with a smile and then told me No charge, we were glad to help. Rooter town has replaced my main sewer line and done countless jobs on our home. I have no reasons to not recommend them to anyone needing quality plumbing work done in their home. It took three phone calls to rectify a problem after Rooter Town cleared our mainline (they cleaned 100ft but evidently our line was 125 feet). So, I wouldn’t consider 5 stars. I can’t say enough about Dave’s helpful, professional attitude, knowledge of his job and desire to make his customer (me) happy. I’d give him 6 stars.

When we ran our disposal it backed up into the basement floor drain. We called and within an hour we had Brady out here. He was SUPERB! Rooter Town was offering a $95 clean out and saw there was grease and food that could be an issue in the next coming months or year and offered to do a hydro jet cleaning. We were very comfortable with the upgrade in services because Brady explained things so well and went into detail. Brady is our new guy and so is Rooter Town. I recommend them to anyone and everyone and LOVE that they are a family owned business.

I wanted to have someone “honest” that wouldn’t go into a sales pitch for something way above what I wanted. They looked at the drain, we ran all the water in the house, and couldn’t see a back up. I was relieved to say the least. I was then informed there would be no trip charge or any charge for their time. Put in a service request via their website on a Saturday afternoon, and received a call shortly afterwards. They were scheduled to come out Sunday at noon, but actually called that morning and said they could come earlier. Excellent!Josh arrived right on time, brought the right tools, and made sure to clean up after himself. He was able to take care of our issue in about 15 minutes. Total cost all-in was $95, which (from what Ive read) was much less than Roto-Rooter, who relies on their name recognition. Glad I was able to support this local biz. Id highly recommend them.

I had what I believed to be a clogged main drain so I called rooter town to fix my issue, Clarke showed up to rooter my drain and found it was partially obstructed by something. Within 30 minutes Kory showed up at my residence with a drain scope and found I had a collapsed pipe about 10 foot away from my house. Kory thoroughly explained my options to me and in the end I decided with excavating down to fix the problem. He had a quote for me within 15 minutes and the crew to fix it showed up in 45 minutes. I was heading out of town that afternoon so couldnt stay to observe all the work but they kept me informed over the phone, I returned home a few days later and was very impressed at the cleanliness and workmanship. We called Rooter Town (they fixed our bath drain in the last year) and got an appointment with Josh. We then tested the washer drain and it was completely fixed and didn’t leak at all. I was totally impressed with Josh’s skill and total friendliness. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I recently had your technician J.R. out to my house to clear a kitchen sink drain. He promptly had it cleared, but based on what he was seeing when he was clearing the drain, there was a lot of grease in the line. He recommended that I consider a Jet Wash and he quoted me a price. It sounded like this was something I needed to have done. I told him that at this point of the month, I wasn’t going to do it. I’ve used your business previously and he noticed the magnets on the refrigerator. He contacted his supervisor and as a returning customer, a discounted price was agreed upon.He clearly stated how long this would take. As he was doing the jet washing, he was very conscientious and thorough to confirm there was no leak in the pipe going into the basement from the kitchen or any backup from the drain next to the washing machine. He repeated the process a number of times and I could see clearly after each pass the difference in the water that was coming out at the end of the pass.When he was finished with the process, he flushed the drain and made one more check downstairs to confirm all was well. Afterward he completed the cleanup of the area and it was spotless. At the end he answered some recommendation questions I had.I will continue to use your business for any drain clearing issues and if asked, will recommend you. He explained in detail what he proposed to do and followed up with snaking the drain and locating a baby wipe and a dry P-trap. He filled the P-trap and replaced a worn compression cap. My wife and I had a wonderful experience with the entire team at Rooter Town, on an otherwise awful day. We had damaged drain pipes that were causing sewage backups in our basement. From the first person I spoke to on the phone, I was treated with respect and an appointment was made, in the evening, for the very next morning. The first technician, Brandin, was professional and when he realized the job would be bigger than he expected, he arranged for his supervisor, Clark, to come out, immediately. Both Brandin and Clark arrived when they said they would and were very knowledgeable. Once Clark diagnosed the problem, he had a crew on scene within an hour to excavate my basement floor and repair the pipe. Everyone who came out was friendly and respectful. Clark even went as far as to help us work with our insurance company to get reimbursed for the damage. This was truly a God send as we had to live without a fully functional toilet for over a week waiting on another company who just called us the day of our scheduled appointment only to cancel and try and reschedule. Im glad we called Rooter Town though cause the job was completed and the service was honest and on time.

This is the first time I contacted Rooter Town. The first person I talked to was very professional. I set up the time for the plumber to arrive at my home. I received a call later asking me if the plumber could arrive earlier because he was available. Great. The plumber arrived on time and I showed him what the trouble is. He gave me an estimate first, then gave me the contract to sign before he started. All the work and charges was clearly stated. JR, the plumber, was excellent, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. This is the BEST company I have ever seen. I will not ever call another plumber. Their fee for the work completed was more than fair. I would recommend this company.

Rooter Town is my go to plumbing company now. I had a leaky sewer pipe, and another company quoted me $5,000 to fix it! Rooter Town came out and quoted me same day and ended up charging me about a third of that. They were willing to come out the next day. JR was the plumber who did our job and he was very professional and pleasant to work with. He was willing to answer all of my questions and just got right to the job! I would definitely call them again.

I spoke with a manager on the phone named, John, who was very courteous and helpful with my situation. We had water backing up in our floor drain in the basement early one morning. My husband presumed we needed our pipes snaked. A call to Rooter Town got Ben out immediately that very morning. Ben came in and immediately told my husband that it wasnt the pipes, that it was instead our septic tank. They examined things and determined Ben was correct. Ben could have gone ahead and snaked the pipes first and then informed us that it wasnt the problem. Instead he was honest and told us we didnt need him. And since they dont charge a trip charge, the whole thing didnt cost us a cent. Honesty and no trip charge. Two things that are very uncommon in these days. Ben was a super friendly guy and we could have been happier with the experience. Should we have another problem, we will definitely call Rooter Town again and ask for Ben!!!

I clogged the sink putting too much food down the disposal and I was really pleased to get a same day appointment so my husband wouldnt give me too much grief. Ben and Ben were great, very professional, worked quickly, best looking plumbers in town! I was also so thankful they didnt try to up-sell me on everything which I find is the case with most companys who use the low initial price to get you to call. Rooter Town has def earned my business in the future.

Right before thanksgiving my sewer system backed up. Its done this many times before...so we just have it cleaned out as needed. Not this time. They could tell this was something serious. They put the camera down the pipe and there were so many tree roots nothing could pass through. Not to mention the concrete pipes were cracked! This was really something I couldnt afford since my husband had just passed away. The great thing is that they knew about my situation and really worked with me so that I could get it repaired. They did a wonderful job and in a timely matter. Very professional. I would recommend them to everyone.

Billy Taylor was on time to clear a kitchen sink clog that I tried to no avail. The day before I had another company come on and they quoted $ 379.00. Ridiculous! Rooter Town did the job for $ 95.00. Billy was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He put on shoe protectors, covers for the wheels of the rooter machine, work pad for the floor and cabinet cloth protector. He stayed and ran several tests to make sure the drain was cleared. Billy cleaned the outside of the PVC pipes under the sink and wiped dry the sink. I highly recommend Rooter Town and thanks Billy for the great service and customer experience.

Last year they replaced our sewer line. They replaced the worst part of same day so we could still shower and use the toilets and then came back the next day to dig up the yard and replace the rest of it. Gave us such nice clean outs and my grass was barely damaged even with the small excavator having to be driven on it. They communicated with my insurance too so we could be reimbursed for our part. Definitely recommend.

We had a backed up main line that was flooding our basement, so we called and a very nice young man named Richard showed up, and even came out earlier than the appointment time. We have an old house, so the only way to get to the main line was through the toilet. He said there would be an additional charge of $150, unless we could take the toilet off ourselves, which we did in five minutes. So it was just the standard $95, he finished without any problems, and he was on his way.Well absolutely use Rooter Town again, but you guys might want to revisit the extra charge to remove the toilet. Charging $150 for a 15 minute task I think is a little steep- youre not doctors, youre snaking a clogged drain. $50 would be a lot more palatable. But other than that, we had an excellent experience, and Richard was a terrific kid.

Best plumbing outfit I have ever had. Excavated and replaced 50 feet of collapsed exterior sewer line to my septic tank in two days. I had people coming in from out of state to stay and my house was backed up. Rooter came in with huge backhoes and dumps, got the job done in two days in snow and rain. Then restored 50 feet of trench so it is virtually unnoticeable. The crew was actually raking the yard when done to make it look good. They came back a day later to clean an interior line at no charge.Great job, not cheap, but I have finally found a plumbing company I can trust.
