We had an emergency plumbing issue with a septic back up and already had 2 companies out that couldn’t resolve the issue. We scheduled for next available with 911 Rooter. When I voiced concern over the severity of the issue, the phone tech - ANGELA - was both empathetic and caring in her responses. She immediately referred me to another company that could be able to address the issue sooner. The other company came out and the issue was resolved! Thank you Angela for your kindness, generosity and positive demeanor.

They came on time, we professional, wore covers over their boots, took the time to diagnose, and provide options for resolution. Last weekend (1/13/24) during the deep freeze our pipes in our new build townhome froze. I called around to different plumbers and none were helpful until I called 911 Rooter. Angela answered my call and was so kind and informative. She went above and beyond to get us an appointment first thing the next morning. Seth was the technician and he was skillful and professional. He even discovered that the pipes had been installed incorrectly, likely causing them to freeze. Because of him we were able to get our pipes fixed under warranty with the builder. I can’t recommend 911 Rooter enough, they are truly the best.

Late last night my bathtub & toilet was backing up majorly. It was a disaster to say the least. After being on the phone with multiple companys that were no help what so ever, I came across 911 rooter & plumbing. Thankfully they are a 24/7 hour company. The first phone call to them all the way to the service they provided was remarkable!.The person who put me on the schedule had outstanding customer service & was very communicative, letting me know when and who will be coming out to my house. Even giving me a 10 min. Notice of the technician arriving.The technician that came out was amazing as well, he got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned everything up sufficiently.I am a proud customer, and will definitely be calling them again if I have any plumbing issues arise in the future!. No doubt about that.

We woke to a sewer drain pipe break in our basement. I reached out the 911 Rooter and Iris in the office understood our situation and dispatch a truck to our site. The technicians were friendly, professional and diagnosis the problem and had a solution. They gave us a quote that we agreed on and within a few hours our plumbing issues were repaired. They even went a step further and made sure the pipe under the cement was in good working order and showed no damaged. Thank you Douglas, Ryan and Iris!

They did a great job at my Moms home, she had a leak in the bathroom and they were not only quick to respond but they did the work cheaper than 5 others I called fist. Discovered our mainline had backed up around 8pm. Called around to multiple companies, 911 Rooter & Plumbing was the only one that answered their phones. We were told they could have a tech out between 10pm - midnight and from experience with other companies, we figured it may end up being even later so we asked to schedule for the next morning. They were able to schedule us for 10am the next morning, saving us the after hours fee. A representative followed up with text messages to confirm the appointment, a reminder of the scheduled time, and to let us know when the tech was on their way. The tech, Paul, was on time, courteous, and very professional.Our mainline backed up again four days later, so we contacted the company. Since it was the same drain, they let us know the previous work was under warranty and promptly sent out another tech. The tech, Seth, arrived within 20 minutes and went right to work. He asked us questions and explained what could cause additional backups. We felt confident in both Paul and Seths work and if we continue to have issues will use the company again to scope our line. Their professionalism, timeliness, and communication was much appreciated.

Our water heater went out and 911 Rooter & Plumbing were very responsive and reasonably priced. We tried another company before and got an extremely high quote and very little explanation of what was wrong. Patrick was actually early to the scheduled appointment, quickly determined what was wrong, and thoroughly explained what it was. He was able to replace our water heater the same day and was almost 25% cheaper than the other company. He was friendly and professional and even went above and beyond by taking out some old piping from and older system that we no longer used. I would definitely recommend Patrick and will use him again in the future.

We had a mainline back up at 9pm, called the # we got off Google for 911 rooter. Thomas and helper showed up around 11pm and knocked it right out. The previous owners had a handyman job done when installing the toilet so Thomas gave us a quote to fix it that was definitely more than fair. Showed up the next afternoon to do the work to install our toilet the correct way it should had been done first time and he showed up with a free toilet. Will definitely be using 911 rooter any time we have the need. Definitely offering professional, quality work for a great price. Thanks again!

We called after coming home to a flooded basement. Due to the recent cold weather, all plumbers were booked out several days. 911 Rooter and Plumbing was the only one we could find that would have someone available the same day. We booked hoping that it wouldn’t be too long that we had to have our water shut off.We got a text a couple hours later saying that Jose was on the way. It was after business hours but Jose arrived shortly after. Jose was very thorough and was able to diagnose and repair the broken pipe in the wall. Jose was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to get the job done quickly and made sure to explain what the problem was and how he fixed it.I am very impressed with the company and even more so Jose. I would definitely recommend using this company and they will be our first call for any future plumbing issues.

I had an issue with my bathroom drains backing up, I had called another company who told me a technician would be to me in about 2 hours, 5 hours later they still didnt have a technician on the way, so I reached out to 911 Rooter and they had a technician out in under an hour. The technician assigned to me was Jose, and he was awesome, he found where the issue was in the sewer line quickly and was able to give me a quote to have the work done right then. Replacement to any portion of a sewer line is never cheap, and this repair certainly wasnt, but given the circumstances of needing to get it done asap I believe I was charged a fair price. Jose got to work, he worked from about 11pm to 7:30am, and completed the replacement, he was able to show me before and after videos of the sewer scope camera so I feel confident that the repairs were done in a quality manner. I could tell Jose really cared about the quality of his work and that meant a lot to me. I will absolutely recommend 911 Rooter and Jose. Thanks!

Thomas was a very professional in his customer service approach. He was able to run the diagnostic and troubleshoot the where the pipe was frozen quickly. I have no concerns with the services, the employees, or the solutions for preventative actions.This is my only draw Overall experience was great!However, I believe pricing should be estimated to the minute taken to fully return services. In the circumstances of frozen waterpipes, the first hour is expensive and you may not need a full hour.

With no luck calling several companies to schedule winterizing my sprinkler system, I tried one last company; 911 Rooter and Plumbing. Ashley answered and provided excellent customer service. UPDATE - 7/5/2022Nelson and his team were originally great but theyve proven just how far theyre willing to go to provide great customer service. Nearly a year after they repaired my basements failed plumbing, Nelson has been out and taken care of some additional tasks for us at no charge. Things like a slightly misaligned drain to the dirt settling in my front yard from the main line replacement. I cant recommend 911 Rooter and Plumbing enough!

We needed a plumber for a bathroom project and to upgrade some shut off valves that the builder had installed. I was apprehensive about the quality of work and the price I would ultimately pay.We found 911 Rooter & Plumbing on NextDoor. I called them, made an appointment and today Patrick came to our house. I was immediately convinced that I had found the right company.The price was quoted immediately, the work was done immediately and I couldnt be more impressed with the entire project. We have even scheduled 911 to come out and work on other wish list items in the near future.Before calling 911, I asked around to find referrals for a good plumber. It was sad because the only referrals I received were negative. They cost too much, they were late to our appointment and the work wasnt done all that well were common responses.I would highly recommend that you give 911 a call and see if they are match for you. Our technician was Alex- he was incredible!He actually cared and listened to what we thought was wrong… you can tell he cares about his job. He was courteous, cleaned up after himself and cleaned up after the mess the water made, he put the washer back, used safety measures and was very personable. He was not impatient when we had to wait for the Townhome handyman. I would highly recommend using this company.

If you arent using this family owned and run company you are wasting your money. Whatever your job, big or small, this company can do it for you. This is the best Plumbing company I have used ever in my nearly 50 years on this earth and in any of the 6 states I have lived in. Patrick is so professional and helpful. I really appreciated working with Bob for my plumbing needs. I had my pipes taken out and fixed by a different plumbing company about 2 years ago. However, the fix that was completed broke down over that time due to some missteps by that company. 911 Rooter & Plumbing cam in and fixed the issue while also providing a spray out service for me to help fix the pipes. This company responded quickly, had a great attitude, and fixed the issue. Furthermore, they offered to come out and do a free scope in 6 months to ensure that everything is holding up. One of the best interactions I have had with a company.

I recently had one of the absolute worst experiences with two others companies to get our water heater replaced. After two days of these other companies dropping new water heaters on our driveway and trying to charge us 5000$ to replace, I found myself on the phone with 911 rooter and plumbing. I initially accidentally called 911 rooter because I was attempting to call and complain to one of the other horrible companies about the service they were providing and Angela was so nice that she let me finish my rant about Roto Rooter before clarifying whether I called the correct company, of which I didn’t. Regardless of how upset I was and the fact that she had nothing to do with my misery, she listened and attempted to help me in anyway she could. After eventually firing the other two companies and not having hot water for almost 3 days I called 911 rooter and plumbing back. Within just a few hours of that call they solved ALL of the problems and had hot water back in our house (the entire time they communicated information and updates, provided financing resources, and were honest in what they were telling us throughout the entire experience with them). It was such a great experience from start to finish working with them and truly at that point felt like a divine intervention that I gave them a hug for coming to help and fix the mess that was left by the other two companies. These people are amazing and an honest and hard working team. I never knew how different companies were for plumbing and other house issues until I had this experience. They are now our people for life after this!

Called on a Sunday from a leak in the ceiling. The receptionist was very nice and scheduled a technician right away. Jose was on time and completed the job fast and explained to me what needed to be done to find the leak and repair. While plumbing jobs ive learned can be very expensive, this was reasonable for a emergency Sunday call. Much nicer than another local company I used a week ago. Would recommend 👌

I had the best service provided by Patrick and his young apprentice regarding maintaining and repairing my lawn sprinkler system.He quickly surveyed the property and problems, provided a cost and time estimate, and completed the repairs explaining changes and or concerns that may arise ( I have an antiquated control box that may prove fickle down the road). He suggested new control boxes to consider but was not aggressively pushing the sale.I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of technicians from 911 Rooter & Pluming.

All plumbing is expensive nowadays and I feel 911 plumbing was worth every dollar. In addition the phone answering staff is on point and calm and nice when I was upset.

Thomas and an a associate came early the next day and installed the water heater in less than an hour. They were able to come on a fairly short notice. It wasnt an emergency fix. Just needed a sprinkler pipe elbow replaced. He was finished in about 15 minutes. He was very courteous and professional. It was a bit pricy for how fast he was gone. It was about $212. But plumbing isnt something I want to mess with, so I pay the price. :/

I lost pressure in my kitchen faucet and had a stinky garbage disposal, that I thought wasnt working effectively. Thomas came to my house, and said that the garbage disposal was fine, it just needed cleaning and he wasnt going to take my money for that. He then proceeded to take the faucet nozzle apart, and fixed the pressure problem. He shook my hand and told me to Have a Great Weekend - No Charge!! Wow, that is amazing service and a plumber I can trust! Best Service I have ever received!!

Thomas, Jose, and Bob visited to fix my tub drain piping, which had been leaking into my downstairs neighbors unit. They did a superb job of tracking down the source of the leak, which required quite a bit of investigation behind walls and in ceilings. Their detective work ultimately found the root cause to be sloppy plumbing by the original builders, but they had everything fixed the next day. What truly impressed me, though, was their grit and determination to solve the problem for good. They had to replace poorly assembled pipes in some very tight and difficult to reach places, but they embraced the challenge. They were also very friendly, courteous, clean, and respectful in my home. Ive had this company, and this crew in particular, do other plumbing and bathroom remodeling work for me in the past, and I will continue to use them in the future whenever the need arises. Ive already recommended them to friends and neighbors, and will continue to do so.

I host an Airbnb property in Denver and the previous guests had clogged the toilet, and I only had a couple of hours before the next guests were due to check in. I called a few other plumbers in the area who weren’t able to make it over for a number of hours, but when I got in touch with Angela at the 911 Rooter office, she immediately understood my rush and did everything she could to get someone over to my house as quickly as possible. Within 20minutes, Caleb and Bob showed up. The technicians were professional, friendly, and really helped me out with what turned out to be a nightmare situation. The Airbnb guests had tried to flush some sort of small animal down the toilet, which they got out, disposed of, documented for me, and then consoled me as I broke down in tears over what awful guests we had just had. I will never forget their kindness and support and have never been happier to have called the plumber. A million thanks to the entire team who made a horrible situation, bareable.

Best plumbing service EVER! Small businesses rule! We called 6 companies in the middle of the night and this was the only one that was willing to come to the house immediately. This morning we finally discovered the main sewer line was backed up. These guys put their customers first and see the job through no matter how long it takes. 911 Rooter and Plumbing came prepared for the job, unlike another HOA preferred company that had to go back for equipment to fix the main sewer line. And on top of that, they gave some free advice to neighbors that were having similar flooding issues in their basement. Our rental property basement will still need to be gutted and repaired, but 911 Rooter and Plumbing has a customer for LIFE! Im definitely going to advocate for my HOA to put them on their preferred list.

Ah the joys of living in an Old Thornton ranch house (1955) :/ Hot water pipe under the slab was leaking. Instead of a jackhammer, repair, re-concrete, Patrick @911 recommended re-piping around the walls (much more accessible and no worries of another leak springing up somewhere else under the slab). Overall customer service was fantastic very friendly very polite to the operator and two the field agent I called about unclogging a drain Jose Zamora was very knowledgeable and was very helpful I forgot the lady whom I talk to over the phone but she was also very polite and very helpful although the only problem I had which is why I gave you guys the Stars I did was mostly for the pricing I am a very understanding guy and I understand Sundays are pretty hard to schedule anybody but I mean a hundred and fifty dollars charge just to schedule somebody to come out little high but understandable for being a Sunday but a over $300 charge to unclog one drain was a little bit too much and again the guy was very helpful he did suggest a payment plan which I appreciated but he also suggested best way to fix this problem is to replace the pipes that are there causing the problem cuz they were old even though I declined the unclogging due to the price being way too high in my opinion I had no doubt due to his professional attitude and his knowledge he would have been able to do it in a timely fashion I will be recommending you guys so I will warn them about the pricing but I understand you guys are seem to be very good at your job and you deserve that charge higher prices
