I cannot say enough about Merit construction and Kevin. He initially sat down with us and listened intently on what ideas we had, and then proceeded to show us visuals of what work could be done. Not one time did he try and “sell” us anything or push anything that we didn’t want. He genuinely cares about his customers, and goes the extra mile to make sure you get what we want. Our family loves our back deck now, and having the awning to protect us during rain leaves more room for family gatherings outside. We couldn’t be more happy with the end result, Kevin, and his crew at Merit. We highly highly recommend them!

My neighbor had awning installed and when I looked at the work they performed, I knew that I wanted them to do mine. Absolutely ecstatic with awnings (front and rear both). Meticulous work, and finished out very nicely. Have sat on both patios during HEAVY thunderstorms and stayed dry as a bone - nary a single leak to be found. Kevin was super easy to work with - no issues with minor modifications I requested during construction. Kudos to Kevin and his crew - Bobby and Victor - couldnt ask for harder working, more pleasant people to deal with.Highly recommended!

Joe and I are so pleased with the Patio Enclosure that Kevin Merit of Merit Construction completed for us. Kevin was so attentive to every detail. He was always available and responsive to any and all of our needs. Kevin is so easy to work with and has truly become a friend. This room is so well constructed and roomy I know our family will be enjoying it for years to come.

I just had an awning installed on the side of me house over the side door and window. Kevin and his crew were great to work with. My awning looks like it shouldve always been there. We cant say enough good things about Merit Construction. Merit recently replaced our windows and siding. Kevin T. spent time with us answering questions, providing pros and cons and was very professional. It was a no pressure presentation. Bob S. replaced both the windows and the siding. We enjoyed Bob. Bob was very professional, respectful, addressed any concerns and answered our many questions as he was getting the job done. We would recommend Merit Construction for any job. My husband and I would recommend Merit Construction to everyone. They installed a patio enclosure for us and did a phenomenal job. Our original was damaged during a hail storm and Dakota worked with our insurance company to get us what we deserved. Merit was the fourth company that we had come out and look at it. The minute we met Dakota there was such a sense of calmness and confidence that I knew we had finally found who we needed. If you are ever in the situation with an insurance claim, just trust them and give them the time they need. It could not have worked out any better. It worked out so well for us that we have decided this is our forever home. Hats off to the install team as well. Everyone was so professional and kind. We can’t express how grateful we are for Merit. We never will need to worry or wonder who we will use for our next project. Thank you Merit!

We had Merit out for an estimate on replacing our patio cover after a windstorm ripped it down. They were our fourth estimate as we had several other bigger companies we found in Reach magazine come out that were well above our budget. The quality of their materials were the same, if not better, than some of their competitors at a fraction of the cost and they had color options that no one else did. Their salesman Kevin was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had about installation and didnt make us feel pressured into a sale like some others did. They worked with our hectic schedule and kept us informed the entire way through the process. Their installers were impressive to watch as they erected the new patio cover, both very hard workers and the finished product looks amazing. We are overall very satisfied with our new aluminum awning and look forward to having them enclose it in the future. Thanks guys!

Had Merit install an awning off our sun room. Not an easy task. Dakota figured out to make work and still meet my expectations. Install crew were quick professional and strived for perfection. Quality of the awning is second to none. Don’t bother calling the others. Merit has the best price. I checked! Give them a chance to earn your business. You won’t be disappointed.
