    Greater Dayton Construction did a major remodel of our home. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with ALS and we needed to move quickly to modify the home. Modifications included putting in a 3 story elevator, remodeling 3 bathrooms, hardwood floors, and more. Matt did an excellent job on the design side. Steve our field superintendent was spectacular. I have been in the construction business for 27 years. Steve’s responsiveness was truly exceptional. I am thankful for their attention to detail and completing this major overhaul on time.

    Jeff Thompson and his crew did an amazing job in identifying and containing the water damage in our house. He also helped get the best rate available from our insurance company. More recently he got us an excellent deal on new windows throughout our home and a great installer to put them in. GDC is a top notch construction company for any needs you may have in your home! Look no further for thorough and excellent work.

    Wanted to share my experience with Greater Dayton construction. They are very professional and do amazing work always kept me informed throughout the process. My family also used them back in 1994 for a house fire. Which is why I trust them especially during a difficult situation when you lose so much from a disaster. They are there to help you and really care. They have been around for many years and really stand behind there work. I highly recommend them

    We have used Greater Dayton at two of our homes now, for unique and custom remodeling, restoration, and repair. From custom bookshelves for a room we turned into a study/den, fireplace and hearth, to a complete gut job and redo of a kitchen that ended up winning awards locally and regionally. They are up front, they hit their deadlines (which is hard to come by these days no matter the contractor) and have unrivaled guarantees that no other contractor provides. They are worth every single penny spent.

    Best contractor we have ever worked with, hands down. Gary Lee has been the one in charge of our projects, and every project has been completed above our expectations. Also, their pricing on every project was lower than estimates we got from other local companies. Some of the projects they have done for us include adding an egress window to a basement bedroom, building a new shed, and turning our garage attic into reinforced storage with master bedroom access. The shed was built from scratch (no kit) from high-quality materials, and the price was cheaper than sheds from Lowe’s or Home Depot. Our projects included painting and drywall, and everything looks beautiful. We have more projects lined up for the near future. You will love working with Gary’s team—we won’t use anyone else!
