    Sunshine Home was an absolute pleasure to work with. Paul was the person I first talked to and found him to be knowledgeable and easy to talk to, here also came out to my home and assessed my system and recommended the right replacement system.The scheduling of the installation was easy and they accommodated my schedule to get the installation on the books. Emails were sent identifying everyone who was coming to do the work which included pictures and a small bio for each person.Chewy was the technician who came out and got the installation completed. His crew were very efficient and professional, they covered everything up in my home to avoid damage. When the project was complete they entirely cleaned up and let my home as they found it.I would definitely recommend Sunshine for any HVAC work.

    Amanda was great! She was friendly and got Josh scheduled to come out that afternoon!Josh was great! He stopped by, he explained what I was missing and we got the toilet fixed in a few minutes. He also gave me some quotes and best practices on how to improve the waterlines that will need to be replaced in the coming months!Sunshine had been great to work with in the past (HVAC work) and I plan on working with them for any future projects/repairs.

    William and Erik replaced the 1970s era boiler in my home with a high efficiency combo boiler + hot water unit. I had been slowly doing research over the past year (because I knew this day would come), so I already had an idea of what type of solution I was interested in.I dont think I could say enough good things about William and Erik (and the rest of the team I interacted with). Very professional all around. They easily tick all of the standard service boxes — knowledgeable, courteous, professional, etc. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me confidence in the project.But those, to me, are all the typical 5 star review requirements. The thing that really set William apart and exceeded my expectations is his attention to detail and obvious passion for the craft of his job. The end result is nothing short of a piece of art. A highly technical and very functional piece of art. *Everything* is labeled, components have their own electrical boxes, all wires are neatly zip-tied, etc. I mean—they built their own wall to mount everything to! The level of care is incredible.

    Josh is an experienced tech who thinks ahead, who considers all aspects of a job to prevent any problems or surprises down the line and who goes into great detail to ensure you understand whats happening every step of the way.     Jerry did some good detective work. When the combustion supply air was restricted, he put logic to work to locate the unusual origin of the problem - a wasps nest had clogged the air intake. He removed it - and without imposing a premium for pest extermination! Rather than take apart some of the furnace at great expense, he diagnosed the more-easily solved problem.

    Wow, so efficient. Love that they are woman owned. Very professional. On time, have me a text heads up, a 10 minute call head up. Very knowledgeable. Great business management systems - everything very organized and fast and efficient!Eric came out and did the gas line to the stove install - on time, did it right the first go of it and was about 3 hours just like he said it would be. The price was straight forward, no bait and switch, and he was so amazing to get the whole thing powered up and positioned between the cabinets before leaving!

    Yesterday we purchased plants for the yard. I saw the water line coming out of the house was bent and starting to leak. I needed it fixed before turning on the sprinkler system. I called Sunshine who has done work for us in the past and always does a fantastic job. I used their online appointment system and they came out same day and fixed the problem. Pavel, our technician was amazing. He had a great attitude and professionalism. He walked me through what he was going to do and completed it quickly. I use Sunshine to fix what other companies mess up. This is a new build home and I could have called the contractor and got on a waiting list but I know that Sunshine gets the job done right the first time and at an affordable price. I highly recommend Sunshine Home Services. They are my first call when I need it done right.

    Josh and Amanda were awesome to work with! Josh came in and recommended a solution for a tricky sump pump situation where other companies kept giving us the go-around. Definitely recommend Sunshine! Their install came with a 2 yr warranty and Josh even offered to come back out and help us figure out the pump set up if needed.

Sunshine was able to respond quickly, provide excellent, competent work, and worked with me on pricing and financing options which helps tremendously with the sudden hit. Very happy!2024 Update:OK, 4 years later, different house, needed to replace another old water heater and get updates for code. Sunshine quotes came in under the competition.     I carry a home warranty just in case and recently had some plumbing issues, so I called in a claim to my warranty company and they got me in contact with a contractor. 1 month later my toilet was still not working and my claim was denied by the warranty company. The contractor gave me a quote which seemed pretty high and my experience hadnt been a great one (no communication, never asked me what times worked for me would just set 7am appointments, then reschedule them to a different day, no paperwork provided, etc), so i wanted a 2nd opinion..I had heard from a family member that Sunshine Home Services did great work, is transparent with their pricing, and had good professionals working for them. I called this morning and spoke to Ovi (very kind and helpful) who listened to my situation and got me scheduled same day for an appointment. Not long after I received the confirmation appointment text, I received another text with a picture of Erik and an awesome bio! I knew exactly who to expect to come into my home! When Erik showed up a couple of hours later he was also great to work with! Nice, respectful, informative, reliable, and helped me feel assured through the process. Once the issue was confirmed he gave me a fair quote for the work (25% cheaper than the contractor) that would need to be done which I approved and he got right to work on fixing it! He fixed it same day and the quote matched my end price! Same day service with pleasant professionals for a fair price! You really cant beat that! They definitely brought a little extra sunshine to my life after a month long ordeal. 10/10 would recommend!

    Sunshine went way beyond the call to duty. I cut my choice down to two contractors. One was a large contractor that I had use before and the other was Sunshine. The large contractor that I had used before didn’t listen to what I wanted. He quoted what he wanted to sell. Unfortunately he didn’t listen to the safety features I wanted on my heating system. Being a hot water system without these I could have cost me thousand of dollars in damages. William listen and installed the system with great pride in his workmanship. I definitely recommend Sunshine. They listen to what you want and do a great job. William also help connect the safety features.

It was a bit pricey, but the location of the valve was not conducive for an easy replacement. The team was thoughtful, quick and professional. He ensured all aspects of our condo was inspected properly thoroughly cleaning vents to ensure there was no continued dust or debris flowing through the air ducts.     I had a plumber from Sunshine come out to the house this week to perform a plumbing inspection of the house. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable and great at explaining things and answering all of my questions. He pointed out things that he was looking for and helped identify several problem areas that he recommended fixing (and other things to keep an eye on in the future). I felt like his recommendations were very valid and he did not try to pressure me to do more than I was comfortable with. He followed up later in the week and installed a service vent above the water heater and replaced a mixing valve that was defective and corroding. Ill definitely use Sunshine again for plumbing (and HVAC) needs in the future!

    This company does the right things well. I had an HVAC emergency early in the morning in the winter; main blower motor failed. I left a message with their AI assistant before they opened. The AI assistant was surprisingly effective. I promptly received a call at 8am, from a person, to schedule an appointment. HVAC tech Jerry Martinez arrived by 8:40am. He was knowledgeable, straight-forward, and friendly. My problem required a big fix, but Jerry took care of it and we had heat in our house by 1pm the same day. A good experience in a stressful situation.

    No one wants to be without heat/hot water in January, and Sunshine definitely understands that! My experience with this company was excellent. I called late on a Friday and they had a technician out on Saturday morning. They went above and beyond to get a complicated job (gas line leaking underground) done as quickly and cost effectively as possible. Because it was a complicated issue, there was a lot of brainstorming and problem solving that had to be done, and the Sunshine team took that challenge head on. Everyone I had contact with at Sunshine was friendly, professional, courteous, and had excellent follow through. Jeff L did the majority of work for my apartment and I am so impressed by him. He communicated very effectively with what needed to be done, when it would happen, and how long it would take. He was always prompt and finished on time or ahead of schedule.     I have used Sunshine on several projects. We have a Real Estate business and have used them to help us get homes ready for market. Today I had them come in and look at a condo we have up for sale. It has the origional furnace (1982) and a hot water heater that is over 25 years old. We also wanted to add AC to the unit. Time is of the essence to get this property on market. They came out the next day, reviewed everything that needed to be done. 2 hours later I had an itemized quote and they said they could start in 2 days. They are professional, friendly and trustworthy. That is the most important attribute in a service company. They are fairly priced and I always feel like they have earned every dollar I have paid them. They do what they say they will do, when they say they will and for a great price.     I had my sewage injector pump replaced in November 2020. The new one stopped working for unknown reasons in June 2021. Sunshine originally set up my appointment for Thursday, but they put a rush on the job and dispatched Rocky to replace it on Tuesday. He arrived on time with a new pump. He was prepared, meticulous, professional and friendly. He installed the new pump and tested it to make sure it was working. Because the pump that stopped working was still under warranty, there was no charge on the job. Sunshine is great and Rocky is the best!!

    I recently moved to my home and needed a Nest thermostat installed after I wasn’t able to figure it out. While looking into that I found a magnet with Sunshine’s info on it so figured I would give them a try.Since they were coming out to the house I figured I’d have them inspect the heating/cooling units. My window was 11-2 and just before 11 I received a text letting me know Emanuel was on his way. The text included a picture of him which I thought was really great safety measure!!He was absolutely fantastic! Emanuel walked me through all the items he was testing, explaining the different aspects of the cooling system while doing so (I like to know how these things work). He made sure I was comfortable with whatever needed to be done, asking before taking any action.All in all I’m really glad I chose Sunshine and ended up joining the club for the year since there are other items I’d like addressed in the coming months and it just made sense. Check them out!UPDATE 9/27/22I needed some plumbing work done in response to a home inspection, so time was of the essence. I enjoyed working with the team last time so they were my first call. Trisha had someone scheduled for the next day! This really helped relieve the anxiety of getting these projects done asap.Josh arrived early (he called and asked first) and I walked him through the issues reported. He knew exactly what I was talking about, what was needed, and how to remedy the problems. It turned out that one of the items was already installed on the main line and just needed an adjustment!     Zach was terrific. He as able to come even sooner than expected - which was great since our furnace stopped working during the coldest few days of the year. It was clear he was putting in a lot of extra hours at this time to make sure people got seen as soon as possible. He gave us a clear run down of the problem and explained we needed a new system. Later he came back after the new system was installed and checked it out (even though that was well into the evening) to make sure it was properly installed. He also made a special trip to pick up and install a wifi thermostat since he had personally promised that would be part of our new system and it had not been installed. Again, he stayed late to personally install it. A few weeks later when we had some concerns about the new system he personally came out to make sure all was running well and made appropriate adjustments. Zach is just one representative of a company that we have consistently been pleased with for both plumbing and heating. Their technicians are always courteous and very good at what they do.

    I am a big review guy when it comes to selecting a company or product for services. I will generally go online and read as many reviews from other customers on as many platforms as possible before I make the decision on who/what I want to go with. I found Sunshine Plumbing on google and noticed their star ranking was 4.5 - 5 stars. I read reviews from other customers and they were all positive and informational. I called Sunshine Plumbing and described my issue I was having with my water heater. The person that answered was polite, listened to my issues and answered my questions. This was the same day that we had a large snow storm in our area, and was assured that someone would still come out regardless of the weather conditions. I scheduled a visit and my technician William called before he arrived and actually showed up a little early. William explained everything in detail, gave me multiple options, and attempted to fix the issue with out just replacing stuff. Since my water heater was in dire need of replacement, William said he could replace everything the same day and would have it done in a few hours. He priced everything out on his ipad at that moment and allowed me to choose exactly what I wanted so there was no guess work involved when it came down to the bottom line. William returned promptly with everything and replaced the entire unit and even did some extra work he didnt need to do. William said that he couldnt leave me with the poor quality work that was done by the previous water heater installer. I would recommend Sunshine Plumbing to anyone who needs an honest company that will work with you to solve your issues, they provide a wide range of services, and they seem to genuinely care for their customers.     Sunshine recently replaced our old 1953 boiler, as well as our old water heater, with a Navien combination boiler. Brett and Lorenzo worked long hours for five days (we moved out) tearing out our old system and replacing it with a beautiful work of art. (The county inspectors said they maybe see 3 or 4 installations this impressive each year, remarking on the obvious pride in workmanship). Brett and Lorenzo were very respectful and responsive, answering all our questions. As expected, the system has needed some ‘tweaking’ and they have promptly addressed any concerns. The quiet, steady heat has been a big improvement over our old system. We received three bids on this project, all very close in cost. What stood out was Sunshine’s professionalism from the outset. William brought the whole team to meet us which was a nice touch. This was an expensive project, so we were a little nervous, but everything turned out great

    Gabe was fantastic. The install of an whole-home water filter system is already a pretty big job, but the location of a few of my plumbing components made it an even bigger job. Gabe got right to work when he arrived at my house and continued to work hard and without complaint for the rest of the day. I also appreciate the care he took in cleaning up at the end of the day. I also really appreciate all of the email reminders about the service appointment and the email introducing Gabe. That is a very nice customer service touch that I dont often see.     Tony was great. While Im sure hes not supposed to promise anything about 100 year old sewer lines, he did put me at ease by both showing me the sewer scope, and explaining why it could be 2 hours or 20 years before I need to invest in a new sewer line.     Sunshine did such a great job on our AC replacement. The old one was useless, they were very professional and clean and got it right the first time. Ricardo was our tech, superb service. I know the owners, Susan and William are a wife/husband team with total integrity, you cant go wrong with Sunshine. As another plus, theyre members of our Chamber and they participate in all kinds of community projects and events. Just a great local business. Oh, and the day they installed the AC, it was 100 degrees that day, and the new AC cooled down our 3 level house in short order.

    I had a drain issue from my upstairs sink that was causing the basement sink to fill and overflow. Rocky was great. He listened to my concerns, took into account the basic diagnosis information that I was able to perform on my own, and provided me with multiple options to address the issue that we had.     I called Sunshine Plumbing Heating and Air to get a second opinion on repair on our furnace. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional and honest. The previous Heating and Air company we hired to repair the furnace gave me an estimate of approximately $700 in repairs and set up an appointment for a NEW furnace. Sunshines technician immediately identified the issue, repaired at no cost (removal of a garbage bag covering our intake pipe left by the first company causing the furnace to stay off), as well as identifying the design of the outside exhaust pipe which after the high winds we experienced the past week caused the furnace to shut off as a safely precaution in the first place. Once the bag was removed, the furnace began working again. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. I will use Sunshine Plumbing, Heating and Air for all maintenance, repair and eventual replacement of a furnace in the future. I will recommend them to family and friends. Five stars!!!!!!

    Jeff with Sunshine Plumbing Heating Air, LLC visited my daughters newly purchased condo that was built in 2004 on June 7, 2018 to perform several plumbing procedures. He performed these procedures after having visited a couple of days earlier to access and price out selected customer items for repair and/or replacement. Jeff was professional, educational and outstanding as he unclogged drains, replaced a toilet, replaced a sink and replaced 4 faucets. He is of great integrity and maintains very high standards for his professional work. His efficient and professional manner was greatly appreciated by this father who feels like his daughter ( a young and first time home owner) got an important education on items worked on by Jeff. During the assessment phase Jeff was very thorough in his analysis of all plumbing areas and provided detailed pricing for labor as well as pricing with company bought versus customer bought fixtures. The estimate was very easily viewed and summarized with modern technology (No paper). I was so impressed we signed up for the companys annual maintenance package.
