I had an excellent experience with Frank as he took care of a broken heat pump in my condo. He kept me informed the whole way as he sourced a difficult to find replacement; when it came he did the installation in one day and its working great. Absolutely recommended!

It’s hard to find a decent plumber much less a great plumber. I needed a laundry room converted into a bathroom and my washer/dryer connections moved on the other side of my wall in the garage. Frank did a great job in handling this huge job. You could tell he takes pride in his work and I respect that. Thank you Frank !

We have an old blower motor in an old condo that had some electrical issues. I called 5 different HVAC companies (3 of which came out to visit over a period of 10 days) and Frank was the only guy in the whole city that would even touch my unit after seeing it. He diagnosed & fixed the issue quickly & confidently and our AC is working good as new. I cannot recommend him enough!

Frank is great! He did all the plumbing and electrical in our bathroom remodel, installed a new gas range in the kitchen and has also helped with many other projects. He works incredibly hard, does great work, and is very reliable.

I recently purchased a new home and of course, the furnace went out on a freezing cold night. I went into the crawl space to try and fix the furnace myself, but that was hopeless. I contacted Frank in the morning and he responded to my home the same day. (an hour actually). After a short while my furnace was running again and supplying heat to the home. He explained to me the age of the furnace, pilot light, wiring, was extremely old (30-40 years) and I will need a new one soon. Even though I needed a quick fix today, I will contact Frank in the future when I am ready to install a new furnace in the home.

Across multiple properties, Frank is the best HVAC technician ive worked with. He is prompt, polite, knows his craft, charges a fair price, and takes the time to educate you on what hes working on. Hes helped me twice on one property in West Highland. Showed up the same day I called, and one time even turned down payment because the fix was so quick. I wish more contractors were like Frank!
