Great experience. Our tech, Houston, was wonderful. Our 2 yr old Rinnai on demand water heater stopped working 2 days before the New Year. Not a good time to find help. I called Hot Water Now! on January 2nd, they scheduled for the 3rd, arrived on time, diagnosed, fixed and explained the problem. Reasonable price, costs disclosed upfront, prior to work. Would definitely recommend. We have hot water!!!

The team is friendly and happy to answer questions. They left the work area in the same condition they found it in. They seemed to be pretty quick, replacing a water heater took 2 hours 20 minutes and the quote was spot on. I would recommend reaching out to Hot water now when getting estimates, they are very competitive.I do have one adendum, the lenders Hot water now use rates are predatory; 20% interest is worst than most credit cards. Try to secure loans from your own bank or credit union, I was able to get much better rates from my credit union.

I expected a simple clean and service like I had the last time for $110 and upon seeing my Rheem Hot Water heater the technician told me it would be $350. Then they tried to up sell me on some additional parts and services for a total of $950. I refused and told them to clean it. Which they did and charged me $325. It seems to be working well now.I just spoke with Keith from Hot Water Now. He understands my confusion and is attempting to correct the situation for the next time. I will use them in the future.

Kids poured water into the exhaust vent of our Rinnai tankless water heater and it stopped working. The first plumbers that came out had to call Rinnai tech support to figure things out, and then quoted me $5000 to replace the gas valve which theyd have to special order. David from Hot Water Now came the same day, tried cleaning out the unit first and when that didnt solve the problem he replaced the gas valve (he had the exact part in his truck!) for $350. He was very knowledgable and was willing to explain everything so I understood what was wrong. I would recommend this company to anybody with a tankless water heater.

Hot Water Now has saved us on multiple occasions. We have two rentals in Denver and live out of town. When our tenants call with an issue with our tankless, we know we can call Hot Water Now. They are quick, fair and get the job done right. One tankless was a model that cant be serviced, HWN let us know the first time they looked at it that it would be tricky to keep running. Our Eternal tankless stopped producing hot water last night and would fluctuate from cold to lukewarm. Unfortunately, that company is out of business and parts are not available. MaryAnn was quick to accommodate my request for someone to come out and look at it and Dave provided excellent communication for what the problem was. The solution is to replace the tank (Rinnai) , but Dave was quick with a quote, and is working to do the replacement today! Financing options available via email when approving the quote made this a very simple process. Looking forward to hot water later today!

Earlier today, I watched Keiths multi-part video about cleaning a Rinnai tankless water heater on YouTube. Since mine is an older model, I was having trouble finding a video with something that even remotely looked like mine. After watching each part multiple times, I felt that I could do it. Did each step and put everything back together. Powered up and turned on the hot water. The unit made this God awful rumble. Looking in the sight glass, I saw the flame was orange instead of blue. Air was getting in from somewhere. After about a half hour, I called the company, figuring they would have someone on call. Left a message and got a call back in 15 minutes.David was the tech who called. Very nice guy and super calm. I told what Id done and was stumped as to what to do next. He asked me about whether or not the fan could move even though I had screwed it back into the bracket. Told him yes. He explained that I had to make sure the housing slotted back in properly to make a good seal. He patiently waited while I re-aligned the fan. Turned everything back on, and it was running right again! After thanking him and making some small talk, I found out that hes on vacation! Couldnt believe hes the one thats on call. Even so, Im glad hes the one that called me. Keith, you have a solid guy in David working for you. Please make sure he sees this. He really helped me get out of a jam on a Sunday night! Also, great video. You just need to put all the parts together for ease of watching the process.

These guys are legit. After having three plumbing companies come over that knew nothing about tankless water heaters, I found Hot Water Now! on Rinnais website. These guys came over the same day I called and had the thing purring like a kitten in 20-30 minutes. Very professional and courteous too. Had a water heater decide to call it quits after only 4 years of use. Because of that it was still under warrantee, but the labor warrantee expired. Was told by the manufacturer to drain it myself, take it back to the point of purchase, and to get a new one and install it myself. How am I going to put a hot water heater into a little Subaru? Not many plumbers would help me out with this situation since the unit wasnt theirs and was under a warrantee.
