Asked to write a review, which many companies do, but this one was a little tricky for me.There was some confusion when I scheduled, as someone in the office thought it was for a prepaid VIP (pre-paid A/C maintenance) but I needed my evaporative cooler turned on and off. Owner showed up and very responsive to my needs and the confusion. He sent his son and 2 other guys over to immediately to turn on my Breezeair unit on the roof.Someone accidentally broke a part but owned up to what I might not never have known about and got the last one available at a plumbing supply store. So honest? absolutely and lucky for me.Since I prepaid inadvertently for AC they came back at the end of the season to shut it off (cleaned cooler both times). Now hears the second issue. The unit comes with several plastic pieces that can be placed around it when its not being used during the winter, for protection. They could not find the pieces and as the unit is about 24 years old (cannot say enough good things about Breezeair) you can no longer find replacements. Over the years I have sometimes stored the pieces in my basement and most of the time, my former HVAC guy stored them in the unit over the spring and summer. However, I never got them and they could not find them (as in they misplaced them). So they initiated purchasing a cloth cover online to go over the unit. How long that will last I have no idea.So three issues: 1. scheduling 2. breaking a part 3. losing a part. So why did I give them 5 stars? Things do not always go perfectly, its just life. They made everything right, and bent over backwards trying to do that. So I think they deserve a 5. Also a shout out to the owner and Noah, very nice guys.If youre wondering about the cost. It was $200 turn on and $200 turn off (single story). I was also told they do not really do a lot of swamp coolers. Will I use them again? I believe I will if theyre interested, but right now with snow outside, not thinking much about cooling down for the summer!Like

Best decision I’ve made calling D & A! My HVAC system is quite old and had not been serviced in quite some time. Noah showed up (right on time) and serviced them both. He came back a few days later (right on time again) and cleaned the furnace coils and blower fan/motor and tested everything out. Noah is very polite, knowledgeable, hard working and honest and I look forward to having him back when the time comes. It’s nice to have peace of mind that my systems are now properly maintained and I have a company I can call anytime! D & A is now my go to HVAC company!

My A/C unit was making a strange noise last night - reached out via D&As online contact form, received a text early this morning letting me know they could come by this a.m. To say this was a relief would be an understatement - its going to be hot this week in Denver, and my 82 year old Mom is visiting, so A/C is imperative. Austin repaired my a/c, and its back up and running!! Id definitely recommend this company - professional, prompt and knowledgeable!

Good genuine people who do honest work. I had them install a new AC and Furnace on an old house that had no AC. Their price was 8k cheaper than Applewood and they had real brands iv heard of. They spent the time to explaining what was going on with my lack of return vents in the bedroom. Work was done fast and clean. AC is icy cold and quiet.

Austin is the greatest HVAC technician Ive ever had/seen - Ive had 8 other technicians out here and all of them could not diagnose what was wrong with my furnace. He figured out the issue and was originally supposed to come back later to finish but because it was going to be freezing temperatures, he stayed and finished 5 hours worth of work and got my furnace working. Amazing person, amazing company - highly recommend. Go with this company - like other people have mentioned here, you will not regret the choice, they will do a phenomenal job.

Bid, Trane Quality, Scheduling, Installation- Dan provided an attractive proposal on the highly-rated Trane gas furnace (see Consumer Reports) on 10/25/23. After receiving three other proposals, I accepted D&As bid 10/27. Dan called 10/28 and scheduled my install on 10/31. Noah and Austin were at my home before 9:00 am 10/31 and the new furnace was installed by 2:30 pm. In a week with a major snowstorm, we had our furnace fully installed in six days with every contact with D&A responsive and professional.

We woke up last Friday and the heater was not working. We asked our neighbors if they liked the company that replaced their AC and hot water heater last year and they said YES! After our experience we feel the same way! When they found out we had children in the house and were expecting out of town company they sent Austin who arrived within an hour. He checked all the circuitry and found our problem, informed us of our options and helped us pick our best option for correct unit size and clean air/filtering for our severe allergies. Noah brought by space heaters to keep us toasty warm until they both showed up to install our new furnace on Monday. Dan in the office helped us find the right financing and helped us fill out the online paperwork. All three of the men we worked with were gentlemen, patient, answered all our questions, completely professional. I highly recommend them to anyone needing/seeking heating & air services.

We had our HVAC die in the middle of a heat wave. Other companies couldnt get to us for a week. One actually cancelled their appointment with us. Daniel came right over and explained what we needed, which was a new HVAC. They came out the next day and put the who thing in, then came back the next day to tweak it and make sure it worked perfectly. I will always support a company that wants to get things right. Outstanding service!! The technician, Noah Peterson, arrived well within the two hour appointment window. This after receiving a text message that he was on his way. Very friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my two electric floor heaters and I am back up and running. Very honest!! He felt very confident that I did not need to replace my heaters thus saving me quite a bit of money. This was my second time using this company and they are absolutely at the top of my list for any future repairs.
