As a Restaurant owner I’ve gone through a lot of repair companies. It’s too bad it took so long to find Prime. They are quick and efficient. They are great at communicating arrival times, quotes, issues all of it. Nathan has been our most recent tech and he looks at repairs as if this was his own restaurant. If you aren’t using Prime you are getting second class service!

I hade Prime Plumbing & Heating replace the 18 year old furnace that went out in my home. I had no issues with prime and they were always in direct communication with me on the process. Their prices may have not been the cheapest option to go with but I did not have time to shop around and they were very fast to get me on the books and quality of work was very professional.

Prim Plumbing & Heating was hired by my HOA for repair of the rental unit below mine (I own my condo). Once Bradley inspected the leak in the ceiling, it was discovered that my toilet was leaking and needed repair. He knocked on my door and was very courteous and explained the issue and requested if he enter to check where the leak was coming from. Even though my toilet was not leaking in my bathroom, after removing the toilet it was discover that there was a rotted seal and the previous repair was installed incorrectly. He was courteous, respectful of my home and cleaned up after the repair. Very friendly as well. I paid costt of the repair for my Condo. When I called the office today I spoke to Emily and she was so professional and kind. There are still leaking issues and Prime is sending out Bradley tomorrow to repair what additionally needs to be done. Highly recommend!!

Review Update: Happy to report that the 2nd time we called Prime, the service was just as amazing as the 1st time! This time we needed our waterline replaced for our fridge. Service was quick, professional, & affordable.Our water heater decided to drown itself 5 days before Xmas. When I called, I received a call back within 5 minutes & they sent out a technician in less than 2 hours. Brian Ware, our tech, was efficient, friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. Emergency hot water replacement. Due to the artic blast, we had a drain pipe freeze and backup. Unbeknownst, it caused the pilot light on our hot water heater to go out, we tried lighting it with luck. Called one plumber, due to miscommunication, they didnt dispatch anyone. Called around, despite it being 4:15 on a Friday, with plumbers overworked, Prime was able to get us a plumber, they said hed be here between 5 and 7, he was there a few minutes after 5. Initially he got it lit, then it failed, after multiple tries, it was determined the water backup had caused the unit to short circuit. By 7:30, we had a new hot water tank installed. Im extremely appreciative of them fitting us in and getting our water back working. 5 stars is not enough. Nate was super friendly, very professional.

Received a recommendation to use Prime Plumbing and Heating and I was very impressed. Nate was able to come to my home the same day and fix my furnace staying late on a Friday to make sure the job was done. We had no hot water or heat and all the other companies I tried couldn’t come out for a week. Nate was so kind to put up with my home warranty calls to get approval. Highly recommend!

My air conditioner went out during the hottest time of the year. I called Prime and they sent someone right over and he had it fixed in less than an hour. They saved me! Later, I sold my house and needed a furnace inspection and again Prime came right over, cleaned the furnace and provided me with an inspection report. Their prices are reasonable and technicians knowledgeable. I will always use Prime for any of my plumbing and heating/air needs!

I had a calcified delta shower handle that would not budge when trying to replace it myself. Wayne came in curteously, and understandingly got my shower cartridge replaced and my shower up and running. It was tough job due to all the calcium build up, but Waynes hard-work and knowledge got the job done without having any further escalation. Fully satisfied.
