I recently had a shower remodel completed by Billy from Total Home Care, owned and operated by Andy Ashcraft, and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. Billys attention to detail and craftsmanship truly transformed my shower into a stunning space.From the initial consultation to the final touches, the process was smooth and professional. Billy was not only skilled but also incredibly respectful of my home, ensuring everything was clean and tidy throughout the project.I wholeheartedly recommend Total Home Care for any remodeling needs. Getting someone out to your house for estimates and repairs has been hard these days BUT I remembered Total Home Care from work they did for me quite awhile ago and gave them a call. Not only did they come right out, but they gave me an estimate right away and were out to do the work within a week or so. They did a fantastic job tackling my front steps (replacement) so I asked them for advice and an estimate for some larger and more complicated jobs. They came back a couple of times to examine the job and talk to me about it, and to plan out the job. Once they did that it was a very short time before they were back out and completed the work. This involved digging around a concrete wall and foundation, making repairs and setting up a drainage system -- a repair that has really solved a huge leakage/drainage issue I had. They also replaced a rotten balcony floor with something more durable. I guess they are not the cheapest in town but they are reasonable ESPECIALLY for this top quality work and service. THANKS! (Shout out, too, to the office staff who were very helpful as well).

Total Home Care recently remodeled our kitchen and built a deck to surround our pool. The price was reasonable. The workers were professional, punctual, and finished the work quickly, but with outstanding quality. Andy and Bill worked closely with us to make sure that we were completely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend this group.

Whole home interior remodel. THC did a fantastic job! After my first contractor disappeared, I was lucky THC was available.. We wanted some specific things and they found a way to make everything happen like we wanted it. Wood tile ceilings, tray crown molding throughout the house, custom shower, walk-in tub, hardwood floors (downstairs new, upstairs refinished), in-wall toilets, custom woodwork and more (not to mention fixing the items from the previous contractor). If we werent happy with something they made it right without reservation. They made short work of the project and their team was super helpful and friendly. Already scheduled them for the outside and will update. Would highly recommend!

Total Home Care gave us an awesome quote to remove and replace our gutters on our home. The price was very competetive and the team that came out were awesome. They got the job done as promised and on the same day and actually saved the day and finished 1 hour before a HUGE downpour. If you have anything at your home to have done, go with Total Home Care!

It took a while to get on their calendar... I am sure it was a mutual miscommunication. Andy and his crew were quick, precise, and careful as they replaced the stucco and flashing around my chimney, three stories up. The bill was less than the estimate! Never seen that before! They left after a thorough cleaning of the work area. I am very happy and highly recommend them.

Rayla (adorable) came to the house took videos of our retaining wall which we were hoping to repair and not replace. She returned the same day with a contract. I met with Andy the next day and we reminisced about the Dayton area and I got a tour of their building and we turned in our contract. In about a week the job was started and completed in one day. Friendly and knowledgeable guys on the job and the wall will probably outlive me. Would use them again. Thanks THC
