I really appreciated how they sent a text with the techs name, picture, time frame. Our technician Chance was absolutely fantastic.     This business did all the plumbing for my new house when I had it build. Did a great job! No issues until now… I had a garbage disposal issue. It wouldn’t turn on. So, I had a service man come out for full price including the charges ALL plumbers charge for a fee for showing up. No problem with that cause all plumbers price that into a service call. Problem solved. Problem happened again the next week so they came out and did not charge me again for the service fee charged for coming out. This time, plus it started working again so instead of just walking back out the door He came in and did some more work to be thorough. I appreciated that So much.You can not go wrong using this company!!!!!

    Doug was extremely knowledgeable and respectful of our budget. We can often do the work around the house ourselves until now. We wanted to replace the fixtures in our shower, things went well until we needed to replace the escutcheon plate and hardware behind it. He told us several different ways to replace it and told us how they could do it as well. Long story short, we were able to complete the work based on what he told us. He saved us hundreds of dollars. If we run into plumbing issues in the future, we will definitely give them a call.

    My call was answered promptly with concern, cost of coming out provided, and notice that I have a parts warranty. Chance was professional and efficient. Not related to customer service and can’t score down for is the labor charge to replace the part. He was not here for an hour the part was on the truck. It seems that that service could have been included in the diagnostic fee. But noting is free. So if I have to pay it at least the customer service is good.

    Doug was amazing! Steve was amazing! Great plumbers! Lazy girl answers phone but don’t let that put you off. They are great plumbers and very honest, conscientious, careful with your home. Plumbers are polite and knowledgeable. We’ve been customers of this company for 20+ years. Hired them to plumb house as we built it and ever since. We have called other plumbers but always went back to Cocalico Plumbing. They really are the best. Girl at front desk must be family 🙄 Otherwise, she wouldn’t be there … very different attitude than the “can do” attitude of the excellent plumbers.

    On a Saturday evening the outside A/C unit fan was squeaking very loud and the outside temp was 97 degrees. I called the answering service to report the problem. I got a call back from the technician, Eric, in less than five minutes!!He arrived at my house in about an hour and got the system running by lubricating the fan motor.Excellent response and excellent service!!Thank you

    With an aging system, I like the maintenance plan to have a regular set of eyes on my HVAC system. There are also discounts on regular service that end up making the maintenance contractor pretty affordable in the long-run.Their billing system is modern, so its pretty easy to pay. I wish their scheduling system would also get updated. I get a physical letter in the mail to call to schedule. It would be great to get an email with a link where I could schedule myself online.

    The faucet in my bathtub broke and I wasnt able to take a shower which was a major problem for me so I called around with no luck for same day service until Cocalico Plumbing. There are outfits out there that will take advantage of you and just want to replace entire systems for big bucks.. Cocalico doesn’t take advantage of their customers and that is why I will keep coming back.

    10/9/24 - Our Fall checkup! Our Geo Systems running smooth, well see them back here in the Spring!6/18/24 - Had a small issue today with the drain line of our split being plugged. Have to say, like every other time, from contact with the office staff to the service people, we couldnt ask for a better experience. A month or so ago, it was Chance on our annual service, today was Andy and Gary. Same day service, issue resolved, room dry and cool again. Life is good and so is CPH!

    The plumber that showed up did a great job fixing the main drain pipe in my house.     We were looking to replace our heat pump and contacted CPH for a quote. Dale came out, evaluated our needs, made recommendations and provided a prompt and complete proposal. The following week Matt and Dennis arrived right on time, discussed what was going to be done and addressed all of our questions. They were friendly, very professional and respectful of our property. They did a great job on the install, tested the system, and cleaned up afterwards. The office manager then registered our system with the manufacturer. Bottom line, this was an excellent experience and we would highly recommend this company.

    032123: Weve had CP&H for almost 10 years now, servicing our HVAC system, performing check ups, etc. Have always been satisfied with their TMs and their service. So when our leak detector went off three times over the course of a couple hours, I gave them a call. I was handed over to Scott, the plumbing manager. I explained our situation, detailing that all faucets, valves - you name it - where thoroughly checked. Not a leak in sight. He was very engaged, and walked me through every possible scenario - until Voila! We (he) found the trigger of the leak detector - a faulty toilet tank flap. SO grateful for his expertise and experience. SO grateful for the high level of customer service. Just SO grateful.Re: HVAC service: Sam has been coming to our home for several years now to perform semi annual checkups on our HVAC system. He is consistently pleasant and respectful. He also knows his stuff. I have complete faith in the job he performs. Everyone at the company with whom I spoken to thus far has been knowledgeable, kind and prompt. No complaints here. Service fee and Clear main pipe line clog fee was good. BUT, tech chose to snake through the toilet drain. Thus, got soaked for more than the clean out cost, add Pull and Reset Toilet; add-on fee. 😡 - If I would have know the add-on fee I would have taken the 15 minutes to remove it myself, and 15 minutes to reset it (30 minutes my time, he was quicker). Thus, saving over $200. I wonder, would there be a big add-on fee to access the clog/pipe through a clean out; cap removal and replacement cost add-on. I could have swolled a $50 to $75 add-on charge for toilet removal and replace, but over $200. 🤪I would be glad to call on them again, but would like to know all the flat rate charges ahead of time, maybe I could prep the job and close the job to stop the insanity add-on costs. 🤔 .- Not a 5 ⭐ because of the flat rate pricing add-ons system.

    I had them install a ground source heat pump (geothermal heat pump) and central air and heat ducts to my 60 year old house in 2009, and perform maintenance ever since. The system failed for the first time in 2014 and was fixed under warranty at no cost to me. It failed again this summer, so thats the first failure - a much better track record than any other heating system Ive had. Sales staff, technicians, and office staff are all friendly and competent.The prices seemed a little higher than most competitors, but Ive never felt mistreated.

    Main Sewer line replacement: nice work, expected to be a one-day job turned into a 3 day one, 2 for the plumbing aspect and 3 to complete the landscaping side.
