I was thoroughly satisfied with the initial evaluation of my plumbing project by Joe. His ability to explain things in a simple manner and his super friendly attitude were commendable. He answered every one of my queries in a way that was easy to understand. Then came Taylor, the plumber who actually performed the work, along with his assistant Manuel. Both of them were nothing short of exceptional! I was probably more curious than most homeowners, constantly watching their work and asking questions. Taylor responded to all of my queries patiently, making sure I understood everything. He never showed any signs of irritation and seemed to enjoy our conversations. His friendly demeanor was a bonus on top of his excellent work ethic. The quality of the work they did was impeccable. They worked hard, even in the challenging conditions of my cramped, cold crawl space filled with dirt, rocks, and spiders. Taylor even had to move large rocks to reroute the sewer pipe from its original place to another location on the side of my house. Despite the tough conditions, he remained cheerful and always greeted me with a smile. I just cant praise these young men and their outstanding work enough! The best part was how quickly they were able to complete the work, resolving my issue within a few days. It was a massive project, but they handled it with ease. I wouldnt hesitate to use their services again. They did an outstanding job!

Russell and Damon did an exceptional job rectifying a leak in the kitchen of my apartment in Lakewood... Pinpointing the origin of the issue was challenging, but thanks to them, the problem was tackled before it escalated into a catastrophe. They ensured to keep me updated and elucidated things in a manner that i could comprehend. They were always punctual and left my place immaculate. Totally professional and they were a delight to work with. Additionally, they were very mindful of my pets and always inquired to make sure the cats were secured so they wouldnt run away. p.s. there were other plumbers on the task, I reckon one was Emmanuel but Im sorry I dont recall the other names. All were fantastic!

I reached out to a plumbing service for assistance with clearing out all the tanks in my aerobic system. In the process of doing so, they discovered the root cause of the malfunction that had resulted in the tanks filling up. Not only did they promptly inform me about the issue, but they also broke down the cost and fixed the problem on that very day! I had contacted other plumbers previously and was informed that Id have to wait a couple of days due to high demand. However, this team not only cleared out the tanks but also carried out the needed repairs to get the system back up and running quickly. Arthur and Emmanuel were fantastic! Its a service I strongly endorse. They offer top-notch, A+ plumbing service in Lakewood!

Peyton did an good project repairing a water pipe leak under a horse water fountain. The leak was in a confined space, that required skill, patience, and perseverance to remove, and then completely rebuild, the piping and shutoff valve. It was a tough physically demanding job, outside in a horse lot, during a windy 25 degree day. Peyton was cheerful and humorous despite the challenges the work presented. I’ll ask for him anytime I have plumbing problems in the future.

I reached out to duane & sons plumbing as one of my aging, 29-year-old toilets required a flapper. emmanuel came out to assess the situation and informed me that my toilet needed more than just a flapper. he presented me with two options: he could either refurbish the existing toilet or install a new one. considering his sound advice and the fact that both my toilets were nearly three decades old, i opted for him to replace both. emmanuel did so with impressive speed and expertise. both are now high-quality kohler models. as a 76-year-old resident of lakewood, i truly appreciated emmanuels skill and his friendly demeanor.
