I have used Jim now multiple times at multiple properties and he has saved the day multiple times. I work for a non-profit organization that owns six properties and at two of those we had plumbing related issues that we could not figure out. We have had multiple plumbers out who would take a look and then tell us everything it wasnt but would never help investigate further to actually identify the problem and then resolve it. Jim has done that multiple times now for us. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
