Matt/Proper Plumbing was awesome! Easy to reach, and was able to come see about our issue much sooner than we were expecting anyone to be able to. His work was thorough and well done, and he fixed some small issues adjacent to the main issue that improved things overall. The pricing was very reasonable and we will definitely be using Proper Plumbing again should we have the need for a plumber!

I had a leak in my garage for several days, collecting water in a bucket and had to cut my ceiling out. Matt came over and was able to locate where the leak was coming from right away. Pipes from upstairs neighbors house. I was then able to get it repaired. And it was affordable. I will definitely call him again.

I cant speak highly enough about my experiences with Proper Plumbing. Matt has helped me out at both my home and multiple businesses. In both cases he saved me in a pinch for time and his quotes came in below the competition.At home he dispelled the myth that another company gave me. The competition told me I would have to break up and dig out my foundation of my home to correct a backed up drain. They were, afraid that pushing a snake down my galvanized steel pipe would cause a puncture. Matt took a look for 10 minutes, located the runout that was conveniently located 1 foot from where they were pointing to break up my foundation, and cleared the drain in 10 minutes.At work I had my partners asking if I knew a commercial plumber shortly after the instance at my home. I was excited to share my experience and promptly reached out to Proper Plumbing. Matts bid came in lower than anyone my partners had found - and they are developers with preferred partnerships and rates. All of the above and Matt tackles everything with a smile.
