When going with a contractor, I prefer to use the little guy rather than the big companies. Less overhead with more competitive pricing and generally more personal service. This is the case with Right Away, a family run business. Jose, the owner came out to work on our furnace and did an excellent job. The thing about Jose which I find rare amoung technicians, is that not only does he have the experience and technical expertise, he is also very personable. An outgoing and friendly guy, he explains in simple terms and by way of analogy, what the problem is. Again, a quality among service people you dont always find. I very highly recommend Righ Away Heating.

Jose is a true professional, and quite frankly, a genius at his craft. We recently had a leak in our ceiling and had several plumbers and HVAC contractors in our home, all of whom told us we would have to rip out the floor and ceilings and even some walls. Jose took a look at everything, did some mental calculations, drilled two holes, and found the source of the problem. He saved us a ton of money and aggravation and got our air conditioning working again.Every job we have hired him do has been done to the highest standards. Recently, he and Stefano (also wonderful to work with) installed a shower and made sure it was lined up straight with the pre-existing fixtures, that the least amount of dry wall was opened as possible and that everything was cleaned up afterwards. The cost also came in under his estimate.Jose has a background in homebuilding and it shows. Its extremely helpful if you want to figure out how to get water to a certain spot in the house and in the least expensive way. He will be putting in laundry lines for us, and he noticed something odd about the wall the machines were going to be put against. Turns out there was a false wall, and Jose found us an extra 15 of space along one side of the room. I had had three other contractors working that area (electricians and two different handymen), and nobody noticed. Joses observational skills and deep knowledge of homebuilding has saved us a lot of money. He shows up when he says he will, is extremely professional and a great guy, and most importantly is at the top of his profession.

Once when our water heater overflowed and again when we tried to install a new thermostat and the AC wouldnt work in 80+ degree weather. Both times Jose responded quickly, was honest and fair! I have used Jose and his team for multiple jobs on two houses. Repair and maintenance of a furnace and an a/c install. His work is quality, his prices are very competitive and the equipment he installs is top notch. He is easy to reach, responds promptly, was always on time and the work was completed efficiently and as expected. He takes his time to explain things, makes recommendations on what needs to be done to fix the problem as well as possible alternative solutions and recommendations for regular/delayed maintenance but he never pressures you into a hard sale. He presents the facts clearly, the minimum to fix what needs fixed and no pressure on the additional recommendations. I like his approach because it assured me that he wasn’t up selling me nor doing more work then what really needed to be done just for the billable hours. I have and would recommended Right Away plumbing and heating to anyone hands down, he has definitely earned my business for life.

The devastating cold that hit the country just prior to Christmas froze snd broke a hard to reach pipe in our home on the Eve. Jose responded on Christmas day and was able to get everything back up and running. The job was complicated and difficult, but Jose never gave up and kept working until the job was done. During an October surprise of two days of temperatures below 10 degrees, my furnace decided to stop putting out heat. I attempted some basic maintenance on my own but decided to bring in some professionals after that didnt work. I called probably 10 companies over the course of the night and finally found Right Away. They gave me a large window of arrival time but then showed up promptly after texting me they were en route. They checked things over and provided a simple fix in less than a few minutes. They then spent a good amount of time with me explaining some of the basic maintenance I could do, how to prevent the problem I had with an electrical switch, and that I should probably replace it soon in the future. They also gave me some tips on maintaining my whole-home humidifier. They only charged me their basic minimum service charge of $49, which I felt was great value for their quick response and solution to my problem. I would recommend them for furnace problems and repair.

The first 90 plus day, my air conditioner stopped working. This was on a Friday night. The biggest problem was that I had sold my house and the movers were coming on Wednesday. I cant say enough about how grateful I am to Jose at Right Away Heating! My furnace went out on a Thursday night, and he came over after checking a couple of things over the phone with me. He discovered a hole in the vent pipe (probably not the right term), and came back the next day and fixed that. Unfortunately, with a 19 year-old furnace, that didnt fix the problem. He gave me a reasonable quote, walked me through the process, and he and his crew came out and replaced the furnace, the water heater, and the ac - in one day! (Since everything was 19 years old, it was TIME) I highly recommend Right Away Heating - quality, value, professionals, responsiveness, punctuality, and kindness!

Jose came out on a short notice to fix my furnace at 9pm. It was going to be one of the coldest nights of the year in Denver (-5 F) and I was stuck in a house with no heat and 2 kids. He fixed the problem for the price of the trip ($49). It was somewhat of a confusing problem that required him to do a thorough diagnostics of the circuit board, blow through a few fuses, and test every wire in there. Ultimately, the burnt wire was found and replaced. Have I mentioned a different contractor told me I needed a new furnace just a couple of hours earlier?? Jose is very knowledgeable, honest, hard-working, compassionate, and professional. He prides himself in a job well done and deserves your business. I know I will surely call him in the future for all my heating and air conditioning needs.

He solved my heating and air conditioning problem and got my air conditioner back running and working better than when I bought the house, they cleaned my motor which was fithy, cleaned out the blower wheel, and took care of some stuff downstairs that I didnt see or know about gave me a tune up and 45 minutes later Henry and the right away heating team were on their way!I recommend if your heater isnt working or your air conditioner isnt blowing cold or you need anything done these guys (right away heating) are the ones to choose each and every time. I have used many different people in the past waiting sometimes 24 hours to get service but not these guys they took care of me in a Flash and from what I was quoted by somebody else I saved $400 just by calling these guys. Thank you guys once again for coming out and taking care of my house and my air condition situations I guarantee you Ill use you from here on out. Definitely a 5 star service if not more!

Ive used Right Away Heating and Cooling now 2 times already and each time impressed with the knowledge Henry had with my old Heating and Hvac system I have.Whether it was my furnace problems not getting heat blowing to now my air conditioner not blowing cold air, he did a great job getting the furnace back on and kept family warm this winter (Dec 2020).Our furnace went out, I smelled gas, we evacuated the house in the middle of the night, we called the Fire Department and they turned off the lines, and my family spent a miserable cold night huddled under blankets.Right Away Heating came out the very next day before my family came home to a cold house. Henry came out, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and got the furnace working in under a half hour, all with a smile. My Family was warm and comfortable again this winter and today all cool again enjoying freezing temperatures in our house due to the amazing work by Henry at Right Away Heating and Cooling . Jose was absolutely incredible. I had a complex furnace issue that I needed to be immediately addressed because the outside temperature was 0 degrees. Jose came out just hours after I called. He walked me through the issue and allowed me to observe for my own benefit. Ultimately Jose informed me how to fix the problem and gave me two options: 1) to allow me to acquire the necessary parts myself and to install the parts myself, and only pay Jose a reasonable service fee or 2) to pay for the parts, installation, and the service fee. He came out a couple of days later and suggested a couple to things to improve my 10 year old A/C system for a reasonable price. This has improved my A/c system in spite of very high temps the past few days. We will be calling Jose for all our HVAC needs in the future & will recommend Right Away to all family & friends! thank you Jose!
