    Brett was knowledgeable and gave me a fair price to fix the leak under my kitchen sink. A few days later my water heater failed. Brett was here that afternoon to assess the damage. He arrived the next morning to remove and replace the water heater and brought it up to code as the old waterheater was not. Highly recommend Homestead Plumbing and Heating.

    Homestead was able to come out the day after I called, for a non-emergency call. They forecasted the cost and stuck to it. The the repair was made quickly and worked as it should. I asked the technician a couple of plumbing questions that were unrelated to the repair, and they answered them with detail without being annoyed.

    Brett was Extremely Helpful in an Emergency Situation as he was working on a job for a home owner in our HOA...We had two hot water heater in two buldings, spring a leak... As he was already on the property, we negotiated to have him do the repairs, rather than wait for another company that could not arrive until after five thirty which may have incurred after hours charges....And he got both repairs accomplished within one hour, at a fair & reasonable price...     We had Homestead Plumbing install 2 new faucets in our house a month or so ago. We had our counter tops replaced and the contractor didnt install our faucets, as promised. At 8pm that night, I found Homestead and they picked up the phone right away. They were due to do another job that night and promised to come first thing the next day. After I hung up, they called me back in 15 minutes and said that their other job fell through due to the weather. They came to our house and installed 2 faucets. It turned out that the contractors had made a mess of our pipes so Homestead had to fix the pipes and install new connectors. They did this in 2 hours and with amazing ease, professionalism. They cleaned up and thank goodness..otherwise we would have had a minor flood and no faucet. I highly recommend them! they are amazing. Great communication and very efficient! Hire them!

    Frank and Brett did a great job while working at our home. They did all the plumbing work for our kitchen remodel. They also installed a tankless water heater, a Navien 240A. They were also able to unclog a basement drain that had been causing issues since the house was built.

    These guys are absolutely lifesavers! We had some pretty bad advice given and work completed by another bigger plumbing company that left us with a replaced shower tile floor that still leaked after a full drain pipe and tile replacement. Frank and Brett had me describe what happened and then came by and accurately diagnosed the issue, what needed to happen to make it right and then also completed the plumbing work properly at a much better rate than the larger company. I will only use Homestead for this kind of work going forward as they have always been incredible fair and honest and are just really good guys. As early home owners it means the world to have a company we can finally trust for this kind of thing.

    Frank came out the day after I called to address an old toilet that had leaked through the ceiling. He was responsive, informative, not pushy, and earned my trust quickly. It was also reassuring how they text that they are on the way with a photo of who is arriving. Frank and Brett were able to replace two toilets in less than a week from my initial call. They even picked up the toilets from home depot and did excellent work. If i ever need any other plumbing work done i will definitely be using Homestead Plumbing again without a doubt and would highly recommend them.

    Have used Frank and Brett a number of times and always been so happy with their work and professionalism. The one time I didnt was for a hot water heater install. They were at my house shortly after and told me they could have done the same unit for $1,000 less than what I paid with one of the bigger names in the area. Their prices have always been better than other quotes Ive received by a fair amount. Cannot recommend enough!

    We moved from out of state and purchased a home purchase in Boulder and we hired a contractor to do a remodel for us. He did a very shoddy job and was not an honest person. We had to have all of our plumbing replaced. Frank and Brett have been out several times to correct many issues. These guys are professional and do quality work. They are dependable and honest not to mention that they are the nicest guys to deal with. I would not trust anyone else to do any plumbing work. On another note issues from the same shoddy contractor we needed electrical work redone. Mark and Mike came out and knew exactly how to correct the issues that we were dealing with and fixed it right away. These guys are also honest and dependable and I highly recommend each one of them!

    Our old hot water heater needed to be replaced, so after checking local plumber reviews, we called Hardline Plumbing and Heating, and are so glad we did! Frank came over right away and gave us a bid, took out the old tank and hauled it away, came back with a new, much better quality tank and installed it the same day. He also improved the connections to our clothes washer and dryer. We’re completely happy with the entire experience. Frank did a great job, and was was a pleasure to deal with. Hardline has great communication, knowledge and competitive pricing, and will be the company we’ll use for any plumbing needs in the future.

    These guys are absolutely the pros you need. We were in a serious bind - hadnt been able to get a plumber in 7 weeks due to extreme demand of the summer construction season, and despite the long drive these guys agreed to come help us. The turnaround time to get an estimate was extremely quick, and they came right the next day and completed the installation leaving a clean site. I love their can-do attitude.     They do great work and are very honest, HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THEM! Don’t waist your time with the big names!I had a big company come out and they quoted me over $1000 to change a disposal and fix a “leaking faucet”.Brett and Frank came out and found the configuration of my pipes under the sink were way off and my dishwasher was originally connected was wrong, they also determined the disposal needed to be replaced.They evaluated my faucet that I was told needed to be replaced and found nothing wrong with it :).They fixed everything for half the cost as the big name company and did great work.Thanks again!!     I had such a great experience with this company from start to finish. First, I only had to leave one voicemail and I was called back quickly and with multiple attempts to help me get something scheduled to come check out a minor plumbing issue at our house. I was texted as well and we finally got an appointment made for the next day/morning which was also very nice.Brett was the plumber who showed up and I was impressed with his professionalism by him giving me a call in the morning to let me know he was on his way. He showed up right on time and was respectful by wearing a face covering and used shoe covers as well to not get anything dirty. He immediately was able to explain what he thought was most likely the problem, gave me options for possible solutions, and once I decided on what to try he got right to it and did the job quickly. What he did seemed to have worked. He was a pleasure to have come to our house and he gave us top notch quality service.     Hardline did a great job right from the very beginning. The person that scheduled the appointment was very friendly and accommodating. Then Frank and Andy texted me half an hour before they arrive to let me know when they would get there. They replaced a broken vacuum breaker in about 30 minutes and did a great job. They even shined the pipes to make it look brand new. All around an awesome job on customer service in my opinion.

    At the busy holiday time I needed some plumbing work done in order to install a new dishwasher. I called the few plumbers I had used in the past, but they were all busy for over a week. Homestead was able to come out in three days. Frank came today installed a new valve for me. I was impressed with both his professionalism and overall knowledge.     They were very nice a did good work, but I felt it was a bit pricey for the work they did. All we needed was a shorter pipe to replace an existing one behind our oven and have a shut off valve added. It took the guy about 30 minutes to do the work and was $295. They did provide a quote before hand so I had the option to say no at no cost, but didnt want to bother having to meet up with several contractors. I would call them again, but Ill make sure to be prepared to get a few other quotes to make sure it is priced appropriately.

    Frank & his team were honest, upfront, clean, & respectful in helping me figure out an issue with my basement sump pump. Turns out the floating balls got stuck, which he fixed, and showed me how to remedy in the future if this occurs again.     Extremely professional. Justin and Frank were both willing to answer all questions related to the (complex) install of a whole house water filtration system, giving us peace of mind the whole way through. We are thrilled with how clean and solid the end product is, and also the fact that they protected our carpet during their work (walking in and out of the house) and cleaned everything up at the end, leaving it as if they hadnt even been there. Its nice to have plumbing work done that doesnt make us wonder if well have to fix something again sooner rather than later.

    Mark and Mike installed a QuietCool 1500 whole house fan for us on 1/29/20. The were efficient, knowledgeable and did an excellent job installing the unit.     Homestead is about the only plumbing and appliance place located in my Boulder neighborhood. As a small business I was able to immediately talk to the owner who was friendly and knowledgable and agreed that removing the water hose from a dead fridge was only a 15 minute job. This was much better than the mega company that I first called which just had a scheduling clerk.Most importantly, he was able to schedule it the same day. Brett, the repairman, arrived in a timely fashion and did one more thing than I originally requested which my wife wanted done. The price that I paid $200 was slightly more than the figure the owner quoted which compensated for the extra item but much less than what I would have paid the mega company. Brett and my wife and I had a good conversation about particular appliance companies. Homestead really helped to make the difficult transition to a new refrigerator much less stressful and I strongly recommend their business to anyone in Boulder County.

    We recently asked Homestead to install a charging port for an electric vehicle and we couldnt be happier with the results. Mark Caldwell and his assistant Zachary spent a long frigid day in our garage running a new circuit from the fuse box to the opposite corner of the garage where the charger was to be installed.Before beginning any electrical work they meticulously hung plastic around the entire garage so that dust wouldnt coat everything when they started cutting drywall. After completing all the electrical work they patched the holes that were made during the process of running the new wires, cleaned up all the dust, removed the plastic, and left the garage exactly as it was before they began, with the exception of there being a new charger mounted on the wall.Both Mark and Zach were very personable and courteous, and the Homestead office staff did a great job with communication. We highly recommend Homestead for your electrical needs.
