Gerardo did an amazing job! Within an hour, he found the leak and repaired it. He was quick to answer all our questions and concerns and even checked the rest of the house with us to make sure everything was good before he left. We hired Total Plumbing Solutions to do our Main water line outside. First of all Joe and his crew really are great, they are super professional and knowledgeable. Joe is very knowledgeable and he came in and spoke to us about what they were doing and make sure we were okay with it. He also told us what we would need to do next on the list with the plumbing under the house, he told us not to sweat about money because they would work it out with us. His crew fixed our toliet and then Joe fixed our kitchen sprayer without being asked, he also spread out a pile of dirt we had in our yard and we really appreciate that. Also his office lady Joanna is super sweet and deserves recognition too. We will definitely be calling them again for any other things.

Joe has been out to our house twice now for different plumbing issues. We will never, ever use another plumbing company. Every time, they were prompt. Told us *exactly* what to expect. Exactly what the price would be, and had *no problem* going the extra mile if they ran into something unexpected. Anyone who tells you that this plumbing company is anything less than the absolute best needs a drug test or a job. Their rates are completely reasonable and they will make sure that they dont leave your house without you having a complete understanding of exactly what went wrong and what (if anything) you can do in the future to avoid the problem.
