I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic team at Innovations Touch /Allan Rivas). I contracted with them on an attic remodel project, and I couldnt be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations.The ‘Attic to Playroom’ remodel project was completed on time and it was such a relief to see everything come together as planned. They swiftly tackled our floor and laundry room project within days after our home was flooded, ensuring completion before Thanksgiving. Allans excellent communication, prompt appointment setups, and willingness to address our concerns are commendable. Going above and beyond, they assisted with furniture relocation, replaced the fridge faucet, patched wall cracks, and upgraded door frames/baseboards all within a timely manner. My wife and I was looking for contractors to do multiple renovation projects. Originally, we had multiple quotes from various companies but luckily, we found Innovations Touch. We went with Innovations Touch due to multiple great reviews and Allan (who we worked with) was very transparent on pricing (beat other quotes we received), had multiple years of experiences, great communication, able to tackle all projects, and professionalism. Allan and his team move quick, we had our floors, countertop, and painting completed about 2.5 weeks. Most importantly, they did it correctly. Everything looks amazing and if there any issues, they had somebody ready to fix and do final touch-up. Allan never left us in the dark, he was always communicating and updating us on the progress. Getting it done quickly, correctly, and stress free, we are satisfied customers and will be coming back for future projects. Highly recommend Innovations Touch.

InnovationsWe hired Innovations for a mild renovation on our home. I can’t say enough good things about the company. First, they are always available for discussions about the project day or night. They were extremely helpful with design input from the beginning. If we wanted to decrease costs in certain areas they helped us with that too. If something didn’t look quite right they redid the area without hesitation.The quality of the work is 10/10. We have a custom home and they matched the aesthetic perfectly.The workers were friendly. They took pride in keeping the work area clean.I highly recommend Innovations.

Allan and his team did an outstanding job replacing our upstairs shower and fixing the ceiling of the floor below. They involved us in every step of the process, were very responsive to emails and texts, and they remembered our projects progress and goals at all times. They were very personable and we never had to remind them to do something we discussed.Workers were respectful of our home and always cleaned up after themselves. They even sent a cleaning crew that cleaned the whole condo after the job was done.The quality of the work is top-notch! We couldnt ask for a better result. I find myself taking multiple showers a day just admiring the tile.Highly recommend!!

Allen and Luis were extremely responsive and helpful from the very beginning. I had a custom bar installed, a gas line to the kitchen, new kitchen back splash, a load bearing wall removed and new sheet rock in the garage. Everything looks great and the project was completed in less than a month. They always made sure things were done to my liking and the house is amazing with their work. Their prices were reasonable and all of their employees were trustworthy. After construction a cleaning service came in to thoroughly clean everything. I would recommend Innovations Touch to everyone. Excellent business!!!

Innovations Touch renovated our primary bathroom and we couldnt be happier with the outcome. Luis and his colleagues were super responsive and kept us up to date of all progress, timeliness, etc. The tile work looks beautiful. I wish I had done this work years ago!nwe look forward to working with them on our next home renovation project. (Picture attached doesnt include the glass door - but it looks great too!)

Very good renovation business. Their free estimate looked pretty accurate and fair compared to other contractors I contacted. My timeline had some constraints as I wanted to have the work completed before I move-in and they managed to deal with it. They replaced the flooring, repainted walls and remodeled my bathroom and Im very happy with the results.Luis is very quick to answer questions during the renovation period and I really appreciated that. I liked their transparency too and the crew was very courteous.I really appreciated the cleaning of my unit a few days before my move-in once the majority of the work was completed. They finished last details after my move-in but that was not an issue. They picked up all the materials I ordered at the Home depot for me and that was very convenient.I recommend Innovations Touch to anyone who wants to have renovation works done in their home.

Great company with hands on approach from start to finish. Very responsive every time I called them. In other words, they answered the phone every time and answered all my questions while addressing any concerns. They have specialized employees with the right skills covering each phase of the project. The total shower renovation in my master bathroom turned out better than I could have ever imagined. The entire Innovations Touch team is wonderful. Everyone was very responsive and professional. They completely remodeled two bathrooms and I couldnt be happier with the results. Their cabinetry work is especially impressive! Also, after my bathrooms were done I had an urgent project that needed to be completed before my parents came into town, and they came the next day for a fair price. Highly recommend this team, I will definitely be using them for all future projects!

Allen and Luis were great! We worked with them two times, for very complicated installation and deinstallation of large steel sculptures. They were extremely responsible, communicative, and careful. I could not more highly recommend a contractor in the Dallas area. We previously had worked with another contractor, and everything was a mess, the ease of working with Innovations Touch stood out in comparison. Would definitely hire again and definitely recommend to anyone needing help with complex and tricky installations.

We were extremely pleased with our experience. Allan and Luis were fantastic to work with. Clear and timely communicators throughout the process. The workers were prompt and cleaned up at the end of each day. When it looked like we might have a surprise plumbing issue, they got the plumber right over to look at it. Even with that slight delay in the plan, they kept the project moving. It was a pretty small job (just tear out of old shower and redo of shower pan then retiling) and they estimated 2 weeks and were done in 2 weeks! Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

We have a built in TV cabinet in our living room that was very outdated. I wanted something more modern that matched our decor, transforming it into a storage cabinet. After dealing with other contractors who were unresponsive and unprofessional, I received Allans name from a neighbor.When I reached out, Allan responded immediately. He came by our home that next day to take a look at the cabinet and give me his design ideas. He and Luis worked with me to create a product that was within our budget. His workers were very professional and hard-working. Once they were finished, I noticed a slight unevenness in the middle cabinets; Allan came out himself the next day to fix the issue to make sure I was happy with the end result.The cabinet looks amazing - exactly what I wanted!These guys are professional and prompt. I will definitely be using them for any future projects!

Allan and Innovations Touch is the best contractor I have ever worked with and by far the best in the Dallas area.I bought a new home in Dallas that needed a top to bottom remodel. I wish I would have found IT at the beginning of the remodel, before I fired 2 half a*s contractors that were anything but professional.IT finished the full house remodel by renovating two bathrooms and a kitchen. I had a general idea of what I wanted and Allan worked with me to make it happen without charging an arm and leg. He gave me many ideas that ended up saving me money including showing me how to do a couple small projects myself instead of paying them, seriously what other contractor does that?IT finished the projects on time and under budget! I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them.One thing to note is that all of ITs staff were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves daily, which was a complete 180 from my previous contractors and a must during COVID and working from home.
