I called Prime Plumbing and Heating because water was backing up into my dishwasher. Todd came out the following day. He was on time, personable and knew what to do. He performed some tests and explained to me what he thought was causing my problem and made an adjustment to the hose. He told me that I probably need to replace my old dishwasher, but before I did that to keep an eye on it and see if it happens again. If it does I will replace the dishwasher and call Prime to come out and they will snake the drain to make sure I don’t have any future problems. I was so relieved that I didn’t have to do anything major right away and can take my time shopping for a new dishwasher. I will definitely call them again, Todd is an excellent plumber with many years of experience. Truly an asset to your company.

I’ve been waiting for over a year to give Prime Plumbing and Heating a review because you often can’t judge a service based on one interaction. April of last year, our old water heater bit the dust unexpectedly and I had to find a plumber to come out and replace it. After looking at reviews, I decided to call Prime and get someone to come and look at it. They sent out a technician as soon as available to look at the problem and recommend replacement options. We decided that this would be a good opportunity to get a tankless water heater installed, and they set up the replacement for about a week later. The replacement took a whole day with two technicians, who were both very polite and professional. The water heater worked great, but we noticed some issues with the installation within about a week, which we weren’t very pleased about. Since Prime warranties their installation for a year, I called and spoke with Nathan about our concerns, and he sent a technician out free of charge to take a look. After taking a look they agreed to fix the issue for no cost. Instead of just patching what needed to be fixed, they spent another day to redo everything to be even better than before. After this situation, I decided to wait to review to see how the water heater would work out. It worked great for nearly a year, and then started having issues maintaining hot water flow. We tried flushing to see if that would help, since the unit was due for cleaning, but it still wasn’t working. So I called Prime again to see what they could do. By this time, our one year warranty was over, but they waived the visit fee to send out Todd to take a look. We discussed and felt it might be that it is clogged by debris and seemed to be working after being purged, so with crossed fingers we waited to see if it would work. By the next day, I started having issues again, so it apparently wasn’t that. At this point, we were looking at possibly a manufacturing warranty claim, so I spoke with the tech support team for the manufacturer who said that we would need a technician from Prime to come and troubleshoot on the phone with them. I called Prime and explained the situation and again, they were willing to waive the visit fee to send Todd out again to troubleshoot on the phone as a warranty repair. Todd spoke with tech support and they seemed to think it was an issue with not bypassing the recirculation valve (we don’t have recirculation). We did have to pay Todd for his time, but so far it’s been almost three weeks and we have not had issues with the water heater since.This whole saga was meant to explain that, though there have been issues along the way, Prime has been willing to take ownership of their work and make sure they take care of any problems that come up as soon as possible. They also didn’t use this as an opportunity to nickel and dime us, even though their installation warranty had technically expired.

We used Prime Plumbing to find a mysterious leak in our 113 year old house. Todd came out for the job, and he was both very communicative and extremely respectful to our home. He knowledgeably troubleshot the issue and was able to find and replace the degraded pipe with minimal damage to our old walls. Were so appreciative for his talents and thoughfulness, and well certainly return to Prime for future plumbing and heating needs.

My air conditioning went out right as a heat wave was hitting. I called some other places and no one was able to schedule me sooner than two weeks out. Prime plumbing and heating made scheduling online easy and had much sooner availability. On top of that, after Id scheduled they reached out to let me know someone had cancelled and offered to move me up.When my appointment came around, my technician Dan was fantastic. He explained everything he was doing, justified the fix and tested several other parts of my system while he was here.Prime plumbing and heating made this entire process as easy as it could be, and I would definitely use their services again.

Bradley came to install my kitchen faucet since I was too scared to due to my older home and shut off knobs to the faucet. He tried the knobs first and sure enough they leaked. He replaced the knobs and faucet in a timely manner. Very nice and knowledgeable. Very easy to work with. Would recommend him any day! Ive used Prime plumbing and heating for many, many years and have always been happy with the employees and work. You cant go wrong with Prime plumbing and heating!

I needed a toilet unclogged and was unable to do it myself. I called prime plumbing and told them how important it was to use a trustworthy company that exhibits professionalism. Emily on the phone gave me reassurance and validated my concerns to not let random people in my home. Justin was very knowledgeable about my plumbing questions and fixed the clogged toilet. I told him I wasnt impressed with the plastic flimsy shut off valves we had since it would be used a lot. He quoted me the price to replace it and ended up replacing a wax ring and installing a sturdier isolation valve that was easier for myself to use. I would recommend this company to friends as I appreciate all the knowledge Justin provided. I even got a quote for a potential future project if we ever have the funds. I always recommend getting multiple quotes but I had just had a bad experience prior with a different company that did not invest in their employees. The plumber was respectful of my home and family and made sure to leave the work area clean. I definitely recommend!

Great experience with Prime Plumbing! Extremely prompt, efficient, effective and quality service. I was lucky to have Bradley Veverka who did a fantastic job. He helped to identify multiple issues with my hot water heater and pipping system. He removed the current piping and installed a new copper piping system to my hot water heater, installed a new expansion tank, pressure release valve, and pressure regulator. Very satisfied with the quality of work and I felt the cost was fair and reasonable. Bradley went above & beyond to ensure quality and timely work.

I want to also shout out to Megan who has likewise been an absolute pleasure to work with.Being a local company right here in North Denver is a definite bonus. I was having some pretty significant water hammer/pipe issues, and I called Prime Plumbing & Heating solely based on the positive reviews. As a first-time homeowner, I can get overwhelmed about knowing all of the things I need to do to take care of my home efficiently. Also, because I am a new homeowner, there is often a fear of getting bamboozled. I was able to get on their schedule within a week of calling. Justin arrived on a Wednesday to inspect and diagnose the issue. He was very friendly, professional, and I appreciated his relaxed/joking/very human nature. In the past, I have had technicians speak to me like I’m an idiot. This was not the case at all. He was also very honest. While he couldn’t be 100% sure of the issue, he affirmed that Ray would be able to help. Justin gave valuable advice and shared information that was helpful for me. That Friday, I met Ray. I appreciated him explaining everything to me as he was inspecting in ways I could understand. He was able to diagnose the issue very quickly. The following Tuesday, Justin and Ray returned to complete the job. I want to say they were here for about three hours working on re-piping, securing pipes, and fixing the previous owner’s poor DIY job as well as a poor job done by another company earlier this year. They had to cut into my basement walls, which I was nervous about, but upon completion it looks clean and professionally done; he added a panel that looks as nice as a panel can look. They also found a pipe that was breaking down due to hard water. Ray showed me his completed work as well as the damaged pipe, all while explaining why he did what he did, what I should look out for, and what I need to schedule routine maintenance for. (Although I wish I wrote it all down because it was very helpful and now, I feel like I forgot some things!!!) They also left the area they were working on clean, which I appreciate.Emily, the office manager, seems like such a kind person! She was always helpful and understanding/willing to work around several of my schedule changes.All in all, I will definitely be calling Prime Plumbing & Heating again for maintenance and for whatever other issues may arise. This kind of work is generally expensive, but I’d rather spend the money on a great job done. They also offer a financing service that, for me, did relieve some of the financial burden at least. I was packing my things to move out of my moms house when we realized my bathroom shower and sink were backing up. Thankfully my sister works for prime plumbing and heating. Emily got someone out here later that day, and sent Justin to clear the line. It turns out it was the main line and in that visit he also repaired a valve on the side of our home. My mom and I were given the family and friends discount to so price was reasonable as well! I recommend them, and will continue to do so to all my friends and family!

I got a call from one of my Tenants who had just finished extensive TI work and was going to finally open for business the next day. In a panic there was a problem with the main water line coming into the building and they needed to have running water to open. My old plumber had retired, I had to find a new commercial building plumber fast, so I googled and found PrimePlumbing. I called and explained the problem and was told they would have a professional plumber out to the building first thing in the morning. I got a text message letting me know they were on their way then I got a call explaining the problem and it would be fixed that same day. I then received a text letting me know the work was done and the building had running water again. Not only the response but the communication was absolutely incredible. They made it easy for me with just one call it was taken care of. Prime Plumbing and Heating is who I will be calling the next time I need a repair at any of my properties.

Our hotel stay at Wesminster courtyard hotel was nearly a disaster when we experienced clogged pipes not allowing us to shower, we contacted front desk and they contacted Prime Plumbing and heating and Emily contacted us to let us know Justin would arrive in 2 hrs Emily called us 30 minutes before Justin arrived to update us he was arriving, Justin arrived and fixed the problem and we were able to go back to normal.Thank you Prime Plumbing and Heating for your prompt service!

Nathan Is very Conscientious, skilled and talented in all the services he offers and provides whether you’re dealing with him or his staff you’ll still get the same integrity and value in the end. It’s been amazing to witness all the great things this company has put together over the last decade and a half! They put in a new High Efficiency Bradford White (40) gallon hot water heater in my house, replaced my shower valves, plumbed in my sink in the master bedroom, tested and turned up the water pressure and double checked all their work as thoroughly needed!Call them today! We had two great experiences with Prime Plumbing & Heating in 2022. Our water heater went out in January one night and we put in a request through Angi. By the next morning we had contact with them just after 7 am and someone at our home to diagnose the problem before 10 am. Amazing! Brian did a great job replacing the water heater that day.In December, our furnace started having issues, so we reached out to them again. Nate was able to come out same day and diagnose the problem. While we may need a new unit sometime soon, he was able to replace a part to keep us going with the current one for now.We appreciate the fantastic, timely, professional, and reasonable services from this company and highly recommend them!
